We're told Charlie's reps are in "deep negotiations" and the deal could be done by week's end.

Our sources say the sitcom is being written specifically around Charlie and will air on a broadcast network. The deal does not call for a pilot. The show would go straight to series.

Our sources would not reveal details about the sitcom, except to say Chuck Lorre is NOT involved.

The photog -- not from TMZ -- actually got out of his car after she crashed into a wall at the school -- taking it down -- and began shooting pictures of Tori.

Lindsay is only expected to serve another 2-and-a-half weeks in captivity ... sweet, glorious, relaxing captivity.

UPDATE: One source close to the shindig tells TMZ the gathering was "very mellow." We're told Lindsay invited over some of her close friends because she simply missed hanging out.

And get this -- we're told the gang capped off the BBQ by watching last night's premiere of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians."

Sources close to Kim K tell TMZ ... her lawyers are drafting a defamation lawsuit against Lockett and will file it as early as Monday morning.

Kim has maintained all along she never met Bret -- despite his claims they had a "physical relationship." Harvey hammered Lockett on TMZ Live last week, asking him when and where he met Kim, but Lockett refused to say. Nevertheless, he insisted he and Kim had hooked up this year, after she started dating Kris Humphries.

But on Friday, Lockett finally fessed up on "Showbiz Tonight" ... admitting he never actually met Kim.

We're told Kim's lawyers fired off a letter to Lockett in the last few days, telling him to hang on to the so-called "evidence" he has on his "affair" with Kim -- because he'll need to produce it in court.

What a jerk.

Treasure-hunting explorer Bill Warren tells TMZ, the purpose of the excursion "is to try to find out if [Osama] is really dead and to provide to the world the proof that he is ... We do this because we are patriotic Americans and feel that President Obama failed to provide the proof."

Bill adds, "I do not trust my government or Obama."

TMZ obtained the pics Weiner took of himself using his Blackberry and a mirror. Congressional sources have confirmed with TMZ ... the backdrop is indeed the House Members Gym in the basement of the Rayburn House Office Building.

The pics were taken on both the gym floor and in the locker room.

TMZ has confirmed the pics were sent online to at least one woman.

The question that's dogged Weiner since his news conference/mea culpa is -- did he use Congressional resources during his cyber affairs?

The photos were taken on May 17 at TIRR Memorial Hermann Hospital. She underwent a cranioplasty the next day.

Weiner's rep released a statement saying, "[Congressman Weiner] will request a short leave of absence from the House of Representatives so that he can get evaluated and map out a course of treatment to make himself well."

You ask what Conrad Murray has to do with MJ videos? Well, Dr. Murray wants to see ALL of the rehearsal videos shot for the doomed "This is It" tour. Murray's lawyers believe it could show Michael was in such a frail condition ... there were many reasons for his death other than Propofol.

Murray's lawyers subpoenaed the tapes, but now Sony Pictures -- which has possession of the videos -- is objecting for several reasons. Sony claims there are more than 20 boxes of videos and it would cost $200,000 to log and reproduce all of them.

But in the docs, Sony describes how top secret the videos were to the studio. Sony lawyers say, "When they were transported to the Sony lot in Culver City, the transport in an unmarked truck was accompanied by armed guards in the dead of the night."

When the tapes were in an editing bay, security guards were posted outside the door and no Internet access was allowed in the room.

TMZ obtained the latest docs in the Grammers' epic legal war. Kelsey wanted his eldest daughter, 27-year-old Spencer and her new husband to vacation at the Grammers' posh Hawaii estate, beginning today.

Camille's lawyer, Neal Hersh went to court yesterday to block Spencer from using the house, and now we know why. According to Camille's declaration, she's the one who has been spending a lot of time at the house with their 2 young kids, and Kelsey hasn't been there for a long, long time.

Camille believes if Spencer and her hubby use the house, they would have access to a lot of personal stuff related to the divorce and might just steal it.

Camille seems particularly bitter because Kelsey has banned her from their Bridgehampton estate. Such rich people problems.

The judge ruled the only way third parties could use any of the Grammers' various homes is if both Kelsey and Camille signed off.

Sources tell us ... Gomez was feeling horrible during and after the show, complaining of nausea and a severe headache.

She was taken to a Los Angeles area hospital and is still there, undergoing tests.

We're told the exact cause of her illness is not yet known.

UPDATE: Selena just canceled her performance tonight at Santa Monica Place, an outdoor mall in L.A.

In the statement, which Morgan sent to several gay rights groups, the comic says, "I want to apologize to my fans and the gay & lesbian community for my choice of words at my recent stand-up act in Nashville."

"While I am an equal opportunity jokester, and my friends know what is in my heart, even in a comedy club this clearly went too far and was not funny in any context.

As TMZ previously reported, Morgan ignited a firestorm for the homophobic content in his act -- in which he said he would stab his son if he acted gay.

Back in Morgan's "Saturday Night Live" days, the actor starred in a sketch called" Homocil" -- in which he takes pills to "deal" with the fact that his son is gay.

According to reports, Morgan took the stage at the Ryman Auditorium (pictured above) and went off about gays -- saying, "Gays need to quit being p**sies and not be whining about something as insignificant as bullying."

He added, "Gay is something that kids learn from the media and programming."

When talking about the possibility of his son being gay -- Tracy said he "better talk to me like a man and not in a gay voice or I'll pull out a knife and stab that little n**ger to death."

Afterward, Tracy told the crowd, "I don't "f*cking care if I piss off some gays, because if they can take a f*cking d**k up their ass ... they can take a f*cking joke."

After the performance, the Ryman Auditorium issued a statement on the performance saying, "The Ryman Auditorium regrets that people were offended by statements made by Tracy Morgan during his June 3 appearance."

The statement continues, "The Ryman does not control the content presented by people appearing on its stage, nor does it endorse any of the views of, or statements made by, such persons."

It's not the first time Morgan has ignited controversy over homphobic material -- back in 2009, a bunch of people reportedly walked out of his show at Carnegie Hall after he said being gay was a "choice."

So far, no comment from Morgan's camp.

In the May 12 email exchange -- obtained by TMZ -- Weiner warned Lee a "conservative blogger/troll" is trying to contact his female Twitter followers to do a story about them.

Lee responded by saying, "If you're sleeping with your Twitter followers, that would make for a way cooler headline than if you were trollin' for folks in the bathroom at an airport or something of that nature."

As we previously reported, one of Jesse's pitbulls escaped his bike shop in Texas and attacked another dog (below) ... which then had to be rushed to a nearby vet for emergency care.
