More legal woes are bubbling for Skai Jackson’s baby daddy Deondre Burgin ... 'cause TMZ has learned he's been arrested again -- this time for a warrant while washing a car he should not have been driving!

Here's the scoop ... Deondre was giving his vehicle a good ol’ scrub-down at a Kentucky gas station on July 14 when police drove by and apparently ran his license plate -- which is something cops often do in Kenton County, KY, according to a rep for the Kenton County Commonwealth Attorney's Office.

The spokesperson tells us the plate check revealed Deondre has an active warrant out of Hamilton County, Ohio, so the police busted him.

The man suspected of killing an "American Idol" music supervisor and her husband was taken into custody yesterday ... and, TMZ has obtained pictures of the arrest.

The photos show 22-year-old Raymond Boodarian standing in front of a row of garages at a residential complex, with numerous cops surrounding him ... no shirt on and his hands cuffed behind his back.

The pictures are all taken from behind Boodarian, so you can't see his face. One garage door behind the group is open ... though it's unclear if that's where he came from.

The stunning double homicide of "American Idol" music supervisor Robin Kaye and her husband has rocked their Los Angeles neighborhood amid skyrocketing break-ins in the area ... and now the family directly next door wants to get the hell out of there.

The neighbor of the slain couple tells TMZ ... he and his family are completely terrified -- but not as shocked as they could be, since he says crime -- home break-ins, specifically -- in the Encino area has escalated dramatically the past few years.

We're told, immediately after news broke of the killings, several neighbors had an impromptu meeting where they agreed to look out for one another ... 'cause it was simply getting too dangerous to rely on home security systems alone.

The alleged murderer of "American Idol" Music Supervisor Robin Kaye and her husband, Thomas Deluca, left forensic evidence behind that directly led to his arrest ... sources with knowledge tell TMZ.

The LAPD arrested 22-year-old Raymond Boodarian, and our sources say the key piece of evidence linking him to the crime is fingerprints ... cops were able to lift fingerprints from the crime scene.

Authorities were able to match the prints to Boodarian because his prints were in the LAPD's database. Boodarian had been arrested on 3 separate criminal battery cases in 2024, and protocol is to get fingerprints upon arrest.

Cops in India have arrested the man suspected of killing famed marathon runner Fauja Singh in a hit-and-run accident earlier this week.

Amritpal Singh Dhillon was taken into custody on Tuesday ... after he reportedly confessed to hitting Singh on Monday.

According to journalist Gagandeep Singh, Dhillon told cops he was traveling at a high rate of speed and could not stop after he saw Fauja Singh enter a crosswalk. The non-resident Indian from Canada allegedly left the scene in a panic. He reportedly did not know it was Fauja Singh he had hit.

Cops arrested a double homicide suspect after "American Idol" music supervisor Robin Kaye and her husband were found shot to death inside their Los Angeles home ... TMZ has confirmed -- and it appears the couple came home and surprised a burglar who'd broken into their Encino house.

Law enforcement tells us 22-year-old Raymond Boodarian was arrested on suspicion of double homicide. LAPD detectives believe he has no relationship to Robin and her husband ... and we're told this was an isolated incident. Boodarian is believed to have entered the house through an unlocked door on Thursday afternoon, police said.

Police said when the couple arrived home and discovered the suspect, a confrontation ensued and they were both shot multiple times. The suspect fled on foot, police said. Officers responding to a call for a welfare check on Monday discovered the couple dead inside the house.

7/16 -- 2:08 PM PT -- TMZ's learned the whole shootout video ended up being nothing but a fake ... with sources in direct contact with the guy telling us no live rounds were fired, and law enforcement confirming there were no reports of a shooting or attempted robbery.

Rapper Troy Ave is his brother's keeper ... and he proved it, big time, by opening fire on a gunman who ran up on his pal, celeb chef Geoff Cole.

The shootout went down in the San Diego area -- home security footage shows Geoff pull up at home in his Bentley, Troy gets out on the passenger side ... and as both men are walking toward the garage, a would-be robber sneaks down the alley and charges at Geoff.

The Brooklyn MC immediately reacted, reaching for his own handgun as the gunman fumbled an apparent weapon -- and Troy seized the opportunity to start shooting and chasing the guy back into the alley.

The man accused of murdering a Minnesota politician and seriously injuring another left a handwritten letter to FBI director Kash Patel, confessing to the shootings and claiming Minnesota governor Tim Walz approached him about killing 2 U.S. Senators ... at least according to federal prosecutors.

Vance Boelter was indicted Tuesday by a federal grand jury in Minnesota on murder and stalking charges in the killing of State Representative Melissa Hortman and her husband, Mark Hortman.

Acting United States Attorney for the District of Minnesota Joseph Thompson said the incident was a "political assassination, the likes of which have never occurred here in the state of Minnesota."

As President Trump's administration faces a whole brouhaha over newly released details in the disputed "Epstein Files" over the last week ... we're getting a peek at Jeffrey Epstein's one-time girlfriend and co-conspirator Ghislaine Maxwell warming the track at the Florida penitentiary where she's doing time.
