A prison guard working the night Jeffrey Epstein died by suicide has been called to testify before the Congressional House Oversight Committee.

The committee sent Tova Noel -- the guard who was fired from the Metropolitan Correctional Center (MCC) in New York City after Epstein was found dead in his cell -- a letter requesting her to testify on March 26 at 10 AM ET.

The House Oversight Committee has members who believe Noel has "information that will assist in its investigation" into Epstein's shocking death.

A survivor of Jeffrey Epstein's abuse says she can't remember all of the horrors he inflicted on her ... because her traumatized brain blocked the memories out.

We spoke to Marina Lacerda -- known as "Minor Victim-1" in legal documents, who revealed her identity back in September -- and asked her about a turning point in her association with the convicted pedophile.

Marina tells a story about gathering with other survivors of Epstein in recent years ... and, she says she was shocked to hear other survivors talk about Epstein raping them.

Valerie Bertinelli is angry and disappointed by the overall response to the Epstein Files ... and she says "idiots in Congress" are protecting pedophiles.

The famous chef was on "The View" Wednesday, plugging her new memoir, "Getting Naked," where she talks about being sexually abused at the age of 11 ... and the conversation made its way to current events ... namely, the Epstein Files.

Valeria told the panel she's pissed because "pedophiles aren't being held accountable" and she ripped Congress for sitting on their hands.

She also lamented the way sexual abuse survivors are being treated in this country ... going beyond the Epstein Files.

Jeffrey Epstein wasn't just a pedophile, he was also a proud papa ... at least that's what he told one of his sexual assault victims.

In the Epstein Files, there's a document that makes it sound like Epstein was a father to a child.

A woman, who claims Epstein sexually assaulted her for years starting when she was 16, told the feds Epstein once pointed to a photo of a blonde woman displayed inside his New York City mansion and told her it was the mother of his child.

Attorney General Pam Bondi's recent relocation to a U.S. military base has nothing to do with the Epstein files ... so says a Department of Justice official.

Here's the deal ... The New York Times dropped a bombshell revelation this morning when it reported the AG was quietly moved to a Washington, D.C. military installation for her own safety.

NYT -- citing people familiar with the situation -- claimed she'd been moved because of threats from drug cartels and people upset over her handling of the Epstein Files.

Jeffrey Epstein's once notorious Zorro Ranch in New Mexico is now crawling with investigators -- and TMZ has learned the authorities are trying to see if there's any substance to rumors dead bodies were buried on the property.

Sources familiar with the situation tell us ... the New Mexico Department of Justice is working in coordination with the ranch's new owner, Don Huffines, a Dallas-based real estate mogul who is currently running for Texas Comptroller.

Huffines and his family purchased the property in 2023 and then renamed it Rancho de San Rafael in honor of the patron saint of healing, promising to turn the land into a Christian retreat.

State officials in New Mexico are reportedly conducting the first known thorough search of Jeffrey Epstein's infamous Zorro Ranch ... years after an anonymous tip alleged there were bodies buried on the property.

According to The New York Times, investigators began their search Monday, but acknowledged the passage of time may make things difficult.

The state's attorney general, Raúl Torrez, wrote in The Albuquerque Journal last week that there will be "real obstacles" to finding evidence of any potential offenses that may or may not have taken place on the ranch, but that "the people of New Mexico, and those who were harmed, are entitled to a complete and transparent accounting of what we found and what we did not."

Bill and Hillary Clinton were blowing off steam with a little NYC date night -- their sighting coming just days after they got grilled over their ties to Jeffrey Epstein.

The couple were spotted leaving Italian hotspot Il Tinello after dinner Monday night ... Hillary flashing a quick wave to people outside as she slid into their waiting ride, with Bill trailing right behind.

Dr. Eva Andersson-Dubin -- a renowned physician at Mount Sinai hospital as well as a former model -- was featured prominently in the Epstein files ... and now the hospital is turning over every leaf to get to the bottom of the nature of their relationship.

A spokesperson from the Mount Sinai Health System tells TMZ ... "Jeffrey Epstein’s actions are abhorrent, reprehensible, and stand in direct opposition to what Mount Sinai believes in and stands for as an institution and as medical professionals."

They added, "All patients who walk through our doors will always be treated with the highest level of care and respect.  We do not comment on the clinical care provided to individual patients."

A correctional officer working in the wing where Jeffrey Epstein was incarcerated the night he died searched his case on the internet less than an hour before his death ... this according to Department of Justice records.

Tova Noel -- a former guard at Metropolitan Correctional Center (MCC) in Lower Manhattan, New York City -- did a couple Google searches about Epstein's case on August 10, 2019 around 5:43 AM. The convicted pedophile was found dead around 6:30 AM.

Noel searched "latest on Epstein in jail" and clicked on an article about documents related to Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, her newly released search history reveals.

Something's up with Epstein Island ... because new video shows police boats speeding toward the late pedophile's former lair ... and we've learned it's related to an active investigation.

TMZ obtained video showing Virgin Islands police cruising up to Little St. James island with their police lights activated ... and it looks like there is another law enforcement vessel already docked.

Deborah Hodge, Chief of Police for the Virgin Islands Police Department, tells TMZ ... the police response is related to an active investigation that does NOT have to do with Epstein.

Bill Clinton couldn't take his eyes off a photo from the Epstein Files ... and it looks like the throwback made him smile and laugh.

Clinton was grilled about a photo from the Epstein Files showing him in a hot tub with a redacted person next to him ... and he explained his story behind that snap -- though it's not clear in this video which photo Clinton is having a laugh over.

Hillary Clinton didn't hold back when asked about President Donald Trump during her Epstein deposition last week ... pushing to have him testify under oath, because he's got a laundry list of bad behavior and past connections with the dead convicted pedophile.

Check out the footage released by the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform released Monday -- Clinton says given that Trump's all over the Epstein Files and has been found guilty of a myriad of crimes ... he should "absolutely" be brought in for questioning.

And she doesn't let people forget about his past trials and convictions ... she reminds the committee that he's been found civilly liable for sexual assault by a jury of his peers and convicted on 34 counts of falsified business records in relation to covering his relations with an escort ... which was election interference.

Bill Clinton says he doesn't know whether Jeffrey Epstein killed himself or not ... telling lawmakers he can only go off the medical findings.

During the former president's grilling before the GOP-led House Oversight Committee on Friday, Clinton got into a tense back-and-forth with Colorado Congresswoman Lauren Boebert ... who asked him squarely whether Jeffrey Epstein was suicidal.

Clinton replied ... "I don't know. I only know what the medical finding was. I've accepted it in my own mind. I don't know what happened."

Hillary Clinton locked horns with Nancy Mace while the former secretary of state was deposed about Jeffrey Epstein last week — and their heated back-and-forth was caught on newly released video.

The GOP-led House Oversight Committee grilled Clinton for hours during her February 26 deposition over her alleged ties to Epstein, which Hillary said did not exist.

Things turned ugly when Mace, a Republican congresswoman from South Carolina, pressed Clinton about how she knew Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick. Lutnick has recently faced intense scrutiny over his past association with Epstein, who was convicted in 2008 of soliciting a minor for prostitution in Florida.
