Chris Brown continues to deal with scary situations at his L.A. mansion … with yet another person arrested at the property, TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, LAPD was called to the entertainer’s $3.8 million 6-bedroom, 10-bathroom home at 5:55 pm on June 2.

Sources tell TMZ the initial call to police came in as a burglary suspect at the home. The caller told the 911 operator that a female had broken into the home.

Tensions escalated this week during a staff meeting, when newly appointed executive producer Nick Bilton was introduced to the newsroom ... and Pelley openly criticized the decision -- however a letter was sent to Pelley the following day, saying CBS News was terminating him immediately.

Pelley reportedly openly criticized the direction of the longstanding newsmagazine and took aim at CBS News chief Bari Weiss, accusing her of dismantling the culture that made "60 Minutes" a television institution.

During the clash, Pelley reportedly questioned why Bilton would even accept the role given the resistance he was facing from longtime staffers.

Pelley joined CBS News in 1989 and went on to become one of its most recognizable faces, serving as anchor of the "CBS Evening News" and spending more than two decades as a correspondent for "60 Minutes."

Amanda Batula and West Wilson aren't exactly hiding out from the "Summer House" reunion fallout ... they're soaking up the Italian coast together while Part 2 of the explosive sit-down plays out back home.

6:17 PM 6/2/2026 -- Multiple sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ … the suspect in custody is Sean’s neighbor.

Our Law Enforcement sources tell us that LAPD responded to a call at Sean's home for criminal threats around 10 AM Tuesday. The caller stated the suspect was a neighbor who had been harassing and threatening their contractors. The caller told officers this had been an ongoing issue.

Our LE sources tell us when officers arrived Tuesday morning, there was no indication of any threats made. No report was taken.

Sean Avery and his wife, Hilary Rhoda's Los Angeles home was the scene of a frightening shooting ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... the couple's contractor was working at their Hollywood Hills residence Tuesday when the shots rang out. We're told that during the shooting, a tire on the contractor's vehicle was struck.

As of now, our law enforcement sources say there are no known injuries. Our LE sources tell us one person is in custody. The investigation is ongoing.

We're told neither Avery or Rhoda was home at the time of the shooting.

Jessica Shannon's marriage is coming to an end ... 'cause TMZ has learned the reality star and her wife, Shyann McCant, have separated and are heading for divorce.

"How I Met Your Mother" actor Nick Pasqual is headed to prison for a long time after being sentenced for the attempted murder of his ex-girlfriend, makeup artist Allie Shehorn.

A judge handed down a 32-year to life sentence Tuesday following Pasqual's conviction last month stemming from the brutal May 2024 attack.

Prosecutors said Pasqual broke into Shehorn's Sunland home during the early morning hours and stabbed her more than 20 times in the neck, chest, back, abdomen, arms, and wrists before fleeing toward the U.S.-Mexico border.
