NFL refs keep getting called out for missing calls during big games, but one company is singlehandedly trying to put an end to the madness -- offering free eye procedures to give them 20/20 vision!!

LASIK hopped on social media once again to suggest its services to zebras after they kept their flags in their belts on two potential key calls in the final seconds of Thursday night's AFC North showdown between the Bengals and Ravens -- a missed facemask and holding call on Cincinnati's two-point conversion attempt to win the game.

The Ravens went on to win the contest, 35-34 ... and shortly afterward, the company threw out its public plea to give refs better eyes.

The football world saw a whole lot more of Derrick Henry than usual on Thursday night ... as his bare butt got exposed right in the middle of the Ravens' game vs. the Bengals!!

The PG-13 play happened in the fourth quarter of the big "Thursday Night Football" tilt in Baltimore ... as Henry was fighting for yards on his team's game-winning drive.

Check it out ... Henry burst through the line of the scrimmage and barreled his way toward the first-down marker, but B.J. Hill caught him from behind and dragged him down.

Cleveland Browns superstar Myles Garrett's Halloween costume got the ultimate compliment on Sunday ... with none other than Arnold Schwarzenegger praising his Terminator outfit!!

The All-Pro defensive end was unrecognizable prior to the Orange and Brown's divisional matchup with the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday ... wearing an elaborate mask, leather jacket and sunglasses as he made his way to the locker room.

The team's social media accounts shared footage of the epic entrance ... and it made its way to the Terminator himself, who was clearly thrilled with the end result.

Jamal Lewis would love it if Derrick Henry joined his 2,000-yard club again this season ... telling TMZ Sports he's actually rooting for it to go down.

In fact, the former Baltimore tailback -- who's one of just eight NFLers to ever accomplish the feat -- says he'd dub Henry "the head of our class" if the Ravens' newest star reached the coveted number for the second time in his career.

"It'd be great," Lewis said.

There are many things needed on an NFL sideline to ensure players are ready to go ... water, medical tents, video tablets -- and a container of ZYNs?!?

Well, that was at least the case during the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' game against the Baltimore Ravens on "Monday Night Football" ... 'cause Baker Mayfield was spotted getting his nicotine fix on the bench.

The ESPN cameras captured Mayfield popping one of the popular pouches -- which are billed as an alternative to tobacco products -- right before the second half.

The Ravens fan who was caught on video brutally attacking two Washington Commanders supporters has turned himself in to Baltimore cops ... after a warrant was issued for his arrest.

24-year-old John Callis, wearing a button-up shirt, turned himself in to police Monday morning ... where he was seen being led away in handcuffs.

FYI, last week cops told us Callis was wanted for first-degree aggravated assault and three counts of second-degree assault.

The Ravens fan who went on a violent rampage on Washington Commanders supporters this past weekend is a wanted man -- Baltimore PD has issued a warrant for his arrest.

TMZ Sports has confirmed -- 24-year-old John Callis is facing first-degree aggravated assault and three counts of second-degree assault ... in connection to a video that went viral after the Week 6 matchup on Oct. 13.

The disturbing video shows Callis -- wearing a Lamar Jackson jersey -- walking in the 1000 block of South Charles Street and approaching two 23-year-old Commanders fans. Seemingly unprovoked, he started swinging at them.

A Ravens fan took things way too far after his team's win against the Commanders, knocking an opposing fan out cold ... and Baltimore police are looking into the violent altercation.

The incident, which was caught on video, shows a fan wearing a Lamar Jackson jersey walking up to two individuals wearing Commanders gear. Then, seemingly unprovoked, he starts swinging at the men, landing a devastating right hook to the face of a fan wearing a Sean Taylor jersey, sending him careering to the ground.

The attacker then turns his attention to the other fan, wearing a Terry McLaurin jersey ... chasing him down and slamming him into a building wall. Luckily, it appears the man was able to get away before sustaining any more damage.

Baltimore Ravens rookie Nate Wiggins injured his neck in a car crash this week ... an ailment that will keep him sidelined for the team's Week 2 matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders.

Ravens coach John Harbaugh shared the news in a press conference ... saying the cornerback -- who had one tackle in his pro debut -- won't be ready to go by Sunday's kickoff.

"Nate was in a car accident a couple of days ago," Harbaugh said. "Looks like he's not gonna be able to make it to the game."

Baltimore Ravens tight end Isaiah Likely absolutely unloaded on a heckling fan after narrowly losing to the Kansas City Chiefs on Thursday ... firing back by screaming out, "f*** you, bitch" -- and it was all caught on camera.

The wild moment went down minutes after the Ravens' 27-20 loss ... a game that ended with Likely's toe landing out of bounds in the back of the end zone when Baltimore tried to tie things up in the final seconds.

24-year-old Likely -- who had a stellar night with nine receptions, 111 yards and a touchdown -- was fuming over the failed comeback ... 'cause when a presumed Chiefs fan yelled out "you stink" as he made his way through the Arrowhead Stadium tunnel, he lost his cool.

The Baltimore Ravens will pay tribute to their former wide receiver Jacoby Jones and offensive line coach Joe D'Alessandris this season ... revealing a new decal to honor the late members of the organization.

The team made the announcement Tuesday ... just two days before they open their season against the defending Super Bowl champions, the Kansas City Chiefs.

The sticker will be placed on the backs of every player's helmet ... and will feature both "Joe D." on the top and "Jacoby 12" on the bottom.

Baltimore Ravens star Mark Andrews was involved in a car wreck just before his team's planned workout Wednesday morning ... but, thankfully, it appears he's going to be OK.

The Ravens said in a statement the tight end crashed his ride while he was on his way to Baltimore's Under Armour Performance Center ... and he was evaluated by trainers when he arrived.

Fortunately, the Ravens said Andrews "did not sustain any apparent injuries" -- and he went on to participate in team meetings.

10:23 AM PT -- Suggs, through EAG Sports rep Denise White, issued a statement on the incident to TMZ Sports ... and Terrell says he was in fear for his safety.

"I was in a quiet area of Scottsdale in the middle of the day in a Starbucks drive-thru near my home when an incident happened with a vehicle behind me. I was getting coffee, I was not looking for any trouble," TS said.

"When the man in the other vehicle escalated the situation, I feared for my safety not knowing what his intentions were. Throughout the incident, I was the one who felt in danger, while fearing I would be followed home and for the safety of my family nearby at my residence."

TMZ Sports has learned Terrell Suggs' arrest on Tuesday stemmed from a March incident in which he allegedly brandished a gun and threatened to kill a man during an argument at a Scottsdale, Arizona Starbucks.

The Ravens and the Orioles are coming together for the city of Baltimore ... donating a combined $10 million to the Francis Scott Key Bridge collapse emergency relief fund.

The two professional sports organizations announced the amazing gesture on Friday ... 10 days after a cargo ship crashed into the bridge over the Patapsco River and outer Baltimore port.

Two of the six victims were found dead in a pickup truck recovered in the water. The four others are presumed dead.

7:18 AM PT -- Baltimore's MLB team just sent out its thoughts and prayers to those affected by the collapse ... vowing in a statement to "get through this" as a "tight-knit and resilient city."

The Baltimore Ravens sent out prayers to the victims of the tragic Francis Scott Key Bridge collapse Tuesday morning ... writing in a statement their "hearts go out to those who have been affected."

The bridge crumpled into the Patapsco River at around 1:30 AM ... after a large ship hit one of its support columns.

Several vehicles were on the bridge when it crashed into the near-freezing water below ... and city officials say divers are now on the scene searching for victims.

The Ravens -- who play roughly 15 miles away from the bridge at M&T Bank Stadium -- added in their statement they're confident the city will bond together in the wake of the tragedy.

Former Ravens quarterback Robert Griffin III also sent prayers to those involved ... as did LSU women's basketball star Angel Reese, who was born and raised in the Baltimore area.
