Arkansas Driver Killed By Portable Toilet

A man in Arkansas was killed last week after his car hit a portable toilet during a freak accident.

Ronald Langley was driving along Interstate 49 in Bentonville, AR, on the afternoon of July 24, along with a truck carrying two portable toilets, according to the Arkansas Department of Public Safety.

One of the toilets suddenly tumbled off the truck into the roadway -- and Langley's Honda struck it, police said. As a result, cops say, Langley suffered fatal injuries, although it was unclear how the injuries were sustained.

The ex-wife of Jeremiah "Shawn" Duffey, who is accused of fatally shooting Sara Gilson before taking his own life, says there will be no funeral for him ... telling TMZ his own children decided he didn't deserve one.

Stephanie Ramsay tells TMZ ... under Oklahoma law, Shawn's children were considered his next of kin and were responsible for making decisions after his death ... revealing to us they ultimately chose not to hold a funeral due to his actions, including his child sexual abuse allegations.

Instead, Stephanie tells us Shawn will be cremated, and his ashes will be placed in a family plot at a funeral home.

Newsmax TV personality Greta Van Susteren claims to have bombshell evidence about how the FBI allegedly bungled the Natalee Holloway case, which resulted in another high-profile murder.

In her Substack on Wednesday, Greta says she obtained more than 1,000 Holloway case documents that allegedly show how Stephany Flores' murder was connected to the Holloway case.

Essentially, Greta argues the feds bungled the arrest of then-suspect Joran van der Sloot in 2010 during a sting operation in Alabama after he collected $25,000 from the Holloway family to tell them where Natalee's remains were.

The music producer and rapper will see the outside of his jail cell even quicker than anticipated, 'cause his new release date is January 24, 2028 ... according to the Federal Bureau of Prisons website.

This is a month earlier than his previously expected release date of February 23, 2028. As we previously told you, the February date came after an expected April 2028 release ... which had been moved up from June 2028.

Patrick Mahomes Jr.’s dad, Patrick Sr., is begging for permission to stop wearing his alcohol monitoring bracelet due to severe health issues it is causing him, TMZ has learned. 

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Patrick Sr. claims the monitor caused him significant skin irritations on his ankle. He asked his probation officer if he could remove the monitor … claiming the cream he got to treat the issue was also not helping. 

The probation officer requested that Patrick Sr. submit to a voluntary hair-follicle test and a blood test, which he did on July 1 and July 2. The results came back as negative.

TMZ uncovered many of what appear to be Amanda "Mandy" Karolkiewicz's Reddit posts from 2 years before her murder ... and she was active on threads relating to affairs and healing marriages post-cheating. In one of the posts, Mandy spoke about how learning of her husband's affair would have life-long affects on her.

The post reads ... "My husband had an EA 4.5 years ago (I still suspect it was more physical than he’s ever admitted to), and I still have major triggers from time to time. Day to day we’re great, but when I get triggered, it’s shattering."

Influencer Sara Gilson's ex-husband says their young son narrowly escaped the terrifying violence that claimed his mother's life ... telling TMZ the child never witnessed the fatal shooting, but did hear the gunfire as he ran for help.

Lyle Landers, who shares two children with Sara, tells TMZ there has been a lot of misinformation circulating since Sara's death, and he wants to make one thing clear -- their son did not see his mother after she was shot.

According to Lyle, his son was in another room playing games on his computer when he heard a commotion. He walked into the entryway and saw Sara and Jeremiah 'Shawn' Duffey in the kitchen, where Shawn was allegedly holding a gun. Lyle says Shawn told the boy, "You need to leave," and Sara -- realizing how serious the situation had become -- instructed him to run and call 911.

Anthony Smith is still behind bars at a county jail, but the former UFC star may soon be walking free, 'cause a judge set bond at $500K ... a day and a half after he was arrested on three felonies.

The 38-year-old appeared before a judge for the first time in Sarpy County, Nebraska, on Wednesday morning, where bond was granted. Once Smith comes up with the cash, he'll be released pending trial.

But he won't be free and clear to do whatever he wants.

Smith cannot have any contact with his wife, Mikhala Smith, as a condition of his bond. Anthony is also prohibited from leaving the state without permission. He also must steer clear of any trouble.

As for what Savannah meant by "We have done our part," we have checked the Bitcoin address from the first ransom note and no money has been recently deposited (The FBI deposited several hundred dollars months ago in an attempt to trace the account, to no avail). Angela -- who now uses her maiden name Connell -- goes by Angi C. and is the Director of Peer Counseling Services for Exhale Pro-Voice, an organization that provides support services for people who have had abortions.

Her bio even mentions she'd spent time in prison before pursing a Master's degree in psychology and justice studies and "deepening her commitment to transformative justice."

Ian Diaz from Netflix's "A Toxic Love Story" is making moves to try and get out of prison ... and he's throwing his former lawyer under the bus in the process.

TMZ obtained a petition Ian filed, in which he argues his 10-year prison sentence should be vacated due to ineffective counsel at his trial. 

Ian claims his former attorney failed to file appropriate paperwork to challenge the government's claims, failed to gather evidence, accept evidence provided to them, and various other things.

Bryan Kohberger pled guilty to 4 horrific murders of Idaho college students, but he says it's all his lawyers' fault ... claiming they advised him to confess when he was innocent all along.

On Monday, Kohberger shocked the world by filing a petition to withdraw his guilty plea in the 2022 stabbing deaths of Kaylee Goncalves, Madison Mogen and Xana Kernodle, and Kernodle's boyfriend, Ethan Chapin, inside a house in Moscow, Idaho. All four victims attended the University of Idaho while Kohberger was enrolled at Washington State University.

In July 2025, Kohberger admitted in open court that he murdered the 4 students ... pleading guilty to avoid the death penalty under a plea deal that sent him to prison for life without parole.

But now, Kohberger wants to withdraw his guilty plea ... and he says in his petition that his lawyers -- Anne Taylor, Bicka Barlow and Jay Logsdon -- are to blame for his confession.

Brenda -- who played Jill Foster Abbott on the famous soap opera -- was arrested and booked on July 9 for misdemeanor battery on a person, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Office. She was released that same day on her own recognizance.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... LAPD officers were called to a location in Hollywood on the night of July 8 for a battery investigation.
