Patrick Mahomes' father will be allowed to attend some of his NFL star son's games this season while still on probation in his criminal case ... TMZ has learned.

In docs filed with the court, Patrick Sr. asked for permission to attend games in Kansas City, Las Vegas, and Cincinnati.

Patrick Sr. said he understood he would have to submit to urine tests as requested by his probation officer on dates before and after travel on each occasion.

An Arizona State University student is going after the City of Tempe and its police department ... claiming she was groped and assaulted by an officer during a violent arrest that has since gone viral and led to criminal charges against her.

Eryn Bonner's attorney, Benjamin Taylor, tells TMZ ... the city is retaliating against his client for reporting the alleged misconduct.

Taylor tells us ... "The City of Tempe's decision to file charges is vindictive and political prosecution designed to protect their police department from liability after she reported being groped and assaulted by the cop that is seen on video."

The controversy stems from a July 19 confrontation on Tempe's Mill Avenue -- a popular area for college students to go out. Video released by police appears to show officers attempting to arrest other people when Bonner approaches and repeatedly tells them to let one of the men go.

The alleged Cornell gang rape case could face the same problem that hung over Johnny Depp and Amber Heard ... millions of people making up their minds before a jury ever does.

Journalism professor Jeffrey Blevins joined us on "TMZ Live" Tuesday and said the social media frenzy surrounding the case could make finding a truly unbiased jury a major challenge.

Blevins, who teaches at the University of Cincinnati, says traditional media tends to stick closer to the legal questions -- things like New York law, intoxication and consent -- while social media is far more personal and emotional.

The bar Jane Doe is suing in her civil suit alleging rape by Cornell fraternity members has fired back at her, saying they did NOT serve her alcohol.

Doe has sued Moonies Bar and Nightclub -- claiming she was served "to the point of visible intoxication" -- before she went to the Chi Phi fraternity, but the bar now denies in legal docs "that it unlawfully sold, furnished or assisted in procuring alcoholic beverages to any person under the legal drinking age."

Jane Doe was 20 when the alleged rape occurred ... the legal drinking age in New York is 21. She claims in her lawsuit she was at the bar for a Tri Delta sorority event, and the staff marked her hand to indicate she was underage.

The bar further "denies that it sold or furnished alcoholic beverages to any visibly intoxicated person."

Air Canada and Delta passengers are facing delays after their planes made contact on the tarmac at LAX ... and it looks like the Air Canada aircraft took the brunt of it.

Photos obtained by TMZ show a massive gash in the right horizontal stabilizer of the Air Canada plane after Tuesday's alarming collision.

A passenger on the Delta flight tells TMZ ... the plane was taxiing for departure when its left wing clipped the tail of the Air Canada aircraft, which was being towed to the gate. We're told passengers felt a big jolt before the plane came to an abrupt stop, but no one onboard was injured.

Televangelist Jim Bakker was in hospice care in Missouri when he died Monday, TMZ has learned.

Stone County Coroner John Cunnyngham tells TMZ ... Jim was under the "immediate care" of a doctor in a hospice program before he passed away Monday night in Branson.

Cunningham says Bakker was under the care of Compassus Hospice Care, although it's unclear how long he had been receiving hospice services. The coroner received a call from the facility around 7:45 PM Monday informing him Bakker had died. His cause of death remains unknown.

Dolly Parton's nephew Bryan Seaver went scorched-earth in a series of emails ... calling one man a "f***ing s***bag loser" and warning his lawyers would "start f***ing you up the ass" ... according to newly filed court docs.

The wild alleged messages, obtained by TMZ, appear to stem from a dispute over security and construction issues at a Nashville property tied to Dolly's estate.

In the emails, Seaver complained about staffing, alleged drug use by subcontractors, and a build-out he claimed was badly behind schedule.

Hayden Panettiere's ex Wladimir Klitschko believes someone in her orbit sold some of her stuff to a pawn shop ... and now he's claiming the pawn shop is refusing to answer his questions ... and he wants police to get involved.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Wladimir said he believes "a non-family member previously connected to Hayden" pawned off some of her belongings ... and he thinks it was jewelry.

Wladimir said the pawn shop has declined to disclose specific item information without being contacted by law enforcement.

Lindsay Clancy's ex-husband and his new wife, Rachel Danis, are looking to rent out their New York City apartment ... TMZ has learned.

According to property records obtained by TMZ, the one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment on Manhattan's East Side is listed for $6,550 a month and will be available starting December 11 ... and it's where we saw Patrick Clancy looking stressed during Lindsay's trial.

The condo is over 700 square feet, and it comes with air conditioning, a dishwasher, and in-unit laundry. The building also has a fitness center and allows cats and dogs.

An invite to Ken Urker's funeral has been officially extended to Gypsy Rose Blanchard, TMZ has learned.

Family sources tell TMZ Ken's family invited Gypsy to attend his service in Texas -- where he is from -- when the family makes arrangements.

We’re told that -- despite Ken's sister Autumn expressing her disdain for Gypsy -- Gypsy actually has a great relationship with the rest of Ken’s family.

Robert Kelker-Kelly, best known for playing Bo Brady on "Days of Our Lives," has died ... TMZ has learned.

The medical examiner in Missouri tells TMZ ... Kelker-Kelly died October 3. His cause of death is not yet known.

Kelker-Kelly began his acting career on "Another World" in 1987, playing Sam Fowler.

It sounds like Zak Bagans has another ghost adventure brewing ... this time in the Vegas bunker house he just bought, TMZ has learned.

The "Ghost Adventures" star dropped $4.5 mil on the 16,000-square-foot property, which boasts painted skies, fake landscaping, a pool, and lighting designed to replicate the different hours of the day -- the sprawling home is known as the "Underground Mansion" and has a Cold War luxury bunker hidden nearly three stories beneath an ordinary home.

Apparently, when Zak did a walk-through of the impressive estate, he learned about the bunker's dark history, which was so spooky that some staff refused to go down there alone.

Brady was a guest on "The TMZ Podcast" and he broke down exactly what went through his mind the moment he accidentally hacked off part of his thumb while chopping firewood. 

Brady told us the only thing he was worried about was being removed from the game because his injury was too severe, but he credits the on-set doctor for keeping him as calm as he could be in the moment. It makes sense that investigators need to wait for toxicology results to determine Ken Urker's official cause of death ... at least according to a former FBI investigator.

Jennifer Coffindaffer -- an ex-FBI agent -- sat down with Jakson on TMZ's YouTube series, "In The Know," to discuss how to tell if Gypsy Rose's former fiancé overdosed or if foul play was involved.

She say the tox report will be crucial to determining Ken's manner of death, because it'll let investigators know if the drugs he took were laced with something deadly, or if he simply took too much.
