Justin Trudeau had his hands all over Katy Perry in the South of France ... in the name of sun safety, of course!

The former prime minister of Canada was applying KP's sunscreen, and he made sure to get all up in there ... going fully under her dress to protect the girls.

The move got some giggles out of the group -- Katy included -- as they went out on the water to soak up some sun.

Orlando Bloom looks like he's enjoying the hell out of his summer ... and his new romance.

The actor was spotted enjoying a cheeky beach day with his 28-year-old girlfriend, Luisa Laemmel, at the exclusive Alpemare Beach Club in Forte dei Marmi, Italy.

Orlando showed off his ripped beach bod while enjoying the Mediterranean Sea with the Swiss model, and the pair looked completely smitten as they spent the afternoon laughing and splashing around.

Jussie Smollett enjoyed some VIP treatment back in Chicago ... getting a personal tour of the new Barack Obama presidential library, where he was accompanied by his new boyfriend, Karamo Brown.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... the actor and former "Queer Eye" star were spotted Thursday at the recently opened Obama Presidential Center in the Windy City.

We're told the new couple checked out portraits of Barack and Michelle Obama and walked through the center with a member of Obama's team.

Jussie had a lot of drama in Chicago years ago, when he was accused of staging a hate crime hoax ... but it sounds like Karamo's the reason for the VIP visit.

Dakota Mortensen and Shinia Powell aren't doing much to keep their romance under wraps anymore ... 'cause "The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" stars looked every bit the couple during a date night at a baseball game.

TMZ obtained photos of the pair at The Ballpark at America First Square in South Jordan, Utah, on Thursday night ... and witnesses tell us they weren't trying to keep their relationship a secret or hide anything.

We're told Dakota and Shinia spent much of the evening cuddling on the outfield lawn, with Shinia draping her legs over Dakota as they watched Triple-A Salt Lake Bees, the Minor League affiliate of the Los Angeles Angels.

Cardi B is tired of the rumors surrounding her dating life ... and it sounds like she's already over the stories going around about her new man Maduka Okoye and his baby mama Jelicia Westhoff.

In audio obtained by The Neighborhoood Talk, the rapper lamented that speculation spreads anytime she's out with someone.

You can hear her say ... "Y'all see what happens as soon as I sneeze on somebody?"

Shia LaBeouf hightailed it out of New Orleans after his run-in with an alleged stalker ... he's back in Los Angeles, and showing some love to his girlfriend Nicole Mumphrey at the airport.

TMZ obtained video showing the actor packing on the PDA with Nicole in the baggage claim area on Saturday morning at LAX ... after Nicole flew in from Atlanta.

Check out the clip ... Shia walks up behind Nicole at the carousel and wraps his arms around her and gives her a little peck on the cheek. The couple then engage in a sweet little chat while waiting for Nicole's luggage.

Ariana Grande's rekindled romance with Ricky Alvarez is getting a big thumbs-up from her brother Frankie ... or, in Ricky's case, a few pats on the head.

Ricky joined Frankie in the crowd Sunday night at Barclays Center in Brooklyn for Ariana's "Eternal Sunshine Tour" ... where the two danced together as Ari performed "Warm."

Check out the video ... Frankie gets especially affectionate at one point, reaching over and repeatedly patting Ricky's head while they groove to the music.

Cardi B and Nigerian soccer star Maduka Okoye are keeping the good times rolling in Italy ... sitting side by side for a swanky dinner overlooking a Venice canal.

Check out the exclusive video, obtained by TMZ ... Cardi and Maduka grabbed a bite with several other men at Gio's restaurant at the St. Regis, where the rapper turned plenty of heads in a plunging turquoise dress.

The two were seated together ... with Maduka flashing a big smile as Cardi chatted with the table and showed off her long nails. We’re told there was no PDA ... but they certainly seemed comfortable sharing another night out with friends.

Ricky Alvarez was front and center supporting girlfriend Ariana Grande over the weekend ... showing up at her concert and looking like he knew every word.

Check out the video ... Ricky is seen dancing and singing along to Ariana's song "Imperfect for You," smiling as she performs for the packed crowd Saturday night at Barclays Center in Brooklyn.

His appearance comes after TMZ revealed Ariana and Ricky have rekindled their romance following her split from Ethan Slater.

Ariana Grande's putting her rekindled romance with Ricky Alvarez on display as they stroll through Central Park with their arms wrapped around each other.

TMZ obtained photos from Thursday that show the pint-sized pop star and her former backup dancer cheesin' in NYC.

Ricky's arm is draped over Ari's shoulder and hers is around his waist, while she walks a dog that looks like it could be her pup, Toulouse.

Mauricio Umansky is getting hot this summer ... and, no, we don't mean temperature wise ... he's over in a Monte Carlo looking lips with a hot babe on a floating dock.

TMZ obtained video showing Mauricio nuzzling and kissing a bikini-clad mystery woman at Monte Carlo Beach Club ... and it looks oh-so romantic.

Folks who were there tell us the pair were on the floating dock for about half an hour, soaking up the sun and packing on the PDA.

The "Love Island USA" villa is full of double standards ... at least according to one of the most recent contestants -- who felt she was on the receiving end of sexist attitudes.

Here's the deal ... Kenzie Annis -- who appeared on Season 8 of the hit show -- sat down with Alex Cooper on the "Call Her Daddy" podcast ... and they discussed her costars' reactions to her making out with Corbin while she was coupled up with Caleb, a revelation discovered by the group during the "Movie Night" episode where Islanders watch clips of themselves the audience has seen.

Kenzie was torched for stringing multiple men along ... but when the group found out a male contestant named Sincere Rhea was with two women, Sol and Melanie, at the same time -- and eventually Amora from Casa Amor -- they didn't attack him with nearly the same vigor.

Kim Kardashian and Lewis Hamilton's romance just hit another checkpoint ... and now he's riding shotgun with her kids.

Kim dropped a fresh batch of Instagram pics Monday from the Kardashian crew's Fourth of July getaway in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho ... and tucked inside the carousel is a sweet selfie that says a whole lot without saying a word.

One snap shows Kim smiling alongside her boo while daughter Chicago squeezes into the frame ... a wholesome moment that sure looks like the seven-time Formula 1 champ is becoming part of the family. After all, you're not posing for selfies with Kim and Kanye's kids unless things are getting pretty serious.

In another photo, it looks like Lewis rode dirt bikes with Kim and three kids.

Jessica Alba and her boyfriend, Danny Ramirez, took their romance from Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's wedding to an Italian beach, packing on the PDA in a new Instagram post.

Check it out -- the actress shared a handful of snaps from their Italian getaway ... including a bikini selfie that showed off her toned torso, and had Danny all cuddled up and kissing her shoulder!

Another photo shows Danny giving her a sweet kiss on the cheek at dinner.

Speaking of food ... it appears the couple is enjoying all the treats Italy has to offer, as Jessica posted snaps of spritzes, prosciutto, gelato, pasta, meatballs, and so much more.

Bunnie XO looks like she's hungry for reality star Dylan Wolf ... because the pair went out again ... just one night after sucking face at Jelly Roll's Nashville bar ... and only TMZ has the photos.

Check out the snaps ... Bunnie and Dylan were hanging out late Sunday night ... laughing and getting all close and cuddly.

The outing came just one night after they were together on the Fourth of July, when they made out at her estranged husband's bar.

Sunday's setting seemed intimate enough -- certainly much more isolated than when we caught these two in Jelly's bar -- but this time Bunnie and Dylan were with a group ... although it looks like they still managed to get some alone time.

Glen Powell is going Instagram official with Michelle Randolph, sharing a PDA-filled snap from their Fourth of July celebrations.

Check it out -- the actor posted a carousel of fun images from his Independence Day festivities on Instagram Tuesday, sneaking in one that shows him planting one on his smiling girlfriend.
