Nancy Guthrie's kidnapper was at her house before the actual kidnapping, but the photo of the presumed kidnapper has not resulted in any significant leads ... law enforcement tells TMZ, and we're told it's becoming a "cold case."

FBI sources tell TMZ ... they don't know the precise day the photo was taken, because Nancy's subscription to Nest did not include video (the videos and photos were obtained through Google), which would have provided a time stamp. Based on the FBI's broad investigation ... they believe the man could have arrived on Nancy's doorstep January 11th -- weeks before the February 1st abduction -- but they are not certain. BTW, Kash Patel said weeks ago the photo was taken the morning of her disappearance -- that is incorrect.

Our sources say neither the still photo nor the video from February 1st has helped them identify the getaway car or the suspect. As we reported, authorities have been sweeping the area for video of suspicious persons and/or vehicles, to no avail.

As for The Guthrie family's new outreach -- offering up to $1 million for information leading to the return of Nancy -- we're told the family has been thinking about making this offer for a while. In the video, Savannah acknowledges it would be a "miracle" if her mom was alive ... our sources say the FBI never told the family the chances Nancy was alive were slim ... it's something the family came to terms with on their own.

The former "Home Improvement" star was rearraigned this morning after striking a plea deal with prosecutors. He pled guilty to DUI and admitted to an enhancement for driving with a BAC of 0.15% or higher -- nearly double the legal limit of .08.

Court docs show Bryan also admitted to having two prior DUI convictions, putting him in even hotter water. If he ever gets hit with a fourth, the penalties only get harsher.

Patrick Beverley is in the clear months after he was accused of choking and punching his 15-year-old sister -- TMZ Sports has learned the former NBA player will not face charges in his assault case.

Sydney Sweeney has cut a huge business tie with her ex-fiancé, Jonathan Davino, dissolving their old production company and starting a brand new one with the same name, TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ that Sydney paid Jonathan out, so she could have a clean slate. Jonathan has nothing to do with Sydney’s life, we’re told. 

According to sources, Jonathan has been telling people he made her. Sources close to Sydney feel radically different about the subject, feeling that, if anything, Jonathan used the entertainer. 

A source close to Jonathan tells TMZ that Jonathan is flattered Sydney wants to keep what they built alive.

The insider said, “Throughout their 7.5-year relationship, they were inseparable and did everything together, including making movies, building houses" and more.

The source close to Jonathan denies he “used her” or that he claimed to “make her,” before adding that Jonathan was successful before the relationship with Sydney. “People change, people grow, and Jonathan wishes her only the best,” the source added.

Addison Rae’s dad Monty Lopez agreed to submit to a DNA test to determine if he is the father of the pop star’s little brother, TMZ has learned.

A Louisiana judge signed off on the parties' agreement to have Monty complete the testing within days of the order. Addison’s mom and Monty’s ex, Sheri Easterling, has to front the money for the test costs until the outcome is determined.

As TMZ first reported, Sheri filed a petition for sole custody and support for Lucas, born in 2013, late last year. Sherri shares three children with Monty: Addison, Enzo, and a minor child.

Sheri also filed a petition asking for a DNA test to be done. Monty agreed, and the court has now instructed them to move forward with it.
