TikTok star Benjamin Gleason was arrested Friday and charged with rape, TMZ has learned.

Columbia County Jail in New York tells TMZ ... Gleason was booked the evening of March 20, and he's got a long list of serious charges.

He's been charged with 2 counts of rape, 1 count of predatory sexual assault committed against more than 1 person, 1 count of criminal sexual act in the 1st degree by forcible compulsion, 1 count of 2nd-degree aggravated sexual abuse, 1 count of first-degree sexual abuse, and 1 count of criminal sex acts conducted with person incapable of consent.

Taylor Frankie Paul's 'Secret Lives of Mormon Wives' costar Miranda Hope is breaking her silence.

She took to Instagram Friday to condemn domestic violence, writing that she's "at a loss for words" and "cannot support that kind of behavior."

Sources close to Miranda tell TMZ she saw the video of Taylor throwing stools at Dakota Mortensen for the first time when we posted it yesterday ... and was "shocked and horrified" by the footage. She had more to say on her story ...

"19 Kids and Counting" star Joseph Duggar -- one of Josh Duggar's brothers -- appeared in court in Arkansas for the first time since his arrest for alleged child sex abuse ... and he agreed to be extradited to Florida, the state where he allegedly sexually assaulted a 9-year-old girl.

The reality TV star appeared Friday in court via Zoom and waived his right to an extradition hearing ... and now authorities in Florida have 30 days to pick Joseph up from an Arkansas jail.

As you can see, Joseph is wearing a black-and-white-striped jail jumpsuit as he faces the judge.

Shia LaBeouf went ballistic on cops outside his New Orleans home early Friday morning ... and the wild encounter is all caught on video.

In footage obtained by TMZ, Shia is animatedly explaining something to cops about a car. While it’s unclear exactly what he’s saying … at one point, he lifts his shirt and seems to make the sign of the cross.

He then directs the cops to look at a security camera on his house, and shows them his phone … saying, “You gotta understand who I am. I’m a target,” adding he’s an “easy target.”

Jill Duggar Dillard and her family are "shocked and heartbroken" over her brother Joseph's arrest for child molestation.

The family shared their reaction on their blog Thursday ... one day after Joseph was taken to the clink in Arkansas and charged with two counts of child sex abuse stemming from an incident with a female minor in 2020.

The family wrote they "strongly condemn abuse" and "support the rule of law and hope that justice will be achieved" in the case, adding ... "Our hearts go out to the innocent juvenile victim of this unspeakable crime and her family. We pray God gives her strength, comfort and hope, and that she is able to get all the help and support she needs and deserves in the days ahead."

Joseph Duggar -- who was arrested Wednesday for allegedly sexually abusing an underage girl -- once spoke out against his famous older brother Josh Duggar over accusations of child molestation more than a decade ago.

Back in 2015 ... Joseph weighed in on Josh's misconduct after Josh was accused of inappropriately touching five girls, including his own sisters, Jill and Jessa. Both brothers, of course, starred on TLC’s “19 Kids and Counting.”

Joseph commented on the scandal in a clip for TLC's spinoff "Jill & Jessa: Counting On" ... saying, "Whenever somebody you respect the most is willing to get up and proclaim what we believe as Christians, about being true to your wife, you'd never think that that's the person who's involved in it."

"19 Kids and Counting" star Joseph Duggar -- the brother of Josh Duggar -- is looking serious in his newly released mug shot for his arrest for alleged child sex abuse.

TMZ obtained his booking photo from his arrest in Arkansas Wednesday -- he's got no expression on his face -- a stark contrast to his brother's fully smiling 2021 mugshot taken after he was found guilty of receiving and possessing child pornography.

But now Josh is no longer the only Duggar offspring to be booked for child-related crimes ... we told you all about it -- a 14-year-old made authorities aware of "several incidents" with Duggar that she said occurred during a family vacation in Panama City Beach, FL in 2020 when she was 9 years old, according to the Bay County Sheriff's Office.

Investigators say the victim accused Duggar of repeatedly asking her to sit on his lap and sit next to him on a couch. At one point on the couch, he placed a blanket over them and allegedly "manipulated the victim's underwear and grazed her genitals" and rubbed his hand on her thighs.

The girl's father confronted Duggar about these allegations on Tuesday, and according to the Bay County Sheriff's Office, he admitted his actions and was subsequently arrested.

He is charged with lewd and lascivious behavior involving molestation of a victim less than 12 years old and lewd and lascivious behavior conducted by a person 18 years or older.

'Secret Lives of Mormon Wives’ star Taylor Frankie Paul told a counselor she didn't recall much after drinking vodka during her alleged 2023 attack on her ex, Dakota Mortensen, and that counselor determined she was a "problem drinker" ... at least temporarily.

TMZ obtained a 2023 substance abuse and mental health assessment filed as part of Taylor’s criminal case. The counselor who interviewed the reality TV star said Taylor showed up on time and was “smiling and friendly.” The report said Taylor was willing to share information “about the event that brought her in for the assessment.”

Taylor denied having any past or present drug use or prescription drug abuse. The counselor noted, however, that Taylor’s score on an alcohol screening test indicated she was an “intermediate problem drinker.”

Police believe Jesse James' wife, Bonnie Rotten -- whose real name is Alaina James -- attacked him Saturday in a fight that left him with visible injuries on his face and neck.

As we reported ... Alaina was arrested and booked into the Hays County Jail outside San Antonio, Texas on a charge of assault causing bodily injury involving a family member. But now we have all the gritty details of the shocking incident that Jesse says preceded the arrest.

In a police report obtained by TMZ, cops say Jesse accused Alaina of striking him several times in the face and biting his right thumb.

Dr. Drew says Britney Spears needs to focus on two key areas of her life after her DUI arrest ... substance abuse and bipolar disorder.

The good doc joined us on "TMZ Live" Friday and we asked him about Britney firing her sober coaches in the weeks leading up to her DUI bust.

Dr. Drew says sober coaches aren't the solution ... he says Britney's best bet would be to address her addictions with treatment, and that in turn would help with her bipolar diagnosis.

Britney Spears had pills in her possession when she was arrested for DUI ... and TMZ has learned those pills are in the process of being tested, and the results could theoretically mean jail time.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... the pills were Adderall -- something she got while recently in Mexico. Our sources say one of the reasons Britney goes down to Mexico so often is to obtain the drug.

Our sources tell us ... those pills will be tested to determine if they contain pure Adderall or an additional substance. It's not uncommon that certain drugs obtained in Mexico are laced with fentanyl, cocaine, meth or other substances.

Kevin Federline is wishing his ex-wife Britney Spears the best after her DUI arrest ... and he hopes she'll makes some changes in her life.

K-Fed's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, tells TMZ ... "Kevin hopes for the best for Britney and if help is necessary, he hopes that she will neither resist it or those who are attempting to work with her."

Kevin's lawyer says they've spoken since Britney's Wednesday night arrest and says they don't know more than what's been reported in the media, but adds ... "The concern is whether this is just a one off or a one more."

Britney Spears showed her sober coaches the door weeks before getting arrested on suspicion of DUI.

Sources with knowledge tell TMZ ... Britney fired the sobriety coaches after she signed a deal selling her rights to her music and after she returned home to California following a trip to Los Cabos, Mexico.

We're told Britney's team also fired other people who were looking out for her ... including security guards who kept an eye on the pop superstar.

Britney Spears’ first husband Jason Alexander is rushing to her defense after her DUI arrest ... calling people out for jumping to conclusions when the full story isn’t even out yet.

In an IG Reel, Jason -- who was famously married to the singer for just 55 hours before their annulment in 2004 -- pointed out her reported 0.06 blood-alcohol level is actually below the legal BAC limit in most states. He also said it’s possible any substances in her system could’ve been legally prescribed medication, which would change the narrative entirely.

Jason doubled down, saying it’s unfair for the internet to run with "drunk driving" speculation before the facts are confirmed ... adding rumors spread fast and people end up judged before the truth is even clear.
