Bunnie XO says her split from Jelly Roll isn't stopping the pair from growing their family ... revealing they're still moving forward with plans to have a baby together despite ending their marriage.

Bunnie addressed the divorce on her podcast Thursday, explaining that while she and Jelly Roll have decided to end their nearly 10-year relationship, they still plan to have a child together and co-parent.

During the episode, Bunnie opened up about the couple's difficult IVF journey, revealing they suffered multiple embryo losses while trying to start a family. She said the setbacks took a significant emotional toll on both of them and contributed to strain in the relationship.

Actor Paul Avery -- known for his work in "All My Children" -- has tragically died in a house fire, multiple outlets report.

According to Ridge View Echo, Paul's New Jersey home went up in flames a little before 1 AM Tuesday, with him and his wife, Shiela, inside.

Firefighters reportedly found them in the home in critical condition. The outlet reports that responders rescued them from the burning building and attempted CPR ... but neither Paul nor Shiela survived.

Chris Brown took the stand in the $90 million battle with his former housekeeper over a vicious dog attack at his L.A. home.

On Thursday, the entertainer testified in court as part of the trial in the lawsuit brought by Maria Avila. In her suit, Maria claims she was attacked by a large dog while taking out the trash. Chris denies wrongdoing.

In court, Chris denied that the dog in question was his and said it belonged to his head of security. Both the dog and the head of security were residents of the property. He added that the dog stayed on the property as a guard dog.

Carlos Mencia has been hit with 12 tax-related criminal charges ... and he could face more than a decade in prison if convicted on all of them -- according to the L.A. district attorney.

Mencia has been charged with 12 counts ... six connected to his personal tax returns and six to his business tax returns, Hochman said. Prosecutors allege Mencia failed to report $8.7 million in income -- and owes more than $300K in unpaid state taxes.

Fitness influencer Carly Douglas is dead ... just 3 months after announcing that she'd been diagnosed with cancer.

Carly died Saturday, according to a touching tribute her family recently shared on social media.

Daveigh Chase spent the final years of her life living in an RV with her boyfriend ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the actress tell TMZ ... she and her boyfriend, Roy Hernandez, were staying in the RV in the Boyle Heights area of downtown Los Angeles, minutes away from Skid Row, up until June 3, when she was admitted to a local hospital.

We broke the story ... Daveigh died Tuesday at a Los Angeles hospital. Sources told us she died from meningitis and a blood infection.

Timothy Busfield wants his indictment thrown out ... telling a judge the prosecutors' presentation of evidence to the grand jury failed to tell the whole story.

The actor filed papers asking a judge to toss the grand jury indictment because the state of New Mexico has "abdicated its role in administering justice" and is blindly pursuing an indictment against him.
