Former Nickelodeon child star Kianna Underwood has been identified as the victim in a terrible hit-and-run collision that left her dead after she was dragged down two Brooklyn blocks early Friday morning.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the 33-year-old -- who appeared on the 2005 series "All That" -- suffered severe trauma to her head and torso ... when a gray vehicle, driven by an unknown suspect, was traveling west on Pitkin Avenue and struck her as she crossed the street at Pitkin and Mother Gaston Blvd.

We’re told Kianna was left lying motionless in the roadway after being dragged under the car for nearly two blocks.

At the time of their deaths, police body cam footage showed the place was in shambles, with rat feces and urine everywhere. But, we're told the place has been completely cleaned up and looks absolutely amazing now!

Nick Reiner Landed in Mental Health Conservatorship in 2020

Nick Reiner was placed into a mental health conservatorship for one year, which may have resulted from an involuntary psychiatric hospitalization ... according to The New York Times.

NYC's newspaper of record published its findings Thursday ... citing Steven Baer, a licensed fiduciary who was Nick's appointed conservator, and a clerk for the Los Angeles County Superior Court. However, they did not provide any details beyond confirming Nick was in the conservatorship in 2020.

Reiner was placed in an LPS conservatorship -- a type of conservatorship initiated by a doctor which usually follows an involuntary psychiatric hospitalization -- sometime in 2020. This is a different kind of conservatorship than the ones celebs like Britney Spears underwent.

Elden Campbell Wore Partially Unzipped Life Vest ... At Time of Drowning

Officials say video shows ex-NBA player Elden Campbell went out on the waters in the middle of the night before his tragic drowning ... but he seemingly took some safety precautions, as he was wearing a "partially unzipped" life vest when his body was found on the shore.

TMZ Sports has obtained the investigation report on the NBA champ's death ... which states 57-year-old Campbell left a nearby boat ramp alone around 12:37 AM on Dec. 1.

The docs say Campbell's body was found in the sand along the water's edge in Pompano Beach, Florida ... and he was tethered to a Sea-Doo Fish Pro watercraft, which was registered to him.

John Forté, famous for his work with The Fugees, is dead ... TMZ has confirmed.

The Grammy-nominated recording artist died Monday at his home in Chilmark, Massachusetts -- a town on Martha's Vineyard -- according to Chilmark Police Chief Sean Slavin.

We're told John died suddenly and the cause of death is unclear ... though cops do NOT suspect foul play.

John is best known for his contributions to The Fugees' second studio album "The Score," which was released in February 1996 and won a Grammy for Best Rap Album. John is featured on two tracks, "Family Business" and "Cowboys," and he co-wrote and produced several songs on the breakthrough album.

T.K. Carter died at his home after battling serious health issues ... according to his family and authorities.

The actor’s older brother, Harold, tells TMZ ... the 69-year-old had been dealing with multiple medical problems in the months leading up to his death -- including diabetes and ongoing heart issues.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... T.K.’s family requested a welfare check last Friday after not hearing from him for a couple of days, and informed authorities T.K. had high blood pressure. Officers responded to his residence in Duarte, California -- about 20 miles east of L.A. -- where family members met them on scene.

Bob Weir -- the guitarist and founding member of the Grateful Dead -- has died ... according to a statement posted to his official Instagram account.

According to the post ... Weir passed away while surrounded by loved ones due to an underlying lung issue after he beat cancer.

T.K. Carter 'The Thing' Actor Dead at 69

T.K. Carter, known for his iconic role as Nauls in the 1982 horror/sci-fi film "The Thing," has died, TMZ has learned.

Carter was found deceased Friday in his Duarte, CA residence after a call for service was made. Law enforcement tells TMZ the call came in at approximately 5:42 PM, and a death report was made. No foul play is suspected.

The cause of death has not been released.

Roger Ewing 'Gunsmoke' Actor Dead at 83

Roger Ewing -- best known for his role as deputy marshal Thad Greenwood on "Gunsmoke" in the 1960s -- has died.

He died on Dec. 18, 2025, according to an obituary shared by his family. A cause of death has not been shared.

Ewing first appeared on the hit CBS series as a character named Ben Lukens in 1965, according to his IMDb. He came back as handyman Thad in season 11. He was a regular on the show until 1967.

John Stamos I Still Miss Bob Saget Even Though He Died Four Years Ago

It's officially been four years to the day since Bob Saget died ... and his former costar and longtime friend John Stamos marked the anniversary of the actor's death by sharing a bunch of photos taken with Saget on his Instagram account on Friday.

The photos mostly showed the former "Full House" costars hanging out and spending time with their friends and family ... and we're sure he's got plenty more he's looking over today.

John wrote a message about how much he misses Bob, and he compared the feeling to "standing in a quiet room after the laughter stops" ... sure, it's somber, and bittersweet too.

FYI ... Bob died in 2022 after he hit his head in his room at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Orlando, Florida, where he'd checked in after finishing a show at a comedy club. We were later told Bob likely didn't realize how serious the injury was. He went to sleep and died from a brain bleed.

We caught up with John nine months after his longtime friend died and asked him what he missed most about Bob -- "everything" was the answer we were given.

John wasn't the only person to mark the time since Bob passed ... Bob's widow, Kelly Rizzo, shared an Instagram post composed of videos and photos of her late husband over the years, and wrote his sudden death was "unimaginably painful."

Bob's former "Full House" costar Candace Cameron Bure also shared several of her favorite photos featuring the late comedian on her Instagram account, writing she still misses the actor every single day ... in all honesty, we do too.

The Los Feliz Oaks property, which originally hit the market for $6.5 million last year, is now listed at $5,750,000 -- a sizable price cut after the home was pulled just days before Christmas.

The 4-bedroom, 6-bathroom private compound was the home Aubrey and her husband Jeff shared after buying it in October 2022 for $4.7 million.

'Johnny Dangerously' Actor Richard Dimitri Dead at 83

Richard Dimitri, a comedian and actor who worked with the likes of Michael Keaton and Richard Dreyfuss in the 1970s and '80s, has died. He was 83.

His family announced Dimitri's death Wednesday in an online obituary ... he died December 18 in L.A. with his wife Christianne by his side. He had suffered from heart and lung illnesses for years.

Dimitri was born in Yonkers, New York, and started working Off-Broadway in the early 1960s. He taught acting at Queen's College City University in New York before moving to Los Angeles in 1975, according to his obit.

Chef Elle Simone Scott 'America's Test Kitchen' Star Dead at 49

Chef Elle Simone Scott -- who appeared on PBS' "America's Test Kitchen" -- has died from ovarian cancer.

Her chef pal Carla Phall shared the sad news on social media Wednesday and remembered Scott as a "friend, a force, and a trailblazer" who used her diagnosis to "educate, advocate, and uplift even while fighting for her life."

Phall also applauded Scott's trailblazing spirit, noting she was one of the first Black women on 'Test Kitchen.' Phall raved ... "She didn’t just test recipes; she changed what representation looked like in food media."

Scott reportedly began her career as a social worker but launched her professional journey in the food industry as a line cook and then a garde manger chef for Norwegian Cruise Lines, according to her LinkedIn. She graduated the Culinary Academy of New York in 2010 and in 2013, she founded SheChef, a networking organization for women chefs of color. She also obtained her Master of Arts in the Entertainment Business from Full Sail University.
