Not only are the Ravens fighting to keep their season alive on Sunday, Super Bowl champ Jamal Lewis tells TMZ Sports the pressure is on John Harbaugh -- who could be coaching for his career.

We chopped it up with Lewis ahead of the last game on the NFL slate for the 2025-26 campaign ... and he says while the stakes might be high for Harbaugh, that's when he flourishes.

"Coaches make different decisions when their back is against the wall," Lewis said. "He's a great coach. He's done a great, great, great deal in Baltimore. He has a great legacy in Baltimore and he's done it, you know, he's got it done."

Lewis went on to say every good coach faces seasons with different hurdles ... it's all about how they respond to that adversity.

Tommy Lee Jones' daughter Victoria had a plea deal that demanded sobriety waiting to be signed ahead of her sudden death ... TMZ has learned.

As you know, she was found deceased at Fairmont San Francisco early Thursday morning, with the dispatch audio indicating it may be related to an overdose. We also told you she had multiple run-ins with the law over the years ... with a recent drug-related arrest in April.

And, according to court docs obtained by TMZ ... Victoria was offered a plea deal following the April incident, during which she was found to be in unlawful possession of cocaine -- and resisted arrest. The plea deal Napa County had offered would require her to plead guilty to resisting/obstructing arrest and possessing a controlled substance ... but would free her of the charge against her of being under the influence of a controlled substance. In return, she'd have to refrain from using drugs and submit to random testing.

1/4/25 9:25 AM PT -- A Universal spokesperson tells TMZ ... "We have investigated and reviewed the concerns brought forward by this former employee and they were found to be inaccurate and without merit. We take all employee concerns seriously and have established processes for raising any concerns without fear of retaliation."

Steven Anthony Lawrence -- a  former child star on the Disney hit "Even Stevens" -- says he was retaliated against for reporting a pedophile at Universal Studios ... and now no longer has a job there.

A witness at Victoria Jones' death scene told first responders she'd been using cocaine in the lead-up to her passing ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... when authorities arrived at the Fairmont San Francisco hotel Thursday morning, they saw blue tinge on Victoria's lips and fingernails and immediately suspected she'd overdosed on drugs.

We're told a female witnesses told first responders Victoria had been doing cocaine that night.

Shaquil Barrett -- who had a whopping 19.5 sacks in the 2019 season -- believes Myles Garrett will be the new sack king after Sunday's game against the Bengals ... telling TMZ Sports there's no way his accomplishment should come with an asterisk!!

We spoke with Shaq about Garrett's quest to surpass Michael Strahan and T.J. Watt's shared NFL single-season record at 22.5 sacks ... and considering those guys reached their accomplishments in a lesser amount (Strahan needed 16, Watt just 15), we asked how he feels the Cleveland Browns superstar's numbers should be received, considering he'll have required more chances at 17.

Barrett said it doesn't matter -- the schedule isn't Garrett's fault -- and the game gets harder as time goes on.

Victoria Jones' father Tommy Lee Jones and the rest of her family have released a statement in the aftermath of her passing.

The statement reads, "We appreciate all of the kind words, thoughts, and prayers. Please respect our privacy during this difficult time. Thank you."

As you know ... San Francisco Fire Department officers were called to the Fairmont San Francisco early Thursday morning for a reported medical emergency.

Tommy Lee Jones' daughter Victoria had multiple run-ins with the law, which allegedly involved drugs before her death -- and she even admitted to police she used cocaine -- TMZ has learned.

Napa County Sheriff's spokesperson Henry Wofford tells TMZ ... police were called to a residence in Napa on April 26, 2025 ... where they claim they found Victoria with white residue on her tongue and dried blood coming from her right nostril.

According to the police report, cops say Victoria admitted to using cocaine on the day of the arrest ... and, they say she displayed rapid speech and was fighting with her body movements.

Tommy Lee Jones' daughter, Victoria, was found dead at a California hotel on New Year's Day ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us Victoria was discovered inside the swanky Fairmont San Francisco early Thursday morning.

A spokesperson for the San Francisco Fire Department tells TMZ ... SFFD units responded to the hotel for a reported medical emergency at 2:52 AM. Upon arrival, paramedics conducted an assessment and the individual was pronounced dead at the scene.

We're told the scene was turned over to the San Francisco Police Department and the Medical Examiner's Office for further investigation.

Law enforcement tells us Franky was booked into the Collier County Jail in Naples Wednesday night on one count of drug paraphernalia, posing for a fresh mug shot ... face tattoos and all.

We're told Franky has no bond, as he's being held on a 24-hour hold because he's already out on bond from a February arrest for delivering/possessing/selling a firearm with an altered serial number.

We broke the story ... Franky was arrested in February on drug and firearm charges. The drug count was dropped, but the firearm charge stuck, and that's the case he's currently out on bond for.
