Jeffrey Epstein Death Guard Called to Testify After Searches, Payments Revealed

A prison guard working the night Jeffrey Epstein died by suicide has been called to testify before the Congressional House Oversight Committee.

The committee sent Tova Noel -- the guard who was fired from the Metropolitan Correctional Center (MCC) in New York City after Epstein was found dead in his cell -- a letter requesting her to testify on March 26 at 10 AM ET.

The House Oversight Committee has members who believe Noel has "information that will assist in its investigation" into Epstein's shocking death.

Jeffrey Epstein's once notorious Zorro Ranch in New Mexico is now crawling with investigators -- and TMZ has learned the authorities are trying to see if there's any substance to rumors dead bodies were buried on the property.

Sources familiar with the situation tell us ... the New Mexico Department of Justice is working in coordination with the ranch's new owner, Don Huffines, a Dallas-based real estate mogul who is currently running for Texas Comptroller.

Huffines and his family purchased the property in 2023 and then renamed it Rancho de San Rafael in honor of the patron saint of healing, promising to turn the land into a Christian retreat.

State officials in New Mexico are reportedly conducting the first known thorough search of Jeffrey Epstein's infamous Zorro Ranch ... years after an anonymous tip alleged there were bodies buried on the property.

According to The New York Times, investigators began their search Monday, but acknowledged the passage of time may make things difficult.

The state's attorney general, Raúl Torrez, wrote in The Albuquerque Journal last week that there will be "real obstacles" to finding evidence of any potential offenses that may or may not have taken place on the ranch, but that "the people of New Mexico, and those who were harmed, are entitled to a complete and transparent accounting of what we found and what we did not."

Dr. Eva Andersson-Dubin -- a renowned physician at Mount Sinai hospital as well as a former model -- was featured prominently in the Epstein files ... and now the hospital is turning over every leaf to get to the bottom of the nature of their relationship.

A spokesperson from the Mount Sinai Health System tells TMZ ... "Jeffrey Epstein’s actions are abhorrent, reprehensible, and stand in direct opposition to what Mount Sinai believes in and stands for as an institution and as medical professionals."

They added, "All patients who walk through our doors will always be treated with the highest level of care and respect.  We do not comment on the clinical care provided to individual patients."

A correctional officer working in the wing where Jeffrey Epstein was incarcerated the night he died searched his case on the internet less than an hour before his death ... this according to Department of Justice records.

Tova Noel -- a former guard at Metropolitan Correctional Center (MCC) in Lower Manhattan, New York City -- did a couple Google searches about Epstein's case on August 10, 2019 around 5:43 AM. The convicted pedophile was found dead around 6:30 AM.

Noel searched "latest on Epstein in jail" and clicked on an article about documents related to Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, her newly released search history reveals.

Hillary Clinton didn't hold back when asked about President Donald Trump during her Epstein deposition last week ... pushing to have him testify under oath, because he's got a laundry list of bad behavior and past connections with the dead convicted pedophile.

Check out the footage released by the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform released Monday -- Clinton says given that Trump's all over the Epstein Files and has been found guilty of a myriad of crimes ... he should "absolutely" be brought in for questioning.

Bill Clinton says he doesn't know whether Jeffrey Epstein killed himself or not ... telling lawmakers he can only go off the medical findings.

During the former president's grilling before the GOP-led House Oversight Committee on Friday, Clinton got into a tense back-and-forth with Colorado Congresswoman Lauren Boebert ... who asked him squarely whether Jeffrey Epstein was suicidal.

Clinton replied ... "I don't know. I only know what the medical finding was. I've accepted it in my own mind. I don't know what happened."

Things turned ugly when Mace, a Republican congresswoman from South Carolina, pressed Clinton about how she knew Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick. Lutnick has recently faced intense scrutiny over his past association with Epstein, who was convicted in 2008 of soliciting a minor for prostitution in Florida.
