Lindsay Clancy's fate remains unsettled, after the judge ruled the holdout juror will remain on the case.

Clancy's lawyer, Kevin Reddington, was clearly upset, challenging the judge that he was not considering the concern of 11 jurors that the holdout is violating the law by not properly considering reasonable doubt. The judge fired back ... he has sufficiently probed and believes the holdout is fit to serve.

When the jurors walked in, and the judge was speaking to them about following the law, the female jurors were nodding their heads in agreement. The male jurors were not nodding.

Andrew and Tristan Tate have been indicted on multiple charges in Romania.

Romania's Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism announced the indictment on Friday ... stating that it stems from an investigation into two British men from the same family, aged 39 and 38.

Local media identified these two people as the Tate brothers.

Andrew has been indicted for trafficking minors, money laundering, sex with a minor, and witness tampering, while Tristan was indicted for complicity.

Former Kentucky Governor Matt Bevin found himself behind bars Thursday for contempt of court -- and he was reportedly arrested on the set of a Christmas film.

Police busted Bevin while he was playing an extra on the set of the holiday movie production in Bourbon County, KY, according to Louisville Public Media.

The ex-governor was then transported to the Louisville Metro Department of Corrections, where he was booked for "contempt of court libel/slander resistance to order." Bevin also posed for his not-too-happy mug shot.

The judge warned Tiger that if he drove on his suspended license, he could go back to jail.

Tiger Woods is back in court to change his plea in his DUI case ... and TMZ is streaming live as it unfolds Wednesday morning.

Tiger arrived to court with his girlfriend, Vanessa Trump.

The golf legend is scheduled to appear at 8:30 AM ET in Martin County, Florida, for a change-of-plea hearing stemming from his March rollover crash near his Jupiter Island home.

Dawn Light was taken into custody Tuesday around 3:40 p.m. outside Plymouth Superior Court, a Massachusetts State Police spokesperson told WCVB.

A new mom is dead after an apparently disturbed woman allegedly stabbed her in the abdomen in Times Square.

Multiple outlets have identified the stabbing victim as New Jersey woman Erin Piacenti, who had reportedly just posted about taking time off to spend with her newborn daughter.

According to New York Times, she had posted a picture standing with her husband and holding her infant daughter just 4 days before she was killed.

Police say she was allegedly stabbed to death by 49-year-old Pamela Cisneros, in what NYPD Commissioner Jessica Tisch calls a "random and unprovoked" attack.
