Diddy's accusing the prosecutors in his case of trying to get rid of a Black juror ... and, he says he wants a mistrial if the judge goes through with the dismissal.

The rapper's legal team filed a letter to Judge Arun Subramanian Sunday evening ... claiming that -- while the Court might believe the prosecution's questions about a juror's inconsistent answers during voir dire are sincere -- the government is just finding pretense to dismiss a juror because of their race.

Diddy's team says by putting the dismissal attempt into the context of the overarching proceedings, it's easy to see that they're trying "to take advantage of an opportunity to strike yet another black male from the jury."

Todd Chrisley's been out of prison for a few weeks now ... but, it looks like nothing could be sweeter than the moment he got to hug his daughter Savannah as a free man -- and, TMZ has obtained video of that very moment.

We now have exclusive video of the duo's emotional reunion ... with Savannah -- decked out in a pink sweater and matching "Make America Great Again" hat -- jogging over to her old man and wrapping him in a warm embrace.

An ad posted to Craigslist calling for seat-fillers for the U.S. Army's 250th anniversary parade this weekend -- AKA President Trump's birthday bash -- has gone viral ... but it has all the makings of a total hoax.

Here's the deal ... an ad posted this week on the D.C. website page with the headline "Seat Fillers Needed - June 14th - Constitution Avenue - DC" claims patriotically dressed seat-fillers would be paid a freaking grand -- in crypto -- to show up and cheer their butts off Saturday.

But .. there are some red (sans white and blue) flags with the post ... for instance, the alleged coordinator -- T-Mellon Events -- doesn't appear to exist, so far as TMZ could find while searching for business records. What's more -- on ALL of Craigslist in the U.S., T-Mellon Events only appears on this single listing.
