People vs. Dr. Conrad Murray Toxicologist: MJ Died w/ Propofol in Stomach

Toxicologist -- Dan Anderson Testifies
Updated 10/06/11 at 1:30 PM

Toxicologist Dan Anderson said small amounts of Propofol were found in Michael Jackson's stomach after he died.

This could prove important for the defense -- who are trying to prove MJ killed himself with a self-administered overdose.

But according to Anderson, he found only trace amounts of Propofol in MJ's stomach -- the equivalent of a few specks of sugar.

Anderson says Propofol was found in all 8 specimens taken throughout Michael's body.

MJ also tested positive for Lidocaine, Diazepam (Valium), Lorazepam (Ativan), and Ephedrine.

No Illegal drugs were found in his system.

Michael Jackson Bedside Lined with Pill Bottles

If it wasn't obvious Michael Jackson had a drug problem before -- this oughta do the trick ...

According to an investigator for the L.A. County Coroner's office, Michael Jackson's bedside table was lined with a pharmacy's worth of prescription pill bottles.

Investigator Elissa Fleak just testified -- she inspected MJ's bedroom the day he died, and found the above collection of pill bottles beside the singer's bed.

Among the pills -- a collection of sedatives Diazepam, Lorazepam, Temazepam ... the list goes on.

Fleak says she also found a blue bag full of Propofol vials -- the same bag MJ's security guard Alberto Alvarez claims he packed on Murray's orders ... before calling 911.

Michael Jackson Drug-Induced Rambling: "I Had No Childhood"

Michael Jackson wanted to dedicate his "This Is It" concerts to his children -- and in a heartbreaking conversation Dr. Conrad Murray recorded weeks before the singer died, MJ claims, "I love them because I didn't have a childhood."

You can hear MJ's voice in the recording -- slurred, incoherent -- explaining how he wanted to outdo The Beatles and Elvis with his final concerts, and go down in history as the greatest entertainer who ever lived.

Michael becomes extremely emotional while speaking about his children -- claiming, "I had no childhood. I feel their pain. I feel their hurt."

Murray recorded the conversation on his iPhone on Sunday May 10th, 2009 at 9:05 AM. It's unclear why -- but according to prosecutors, it documents MJ under the influence of "unknown agents." It also shows Murray was familiar with Michael in altered states of mind.

At one point in the clip, Murray asks Michael if he's okay -- and Michael responds, "I am asleep."

The recording -- a clip of which Prosecutor David Walgren played during his opening statement -- was uncovered by investigators after they seized Murray's device.

People vs. Dr. Conrad Murray Michael Jackson Had "Episode" Days Before Death

09:55 AM

Dramatic testimony today ... suggesting there were strong signs Michael Jackson's health was deteriorating days before his death.

Stephen Marx -- the forensic expert who analyzed Dr. Conrad Murray's iPhone -- uncovered a voicemail message in which Michael Jackson's manager referred to "an episode" MJ had five days before he died.

Prosecutors played the June 20th message during Marx's testimony -- in which Michael's manager Frank DiLeo says, "I'm sure you're aware [Michael] had an episode last night."

Frank clearly believed Michael had a drug problem, claiming, "He's sick. I think you need to get a blood test on him. We gotta see what he's doing."

You'll recall ... Kenny Ortega and others talked about MIchael's heath problems during rehearsal on June 19, 2009, which triggered a confrontation between Ortega and Murray at MJ's house the next day.

People vs. Dr. Conrad Murray Medical Supply Rep: Murray Ordered Unusual Drugs

Pharmaceutical Distributor -- Sally Hirschberg Testifies
Updated 10/05/11 at
09:00 AM

Sally Hirschberg -- a medical supply rep who worked closely with Dr. Murray's office -- claimed Murray's drug orders were out of the ordinary for a cardiologist.

According to Hirschberg, it was extremely unusual for a cardiology clinic -- such as Murray's in Las Vegas -- to order Lidocaine and IV bags.

Hirschberg claimed Murray asked her to ship supplies to a home address in CA -- but she refused, insisting it would violate company policy to ship to a private home.

The supplies were sent to Murray's Vegas office instead.

On June 26, the day after MJ died, Hirschberg said she got a call from Murray's office asking to cancel an order for medical supplies.

People vs. Dr. Conrad Murray Murray's Girlfriend: He Dropped the Phone to Help MJ

Murray's Girlfriend -- Sade Anding Testifies
Updated 10/04/11 at 11:48 AM

Sade Anding -- one of the three women Dr. Conrad Murray was juggling as Michael Jackson went into distress -- told jurors she was chatting with the doc when all of a sudden he dropped the phone.

Anding -- a cocktail waitress from Houston -- was telling the doc about her day, when 5 or 6 minutes into the conversation, she realized he wasn't saying anything back.

"I said, 'Hello? Hello? I didn't hear anything'" she told jurors.

That's when she said she heard "mumbling of voices" and "coughing" in the background. She thought the noises sounded muffled, like the phone was in Murray's pocket.

Anding told the court she stayed on the line for a few minutes, then hung up and tried to call him back ... but he never picked up.

Prosecutors are trying to show Murray was so busy with his love life, he was distracted during the crucial moments before MJ's death.

People vs. Dr. Conrad Murray Key Witness RESURFACES!

Pharmacist Tim Lopez Testifies
Updated 10/04/11 at 11:15 AM

Mystery solved ... the pharmacist -- who suddenly went missing in January after admitting he sent Dr. Conrad Murray massive amounts of Propofol -- has been found.

After a "mysterious" trip to Thailand, Tim Lopez found his way back to the US ... just in time for the trial.

Lopez told prosecutors, he first met Murray in 2008, when the doc came into his pharmacy looking for a skin whitening cream for his African-American "patients" suffering from "Vitiligo" -- the same skin condition MJ had.

But In April of 2009, Murray moved on to the more serious stuff, ordering 35 vials of Propofol.

Lopez told prosecutors, Murray kept some of the vials, then asked the rest be sent to an address in Santa Monica ... likely Nicole Alvarez's apartment.

Between April and June, 2009, Murray continued ordering Propofol like it was candy ... hoarding enough sedatives to put down a herd of wild elephants.

In total, Lopez said, he shipped Murray 255 vials of Propofol, 20 vials of Lorazepam and 60 vials of Midazolam.

Judge Pastor just announced he was breaking early because of scheduling purposes. Trial resumes tomorrow morning at 8:45 am.

Dr. Murray's Baby Mama Nicole Alvarez Missteps in Court
Updated 10/04/11 at 9:55 AM

Nicole Alvarez -- Murray's girlfriend and baby mama -- is standing by her man.

In case you missed it, prosecution grilled Alvarez on Murray's $150K-a-month salary -- but Alvarez denied knowing anything about it until it hit the media.

Prosecutor Deborah Brazil dug up some of Nicole's previous testimony -- in which Alvarez admitted to knowing about Murray's salary long before news broke about it.

Alvarez balked in response -- claiming her memory might be a little fuzzy ...

Alvarez said she met Murray at a Vegas club in 2005. They began dating a few months later. She gave birth to his son in 2009.

She told the court she first met the King of Pop in 2008. She saw him again 2 or 3 times after the baby was born ... saying Michael was "interested" in the baby and wanted to arrange visits so he could see him.

She testified she frequently signed for packages delivered to her Santa Monica apartment -- later known to contain Propofol ... but insisted she never opened them and didn't know what was in them.

Conrad Murray The Prosecutors are Dishonest!

Conrad Murray spilled his guts to his barber over the weekend, complaining the prosecutor in his manslaughter trial is intentionally deceiving the jury.

Murray's barber, Maurice from M Barbering, tells TMZ ... Murray was griping that prosecutors have said the Doc delayed calling 911. Murray told the clipper ... he told bodyguard Alberto Alvarez to immediately call 911.

And on the subject of Alvarez ... Murray is pissed at the accusation he told the bodyguard to bring Michael Jackson's two oldest kids to Jackson's bedroom. Doc Murray says he actually told Alvarez to keep them away.

Murray was telling his barber he thinks the prosecutors are more interested in convicting him than being honest.

And if you're wondering, Murray's cut cost $25 ... and he left a 5 dollar tip.

Michael Jackson's Kids We're Boycotting the Trial

Prince, Paris, and Blanket Jackson have created a self-imposed blackout of Conrad Murray's trial ... TMZ has learned.

Sources directly connected to the kids tell TMZ ... the Michael Jackson manslaughter trial is just too painful to relive -- especially for Prince and Paris, who witnessed the demise of their dad firsthand.

We're told Katherine is relieved the kids don't have the kind of curiosity that would drive them to the screen, especially after prosecutor David Walgren displayed the body of Michael Jackson in the first graphic during opening statements.

We're told Katherine was unhappy and disturbed the shocking photo was displayed at all.

It's unclear -- and unlikely -- the kids will be called as witnesses, but as we previously reported, Prince is willing to take the stand.
