SKIMS filed the lawsuit Friday in federal court, claiming the vendors have been taking the SKIMS logo and slapping it on "counterfeit" products ... intending to dupe innocent consumers who are hoping to score the real Kardashian deal when they shop online.

According to the suit, these fake goods are for sale all over your fave e-commerce sites ... like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Alibaba, and others -- so, beware if you're out there trying to score the "Ultimate Bush" ... Kim's new fur-lined thongs. The holidays are coming up fast!.

NLE Choppa and Jonathan Majors recently had an awkward moment on Kirk Franklin's podcast, which was supposed to be a safe space for religious expression ... but the "Shotta Flow" rap star suspects the clash is courtesy of his past shooting towards Meagan Good!!!

Rock says he draws the line at MLK ... saying he can see the humor in some of the videos depicting 2Pac and Biggie -- though they have legacies he doesn't want to see tarnished either -- but, the impactful civil rights leader is simply a bridge too far.

Denise Richards' saga with her estranged husband Aaron Phypers just got even more explosive ... Aaron is requesting half of the money she earns on OnlyFans, TMZ has learned.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Aaron alleges Denise makes $200K-$300K per month from photos she posted on OnlyFans ... and Aaron says he's entitled to half -- because he snapped the pics.

Ace Frehley's family announced he passed away Thursday evening.

Ace Frehley, the original lead guitarist for KISS, is hospitalized on life support, and the prognosis is not good ... TMZ has learned.
