Adrienne Maloof & Paul Nassif Dumping Bev Hills Mansion During Nasty Divorce

Published | Updated

"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Adrienne Maloof and her estranged husband Paul Nassif are scrapping more than just each other -- they're also chopping their multi-million-dollar Beverly Hills mansion ... listing the property for sale.

Adrienna and Paul listed the 20,000 sq. ft. home recently -- a French chateau-style estate featured on the reality show with 8 bedrooms and 11 baths.

Maloof and Nassif purchased the home in 2004 for $12.7 million. It's now listed for $26 million, more than double what they bought if for.

Sources close to Adrienne tell TMZ, she okay'd the listing because "she just needs to make a change."

People close to Paul say it was a joint decision to sell the house -- and has nothing to do with Adrienne obtaining temporary child custody.

You'll recall, Adrienne won temporary custody of her and Paul's three boys yesterday, after claiming Paul choked one of them. Paul has denied the allegations.

'American Idol' House Renting Rooms To Rich People

Published | Updated

Wanna live like an "American Idol" finalist? Now you can ... but only if you're willing to drop $5,300 per week.

The mansion has one helluva history -- before it housed Idol's Top 12 in 2011 ... it was home to Playboy's "Swingers" reality show ... where a bunch of strangers banged each other mercilessly for several weeks while cameras rolled.

Now, TMZ has learned ... the 16,000 square foot pad in the Hollywood Hills has transformed into a fancy-schmancy (and extremely expensive) weight-loss and health center called Destination Fit4LA.

A rep for the center tells us ... the people behind Destination Fit4LA have owned the property for awhile and rented the place out to Playboy and "Idol" to make some cash while they prepared to launch their weight loss business.

We're told guests will stay in the 10-bedroom, 16-bath complex for $5,300 a week ... which includes a comprehensive weight loss program ... specialized meals ... and use of all the awesome amenities, including a fitness center, game room, theater and pool.

Orgies and music lessons cost extra ... kidding, there are no music lessons.

Carrie Prejean Opposite Sex Husband Sells SD Mansion for Loss

Published | Updated

Fired Miss USA Carrie Prejean is officially on the move ... she and her former NFL husband Kyle Boller just sold their massive San Diego pad -- but they took a pretty nasty hit.

Kyle -- who quit the NFL this summer, ONE DAY after signing with the Chargers -- purchased the 4,322 square-foot house in 2008 for $2.55 million ... two years before he met Carrie.

Prejean -- who notoriously slammed same-sex marriage during her 2009 run and was later STRIPPED of her crown for breach of contract -- was added to the home's deed when she got engaged to Boller in 2010.

But, after owning the house for several years, the couple decided it was time to go ... and unloaded the 4-bedroom, 4-bath crib last month for $2.35 mil -- way below what Kyle paid.

It's a steal for the new owner -- who gets a cool modern decor ... sick ocean views ... a vanishing edge pool ... and not to mention a whopping 140 palm trees.

Octomom Pulls Out Of Home Deal

Published | Updated

Octomom is still hunting for a place to call home ... because TMZ has learned the mom of 14 will NOT be moving into that Palmdale home after all because she claims the realtors REFUSED to let her see inside before escrow closed.

As TMZ first reported, Octo put eight months worth of rent into an escrow account to rent a 5-bedroom, 3-bath pad. According to our sources, while the dough was clearing escrow, she asked to check out the inside of the house -- since she had only seen pics.

Our sources say the realtor REFUSED and told Octo she wasn't allowed see the house until the deal was closed ... but gave no explanation why. We're told Nadya was furious and told the realtor she needed to see the digs in person before letting THOUSANDS of dollars clear escrow, but the realtor wouldn't cooperate and even kept her from speaking to the landlord.

According to our sources, Octo felt the deal was turning shady fast ... so she pulled the plug on the whole thing. Now she's looking at other available options and we're told two other houses have recently given the green light.

But this time around, Kourt -- a mother of 2 -- decided she wants to be in a house ... a really big house.

We're told ... the front-runner is the $5.8-million-dollar Mediterranean style MANSION pictured above ... which boasts 6 bedrooms, 6 1/2 baths ... over 5,000 square feet ... a pool ... AND an attached dock with room for a 100' boat.

Which they totally need.

David Beckham Ugly Mansion on 'NFL on Fox' Is NOT My Real Pad

Published | Updated

David Beckham doesn't really live in the monstrosity of a mansion featured on the "NFL on Fox" pregame show this weekend -- Dave's house is WAYYY bigger ... TMZ has learned.

Beckham appeared in a comedy sketch with the new "NFL on Fox" comedy guy Rob Riggle ... and in the sketch, Rob joked that he broke into "some football player's home" to throw a raging party. Enter the punchline when Dave said the house was his. Funny stuff.

The home was gigantic ... and SOOO gaudy ... with a massive pool .. a fancy dining room decked out in gold ... and a tacky master bedroom.

But sources close to Beckham tell us ... the footage was NOT shot in Dave's real-life Beverly Hills mansion ... but rather a rented out Bel Air home made to look like Casa de Becks.

Dave's actual Bev Hills home DWARFS the fake pad ... measuring 13,000 square feet with 6 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms and a HUGE backyard complete with palm trees and views of the ocean.

Not bad for some football player.

Ryan Lochte I Sold My Florida Pool ... Comes With a House

Published | Updated

Ryan Lochte just unloaded his giant Gainesville, Florida swimming pool ... which also happened to have a house attached to it, TMZ has learned.

The Olympic gold-medalist bought the pool way back in 2006 for $377,500 while he was still attending the University of Florida ... and sold it in late August for an undisclosed amount.

The pool comes with a 2,470 square-foot house (below) that boasts 4 bedrooms ... 2 baths and other home-esque things ... like a garage ... exterior walls ... fireplace etc.

But from the pics, it's obvious ... Lochte bought the place for the pool, which takes up the ENTIRE back yard.

The timing of the sale (which closed just 4 days after the 2012 Games ended) came as no surprise ... considering the 11-time-Olympic medalist has repeatedly said that he wants to move to L.A. and pursue other careers ... like reality TV.

Step one ... complete.

It's actually a pretty sad story ... the 69-year-old's Encino, CA home burned down in March 2011 ... and now her neighbors are suing -- claiming they suffered residual damage from the blaze.

Ryan Seacrest Unloads Fabled Mansion

Published | Updated

Ryan Seacrest has just sold the mansion he called home before upgrading to Ellen DeGeneres' sick pad ... TMZ has learned.

The 8,000 square foot house -- which has a detached nightclub -- was listed for $12.9 million and sold for $11 million. Sounds great, except Ryan paid $11.5 million when he bought it back in 2006. Blame the housing market ... but we're guessing it's not going to make a dent in Ryan's wallet.

The sale became official this morning. The new buyers are some rich English folk.

By the way, Ryan bought the house from Kevin Costner. Kevin purchased it from Richard Dreyfuss.

Ryan and Julianne Hough are now living in Ellen's former mega-mansion, which he purchased for a cool $37.5 million.

The big winner in all of this ... Kurt Rappaport, who represented Ryan in the sale of his old home and the purchase of Ellen's estate. Rappaport also repped Ellen in the sale. So Kurt got a nice chunk of $50 million worth of real estate. Not bad.

Divorce can be highly profitable.
