Oklahoma State Senate candidate Barry Christian died from a gunshot wound to the head ... and his death has been ruled a suicide.

TMZ has obtained the Oklahoma Chief Medical Examiner's summary report, which lists the gunshot wound as Christian's cause of death. No other contributing conditions are listed.

As we reported ... Christian was found dead inside his 2024 gray Ram pickup truck at the Sandy Sanders Wildlife Management Area in Beckham County on April 30.

Sidney filed docs claiming she's remained in custody in Georgia on sodomy and other charges since her August 2 arrest.

Rep. Lauren Boebert's son Tyler casually used the N-word during a sexually charged text exchange tied to his child sexual exploitation case ... according to an arrest affidavit obtained by TMZ.

The docs are related to Tyler's recent arrest for allegedly filming a sex tape in 2024 ... when he was 18 and his then-girlfriend was 17, two weeks shy of her 18th birthday.

The docs say the 43-second sexually explicit video was sent to an ex-boyfriend of the girl ... which led to her going to the cops. She said she was unsure how her ex and others got a copy of the video.

Huge update in the suspected murder-suicide down in Florida ... TMZ has obtained audio of a concerned friend asking police to do a welfare check ... and she told cops alleged killer Ryan Whiten was suicidal.

Listen to the clip -- a distraught friend of Melanie Hyer called police June 2 after she and Melanie's sister hadn't heard from her for at least a day. She says right from the get-go that Ryan has made it clear in the past he's suicidal ... which is why the friend is so worried about Melanie's well-being.

The woman even says she sent a neighbor over to the house to check in on them ... but received no answer and saw no movement despite both Melanie and Ryan's cars being in the driveway. She also notes the oven is open and a light is on, which she feels is strange.

Marcellus Wiley's estranged wife, Annemarie Wiley, was allegedly kept in the dark about his Florida domestic violence case before prosecutors ultimately declined to pursue the charge ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Sources close to Annemarie tell us Florida authorities never alerted her about the decision not to pursue the charge in the case, leaving her in the dark.

The Florida police officer who was arrested after authorities said he used law enforcement cameras -- also known as Flock cameras -- to track a woman he met on the set of a Vince Vaughn TV show avoided jail time with a pre-trial intervention program ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Lamar Eliseo Roman, who was charged with three felonies related to unlawful use of computers/systems, entered into an agreement with prosecutors that will keep him out of prison as long as he meets certain conditions.

He will have to keep his nose clean for 2 years, pay $1,700 in fines, perform 100 hours of community service, sign a statement of personal responsibility, and continue therapy.

Blueface and Chrisean Rock were pulled over by police in California over the weekend because of equipment violations, TMZ has learned.

A rep for the San Diego PD tells us ... officers made the traffic stop on a vehicle carrying Blueface, Chrisean and their young son, Chrisean Jr., as they were apparently livestreaming Saturday night. Blueface and the others had just left Blu Temple/Blu Cabana after the rapper had performed at the venue.

Cops said officers learned that someone in the vehicle was on probation, which, as part of the conditions of the court, required police to search the SUV for contraband. It's unclear who was on probation inside the vehicle.

Beyoncé is being dragged to court over an alleged unauthorized sample on her hit "Alien Superstar," TMZ has learned. 

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, a company called Hirose Enterprise and a producer named Shuji Hirose are suing Beyoncé and various music companies for alleged copyright infringement.

Hirose says it owns the rights to a song titled "Moonraker," performed by a musician named John Holiday. The company says Beyoncé sampled the “spoken-word introduction” of the song "Alien Superstar," which was released on her 2022 album "Renaissance."
