Kobe Bryant Divorce Vanessa Gets the Mansion, Kobe Gets the Boot
Kobe Bryant has already moved out of his MASSIVE Newport Coast mansion ... permanently -- because TMZ has learned Vanessa gets the estate in the couple's divorce.
Kobe purchased the sprawling Orange County property back in 2001.
As part of the divorce settlement, Kobe agreed to give up the property. TMZ broke the story, the couple had NO prenup ... which means Vanessa is entitled to half of EVERY DOLLAR Kobe made since they were married ten years ago.
It's unclear where Kobe is living at the moment.
So It's Settled
Khloe & Lamar Not Ready to Settle Down In Dallas ... Yet
Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom have begun looking for a place to live in Dallas ... TMZ has learned ... but they aren't looking for anything too permanent just yet.
Sources close to the couple tell TMZ Khloe flew out to Dallas yesterday to begin the process of looking for a place to live. According to our sources, the couple is only looking to sign a one-year lease because Lamar could only be a Dallas Maverick for this season.
We're told the couple is looking to rent, not buy, and would prefer a 3-bedroom in the $8-15,000/month range.
According to our sources, Khloe and Lamar are looking closely at a high-rise condominium building called Azure -- where Terrell Owens once owned a condo and Deion Sanders still does.

Beyonce Takes HUGE Loss on TINY Miami Beach Pad
Beyonce Knowles just got her pregnant ass handed to her in the real estate market ... selling off her swanky beachfront Miami property for 75% LESS than she bought it for ... TMZ has learned.
According to public records, Beyonce dropped $465,000 on a tiny cabana in a glitzy Miami condo complex back in 2002 -- it only measured 190 square feet ... and contained one 1/2 bathroom.
The place is basically a small little beachfront room, from which Beyonce could walk to and from the sand and the pool.
It's highly likely Beyonce owned a bigger condo in the complex ... and used the cabana so she could change and use her own private restroom without having to schlep all the way back through the building.
But that was BEFORE November 9th ... when B sold the cabana for $110,000 ... a tad below her $135,000 asking price ... and $355,000 LESS than she paid for it.
Tough loss ... but we're guessing she'll be able to get by somehow.
We called Beyonce for comment -- so far, no response.
Unreal Estate
Chris Tucker Dumps TWO Florida Mansions
Chris Tucker is cutting his losses -- shedding two massive homes in Florida to help dig himself out of his financial hole ... TMZ has learned.
Tucker got lucky with the first property -- an 8,861 square foot, 5-bedroom waterfront home in Lake County -- successfully negotiating a short sale before the bank planned to foreclose on it last month.
Chris' bank accepted a $2 million bid for the house -- satisfying the actor's debt -- even though he allegedly owed $4.4 million on the property before selling it. Considering Tucker bought the place for $6 million, it was a great deal for whoever just snatched it off the market.
In October, Tucker sold the other Florida pad for $1,050,000 ... much less than his $1.5 million asking price.
But any money is good money at this point -- as we previously reported, Tucker still allegedly owes Uncle Sam $11.5 million in back taxes. Good thing they're making another "Friday."

Terrell Owens Narrowly Escapes Foreclosure
Another real estate debacle for Terrell Owens -- who just struck a deal to sell his pimped out Dallas condo for $350,000 LESS than he bought it for ... TMZ has learned.
Here's the deal -- Owens paid $1.95 for his 3,559-square foot Dallas condo back in 2008, when he was still with the 'Boys ... and pumped an additional $100k into the place for various upgrades.
But that was back when Owens had money ...
Now, in the wake of his financial issues, Owens was forced to sell the place ... but thanks to that pesky real estate bubble, it's worth SIGNIFICANTLY less now.
So, Owens got his bank to accept a short sale on the pad ... in which the bank agreed to take less money than what's owed on the loan ... and thereby avoided the pain in the ass foreclosure process.
TMZ has learned ... some wealthy opportunist bought the place last month for $1.6 mil.
As we previously reported, T.O. took a $56,000 loss on another property last month ... and he still has no job in the NFL.

Kris Humphries I'm Over Kim K -- It's Bachelor Pad Time!
Kris Humphries is gearing up to reenter the bachelor scene after his split with Kim Kardashian ... and TMZ has learned he's already re-pimped out his Minnesota pad ... with the help of a former NFL star.
Sources connected to Kris tell us ... Humphries recently hooked up with ex-Baltimore Ravens stud Tony Siragusa for an episode of the DIY network show "Man Caves"
We're told the original plan was to build a custom man cave for Kris where a married guy could escape for a little "man time "... and Kim was even supposed to participate in the episode.
But after the split, we're told Kris told producers to go back to the drawing board ... and gave orders to design the ultimate bachelor pad room for a single guy on the rebound.
We're told Goose and contractor Jason Cameron came up with a "chill lounge" concept -- complete with a couple of bars, liquor dispensers and a wall that transforms into a 120 inch projection screen.
All Kris needs now is a couple of chicks ... if anyone's interested in a young, rich athlete who's down for a long-term commitment.

Jerry Rice You'll Pay for Blowing Sale of My $11 Million Mansion
The cost to purchase Jerry Rice's Northern California mansion -- $11,000,000.
The cost to back out of the deal at the last minute -- $330,000 ... and a lawsuit.
According to court docs obtained by TMZ ... Rice claims he was all set to unload his massive home in Atherton, CA (which Forbes ranked as the 2nd most expensive ZIP code in the US in 2010) ... when the buyers decided to pull out at the last minute.

Buuuuuuut ... Rice claims the buyers couldn't seal the deal by the deadline ... and BOOM -- now he's suing so he can keep the money without having to sell them the house. Sounds like a great deal for Rice.
Attempts to reach the buyers were unsuccessful.

We confirmed with the realtor that J&B took a walk-through the 9,491 square-foot ocean-front pad last week -- but it's unclear if the couple is interested in making an offer.
According to official records, Ricky's trying to score a hefty profit on the estate -- because he bought it in 2005 for $10,000,000 .. and now he's listed the house at $12.5 mil.

JaMarcus Russell Closes House Deal Escapes Loss to Foreclosure
JaMarcus Russell has finally completed something -- the sale of his mansion ... and just in time to avoid losing it at auction! Not exactly a TD pass, but it's a start.
JaMarcus sold the Bay area home at the end of September, and the guy who bought it says he paid just over a million bucks. Back in 2007, when JaMarcus was a hot shot rookie -- with a $60 million contract -- he paid $2.4 million for the pad.
As TMZ first reported, the home was in foreclosure and JM nearly lost it at auction because he allegedly failed to pay $195,512.05 in mortgage payments.
We're told JaMarcus -- almost unquestionably the biggest NFL bust -- cleared out all his memorabilia before he moved out.
Probably high school and college stuff.

Octomom Real Estate Agency REFUSED to Sell My Home
Nadya Suleman claims she's the victim of Octomomism -- prejudice against people who have given birth to eight kids at once -- because she says a real estate agency refused to handle the sale of her home because of who she was.
As TMZ first reported, Octo is unloading her troubled La Habra home (and even asking for more than it was appraised for). But Octo tells us when she first tried listing the home with a friend who worked at Atlantic & Pacific Real Estate, that agency rejected the listing ... on grounds they didn't want the media coverage.
In fact, her broker friend was told if she wanted to list the home, she'd have to resign and do it somewhere else. She did just that.
Octo tells TMZ, "I was appalled to say the least. It is a blatant form of prejudice and I was disgusted that they refused to take my house and list it."
Calls to Atlantic & Pacific Real Estate were not returned.
