The former "Friends" actress was all smiles on her way into a spa in Beverly Hills this weekend ... with what appears to be signs of a "stomach" showing underneath her shirt.

Only Jen knows for sure ... but we should totally guess anyway -- so, we gotta ask ...

Jessica reportedly has a tiny person growing inside of her, but has yet to confirm a pregnancy.

But on Saturday she showed up to Zach Braff's mansion -- where the wedding was held -- in this kind-of-poofy black dress ... which CONVENIENTLY covered her stomach (aka her baby incubator).

At first glance, this seems like an innocent photo of Jessica Simpson leaving King's Fish House restaurant in Calabasas yesterday ... ORRRRR ... is it irrefutable proof that she's ACTUALLY PREGGO WITH A 2ND CHILD?! Let's review the facts ...

Fact: Jessica Simpson was wearing a jacket that covered up her stomach, where babies most commonly grow.

Counter-Fact: It was pretty chilly in L.A. yesterday, so the jacket could have been to provide warmth.

Fact: Pregnant people aren't supposed to eat raw fish!!!

Fact: We probably shouldn't make assumptions

A day before officially announcing she had a little Bush in the oven on the "Today" show Wednesday, former First Daughter Jenna Bush Hager previewed her burgeoning baby bump in workout wear with husband Henry Hager at a Whole Foods in NYC on Tuesday.

George W. Bush's 31-year-old daughter is due sometime in the spring.

Out on a shopping date in Beverly Hills with fiance Justin Theroux yesterday, the ageless Jennifer Aniston seemingly covered her midsection with both a shopping bag AND a jacket as she made her through a parking garage.

Kate Middleton has finally been discharged from the hospital ... after several days of treatment for "acute morning sickness" ... and now the Duchess says she's headed back to her palace to rest.

Kate was all smiles on her way out of the King Edward VII Hospital in Central London ... clutching some flowers ... and getting some assistance from her hubby Prince William.

Afterward, Kate's team of Royal statement writers released the following royal statement, "The Duchess of Cambridge has been discharged from the King Edward VII Hospital and will now head to Kensington Palace for a period of rest."

“Their Royal Highnesses would like to thank the staff at the hospital for the care and treatment the Duchess has received.”

God save the fetus.

Kate Middleton is only a few weeks pregnant ... but already being SHOWERED with lavish gifts from tons of baby product companies ... all gunning for what could be the HOLY GRAIL of preggo publicity.

TMZ has learned ... Kate has already received swanky goodie-baskets from at least 4 U.S.-based baby product companies ... and presumably dozens, if not hundreds, more from around the globe.

The logic is simple ... Kate likes the goods ... uses goods ... is photographed with goods ... goods get WORLDWIDE publicity ... company makes a bloody fortune.

So far, we know Kate been sent kiddy learning programs from MyTalkingToddler.com ... morning sickness relief from a company called One Step Ahead ... and clothes and products from 2 high end L.A. baby boutiques.

We spoke to a rep for Bel Bambini in Beverly Hills ... who told us they sent Kate a $2,300 gift basket which included a new Bugaboo Cameleon 3 stroller (worth $978), a Fendi layette set ($265), Dior Booties ($275) and much much more.

Kate also got more than $1,000 in free baby swag from Flicka -- a high-end baby store owned by "General Hospital" star John Reilly. Management tells us they shipped over their "hot selling Choo Choo blankies" which have been worn by a whole bunch of celeb babies.

Looking like your average suburban father heading to the mall on a Saturday, the 30-year-old Duke of Cambridge rocked a comfortable baggy sweater, worn in easy fit khakis, dark dress socks and a pair of sensible walking shoes as he made his way to King George VII hospital in London today -- where Kate is being treated for severe morning sickness.

Prince William officially put a baby inside Kate Middleton's belly -- which is great news ... unless you're Prince Harry. Sorry royal dude, the queue for the throne just got longer.

Soon-to-be dad Prince William just took a big breather today in London, finally exiting the hospital where his preggo wife Kate Middleton is being treated for severe morning sickness.

William left the King Edward VII hospital moments ago with his royal entourage. The guy's been there since Kate was admitted earlier today.

As we reported, the Royal Palace made the big announcement this morning -- Kate is in the "very early stages" of pregnancy.

The Royal Palace has released a statement ... confirming Middleton is preggo with Prince William's royal fetus.

The Palace did not say exactly how far along Middleton is ... but noted she was in the "very early stages" of the pregnancy.

According to Middleton's reps, Kate was admitted to King Edward VII Hospital in Central London with severe morning sickness ... and will remain in the hospital for several days.

Kate and William were married back in April 2011. This is their first child together.

If the child is born while Elizabeth II is still alive, it instantly jumps Prince Harry and becomes 3rd in line for the throne.

... which means more time for naked billiards!

"90210" star Shannen Doherty HAS A BUN IN THE OVEN -- but it's not the baby kind ... it's the burger kind.

Rumors have been swirling today after a photo of Shannen emerged ... in which her stomach was a little more accentuated than usual.

But the actress says there's DEFINITELY NOT a baby in her belly ... just lunch.

She wrote, "I'm a size 2, not sporting a baby bump. That's simply the hamburger I wolfed down 2 minutes prior."

Shannen's little bundle of joy is expected to be delivered in the next couple of hours.

Lindsay Lohan and her dad might be in the middle of a nuclear flight, but LiLo's still gotta start her sisterly duties in three months ... and TMZ has learned the new baby is gonna be a BOY (phew).

Sources close to Michael Lohan tell TMZ he and his future baby mama, Kate Major, found out the good news just days before LiLo said she was cutting all ties with her father and vowed to never speak to him again ... (again).
