This past week's nude photo scandal isn't the first for "High School Musical" star Vanessa Hudgens, say some sources.

A source close to Hudgens told People that two years ago, before she was famous, Hudgens emailed suggestive pix of herself to Nickelodeon star Drake Bell -- star of the "Drake and Josh" show. No word on if she rang his bell.

A rep for Drake says he never received the alleged sexy shots.

Rapper Fifty Cent must be on edge about his upcoming September 11 record release battle with Kanye West. Mr. Half Dollah's been extra snappish lately: at the recent Fashion Rocks show in NYC, the super-pumped Fiddy was super nasty to a member of Tyra Banks' entourage.

Banks' handler accidentally nudged the rapper as he was walking into the event, reports Gatecrasher, and Fiddy lashed out.

"What the [bleep] is wrong with you? How you gonna bump me?" he cried. Big men -- so delicate inside!

This past April, rapper Eve struck a plea agreement following a DUI arrest, and was ordered to wear an alcohol monitoring ankle bracelet -- just like the SCRAM anklet Lindsay Lohan voluntarily wore.

After five months, the delicious diva is happily reporting that the monitoring contraption will come off -- just in time for tonight's VMA's. Party!

The attacker was fuming because her picture had been taken, and fought wildly -- despite her friend's valiant attempts to pry her hands off the peaceful pap's electronics. Talk about a smart move! Nicole Richie snuck into jail today to serve her sentence for DUI.

She was booked at the Lynwood Jail, where Paris did her time, at 3:15 this afternoon. Great move by her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley. While all the attention was focused on Lindsay, no one was watching Nicole.

Nicole is being processed right now. Her photo hasn't even been taken. A Sheriff's guy says she's still being processed.

Nicole was sentenced to four days in the pokey for driving the wrong way on an L.A. freeway while under the influence. She was given credit for 1 day because she was in the slammer for 6 hours after her arrest.

Because of overcrowding, it's possible -- but not certain -- Nicole will be a free woman when we all wake up tomorrow.

Shouting over each other with such elegant phrases as, "We're not makin' love, we're doing the dirty thing," and "We're wild!" -- the group was like a grinding orgy of "drunk girl" impersonators -- each plugging their respective and unrespectable shows. Not content without having the last word, Heat ripped open his shirt to show off his muscle-bound bod and tattoos -- while breaking into a memorably horrible rap.

The sultry "Brick" star was all smiles when she went into the new Hollywood hotspot. On the way out was a different story. Good seemed OK at first, as she bolted toward where she thought her car was -- but it wasn't there. She then needed a few friends to gently guide her back to her vehicle.

TMZ was in L.A. County Superior Courtroom moments ago, where a pregnant Nicole Richie faced the music for her wrong-way DUI bust in December -- her second DUI conviction in 4 years.

A court commissioner sentenced Richie, represented by uber-lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley, to serve four days in the City or County Jail (her choice!) -- she got credit for one day, based on the six hours she served after being busted. So when she goes back in to the pokey, she'll only serve three days.

Richie was also fined $2,048, was ordered back to school for an alcohol education course and on three years probation.

Richie must report to serve her time by September 28.

The commissioner issued Richie a stern warning, telling her if she drove drunk again and she actually killed someone, she could be charged with murder -- not manslaughter. That's because after her first DUI, Richie agreed that if she drove under the influence and killed someone, she'd be nailed for murder.

The 25-year-old is expected to give birth sometime in January.

TMZ has learned Nicole Richie will appear in court Friday and will cop a plea in her DUI case.

Sources tell TMZ Richie will plead either guilty or no contest to DUI. She will appear before the Court Commissioner, who will sentence her on the spot. Sources say Richie will receive a minimum sentence of five days in jail. By law, anyone with two DUI convictions must serve at least five days. This conviction will be Nicole's second DUI.

Lindsay Lohan is out of jail.

Law enforcement sources say Lohan was cooperative in jail. We're told she was very upset.

A law enforcement source at the Santa Monica jail tells TMZ "she did just about everything we asked."

So what didn't Lindsay do? She refused to submit to a PASD -- Preliminary Alcohol Screening Device. That's a chemical test administered in the field to determine blood alcohol levels.

We're told cops did administer a walk-the-line test, and Lindsay flunked.

Law enforcement now says Lohan was stopped after cops got a call of a vehicle being chased by another vehicle. The chasing vehicle was being driven by Lohan.

Lohan was driving a white Denali. She was chasing a Cadillac Escalade.

She was initially suspected of driving under the influence of alcohol. A field sobriety test was conducted and she was subsequently arrested for DUI.

At the station, a search of her person was conducted, and cocaine was found in her pants pocket.
