9/20/2026 7:55 AM PT -- A source close to Lesley Vogel denies she was not invited to her daughter Hayden Panettiere's memorial, but admits she did not attend due to a family emergency.

Hayden Panettiere's mom, Lesley Vogel, and her boyfriend, Brian Hickerson, will NOT attend the late actress' memorial this weekend ... TMZ has learned.

Family sources tell TMZ ... Brian and his brother, Zach Hickerson, were not invited to the celebration of life ... ditto for Lesley.

As TMZ first reported ... Hayden's family, including her dad, Skip Panettiere, close friends and Hollywood power players will gather Saturday for a celebration of life at a church in Malibu.

Sources with direct knowledge told us about 150 people are expected to attend, and guests have been informed it's a memorial for Hayden.

B2K singer Raz B and wife Mona Li's 3-month-old son showed no obvious signs of trauma or foul play when police responded to the Atlanta home where he died ... TMZ has learned.

According to an Atlanta Police Department incident report obtained by TMZ, officers responded to a "person down" call at a home shortly after 8 AM on September 8.

Police say officers arrived and were directed to Astro Monte Thornton, Raz and Mona's 3-month-old son, who was unresponsive.

Trey Songz's alleged sexual assault victim is pleading with the court to release a huge chunk of the money the singer paid to settle the matter ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Jauhara Jeffries said she settled her lawsuit in 2025 in which she claimed the singer sexually assaulted her.

She says the money is currently being held in a court-controlled escrow account until a lien issue is handled, but is asking the court to release 55% of the total amount or all amounts above $69,950.52. That means the settlement is at least around $70K, and she says she needs the money ASAP.

Duncan Sheik -- a singer-songwriter whose debut hit "Barely Breathing" made him a household name -- has died ... according to a post on his social media.

The post went up just a few minutes ago ... featuring a smiling Duncan holding his guitar. The first line of the caption announced his passing, which happened on Thursday.

The caption reads, in part, "The world has a lost (sic) a singular talent, and deeply influential voice in music and theater," adding, "Duncan’s artistry touched many and leaves an indelible mark on the cultural landscape."

"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Dorit Kemsley should be paying her estranged husband, PK Kemsley, child support ... at least according to PK's accountant.

In new legal docs obtained by TMZ, PK's accountant said Dorit should be shelling out $581 a month in child support even though PK's average monthly income is around $107,943.

Dorit's monthly income was redacted from the document ... and the accountant's child support claims would indicate she earns more per month than PK.

The accountant says Dorit spent $32K on family expenses from January 2026 to August 2026, plus another $435K on clothes and jewelry, and $56K on travel.
