Khloé Kardashian's Christmas just got a whole lot cozier, 'cause she is welcoming a new member of the family ... a puppy!!!
"The Kardashians" reality star revealed the adorable addition on her Instagram Christmas day ... sharing the tiny black lab pup, surrounded by fellow presents and toys while sporting a dashing red collar with a bow -- showing it's named "Peppermint."
The timing couldn’t be more festive with Christmas celebrations in full swing ... and Peppermint is arriving just in time to join family traditions, snuggle by the tree, and likely steal the spotlight in some of Khloé’s festive social media posts.
This news comes just a week after Khloé shared a note to Santa from her kids True and Tatum -- aka "Tay Tay" -- which reads "Dear Santa please can I have a real puppy."
The siblings specifically asking for a "Black lab" ... but the duo makes it clear to Santa by emphasizing how he must "make sure it is real" -- so seems like Santa certainly got the message.
Beloved dog influencer Raffie – from the famed TikTok account "bundleofbullies" – has suddenly passed away from a heart attack ... according to his owner who was on vacation at the time of his passing.
The account’s owner Maren announced the news on TikTok, saying she is away in Austria and got the call from the doggie daycare Raffie and his siblings were staying at … and they told her in the midst of a fight with another dog, Raffie dropped dead from a heart attack.

Maren struggles to catch her breath as she says, “I never imagined that I would have to make this video” and says her other dog Pickles wanted to “attack Raffie” … leading to Raffie’s death.
She shares that the owner of the daycare immediately started CPR on Raffie, but Pickles wanted to “attack further” so Raffie’s best friend Oden stepped in to protect him – almost dying himself, but luckily was rushed to the vet and survived the incident.
Alaska Airlines doesn't give in to purr-pressure -- that's what Alexandra Compton found out on a recent flight home for the holidays ... and she told TMZ it might be because they're dog people.
Alexandra -- a 35-year-old bartender now known as '2 Cat Karen' -- got into a standoff with airline staff in Las Vegas when they refused to let her board with her 2 cats in the same carrier.

The woman, identified as Alexandra Compton, was flying from Portland and accused the staff of ruining Christmas.
She tells TMZ ... on December 21 she was travelling from Vegas to Portland to go back home for the holidays on a flight with her cats Phoenix and Blaze. According to Alexandra, the airline caused a fuss over the cats being in the same carrier, but she's travelled with Alaska Airlines in the same carrier many times before.
"A man in charge came down from an office and didn’t even look at the cats," Alexandra told us. "He made the decision I needed to book another seat and get another carrier or I couldn’t fly with them. Because he didn’t look at the cats, it made me think he was a dog person. It was giving he had a golden retriever at home."
This is bananas ... a passenger at Chicago's O'Hare International Airport was caught trying to bring "nonhuman primate meat" through Customs.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection said they seized the prohibited item along with some "unknown plants" and beans that were reportedly carrying pests. All the items were reportedly destroyed.
The passenger, from Congo, apparently didn't think anything of it.

An associate of "Tiger King" star Joe Exotic was attacked by a tiger during a show in Oklahoma earlier this year ... and now TMZ has learned the official cause of death.
According to the Tulsa Medical Examiner, Ryan Easley died from blunt force, sharp force, and crushing injuries ... due to tiger mauling.
As we reported ... Ryan was handling a tiger during a show at the Growler Pines Tiger Preserve in Hugo, OK, on September 20. We were told a tiger suddenly grabbed Ryan around his neck and shoulder area, and sank its teeth into him before violently shaking him.
Content creator Charles Ross, who posts videos on social media under his business name RossCreations, is on the radar of authorities in Florida ... after he shared footage of an opossum getting launched in the air by a catapult.

Raise the whoof! Dog owners met in Buenos Aires, Argentina today ... attempting to break the record for the most golden retrievers gathered in a park at one time.
According to the Associated Press, 2,397 dogs did the trick at the park in Palermo, a neighborhood in the city ... beating the former record of 1,685.
And they took the cutest doggone pics ... one participant was snapped hugging 2 pooches -- including one which appeared to be wearing pink chiffon -- while another dog enjoyed a petting tag-team from 3 humans doting on the canine.
Never get between a bear and its food! A handler learned this the hard way when a hungry sun bear attacked him for some snacks.
Watch the video ... the bear appeared to casually stroll up to the handler on its hind legs at the beginning of a performance at the Hangzhou Wildlife Park in Zhejiang Province in China, this weekend.
At first, it looks cute ... sun bears famously look like humans in bear suits, so alarm bells didn't seem to go off for anyone ... until the bear slams the handler to the ground, fiercely trying to get at the snack.
Another staffer is seen rushing in with a mini-basketball hoop, using it as a net to restrain the animal ... as the shocked audience gawked at the scene before them.

Surveillance video shows the raccoon climbing on some liquor boxes before falling to the ground ... and later, the animal is stumbling down an aisle, walking around broken bottles and puddles of booze.
A raccoon broke into a liquor store and ransacked the joint, shattering bottles of liquor and slurping up the booze until it passed out drunk near a toilet and got apprehended.
You might think this is all a tall tale ... but it's actually a true story and it happened at Ashland ABC Store in Hanover County, Virginia.
The mischievous critter did its little breaking and entering routine at the liquor shop over the weekend, falling through one of the ceiling tiles onto the floor, according to the Associated Press.
