Bonjour, everyone -- or should we say buongiorno! We know you're probably binging the fifth season of "Emily In Paris," which dropped today, and we figured we'd share some of our favorite behind-the-scenes snaps from the show's cast and crew!

ICYMI ... Emily, played by Lily Collins, decided to ditch the City of Lights for the sunshine and splendor of Rome at the end of the last season .. and her decision makes for some really juicy drama in Season 5!

Then again, the show is still called "Emily In Paris," so it'd be kind of weird not to shoot the series in the French capital -- and we don't think Collins or her costar, Ashley Park, could lose their soft spot for its landmarks, like the Eiffel Tower.

Mustard is on the beat and on his ex-wife Chanel Thierry's case, claiming she's been blasting him on social media ... and now he's asking a judge to give him full legal custody of their kids over it.

In court documents, obtained by TMZ, Mustard -- whose real name is Dijon McFarlane -- says he wants sole legal custody of his and Chanel's three children -- Kiylan, 13, Kauner, 10, and Kody, 6.

The ex-couple shared legal custody of the kids under the previous order. At the time, the judge also specifically prohibited both of them from speaking in a "negative, disrespectful, or derogatory manner to or about the other" in their children's presence or "within hearing distance of the child."

In new court papers filed by attorney Samantha Spector, Mustard alleges Chanel violated that order by making disparaging social media postings about him ... including Chanel posting to Threads on October 26, writing, "Dijon I know you are reading this, I'm so sick of your s***. You suck."

Brian Walshe has been sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole for the murder and dismemberment of his wife Ana.

A judge handed down the sentence at the Norfolk County Superior Court in Massachusetts on Thursday ... Walshe was also given no less than 19 years in prison for lying to authorities and no less than 2 years in prison for improperly disposing of Ana's remains, reports NBC News. Ana's body has never been found.

Walshe was sentenced almost three years after Ana disappeared on New Year's Day in 2023  from their home in Cohasset, Massachusetts. Brian was convicted of first-degree murder on Monday.

Prosecutors said the partial motive for murder was financial gain. Officials said Walshe was also angered by an affair his wife was having with a realtor.

At trial, prosecutors alleged Walshe cut up his wife's body and disposed of the remains in several dumpsters, and highlighted his Google searches about disposing of a corpse.

Massachusetts Superior Court Judge Diane Freniere characterized Brian Walshe's actions as "barbaric and incomprehensible." Ana's sister addressed the court, saying her sister's murder left their family with "an unbearable emptiness."

Peter Arnett, a renowned journalist whose coverage of multiple conflicts earned him a Pulitzer Prize, has died at 91.

Arnett died in Newport Beach, California, on Wednesday. His daughter, Elsa, confirmed the news to The New York Times ... she said the cause of death was prostate cancer.

Arnett was originally from New Zealand. He dropped out of high school before starting his work as a journalist, which eventually led him to a position with the Associated Press.

Arnett began his work in war zones in 1960, when he wrote about a coup in Laos and reportedly swam across the Mekong River to neighboring Thailand in order to get his story published.

Wiz Khalifa is facing a potential 9-month stint in Romanian prison for weed ... but he's hoping to find an alternate solution to a definitive sentence just handed down by that country's government!!!

Thursday, Romania's Constanța Court of Appeal upheld an appeal filed by DIICOT Constanța Territorial Service -- a prosecutor's office in the country -- to sentence the "Young, Wild & Free" rapper to 9 months ... despite a previous citation that only fined him 3,000 lei -- roughly $700 USD.

Sources close to the situation inform TMZ Hip Hop that nothing is set in stone just yet ... his team is currently in the process of appealing the sentence.

John Travolta and his late wife, Kelly Preston, had three children together ... but their youngest kid is biologically a Presley ... this according to a bombshell legal document.

Priscilla Presley's former business partner, Brigitte Kruse, is currently suing Priscilla's son, Navarone Garcia, for breach of contract ... but what's way more interesting in new legal docs filed in the case is that Kruse alleges John and Kelly used Riley Keough's eggs to give birth to their son, Ben.

In the papers, Kruse alleges Michael Lockwood -- Lisa Marie Presley's ex-husband -- told her Kelly had been unable to bear her own children. Kruse claims John and Kelly previously used Lisa Marie’s eggs to get pregnant ... but they no longer wanted Lisa's eggs because they did not want “eggs with heroin" on them.

It's unclear whether Lisa Marie's eggs ever produced a child.

However, Kruse claims a deal was orchestrated where Riley -- one of Lisa Marie's daughters -- gave her eggs to Travolta, so that Kelly could give birth to Ben, who is 15 now. Kruse claims Riley was given an old Jaguar and paid between $10,000 - $20,000 for the deal.

Nick Reiner did NOT get booted from his parents' house the night before Rob and Michele Reiner were murdered in the Brentwood home where they lived with their son ... TMZ has learned.

There has been speculation online Rob kicked Nick out of the house Saturday night after returning from Conan O'Brien's Christmas party.

A source with direct knowledge tells TMZ, Nick left on his own accord. We do not know the circumstances under which Nick decided to leave. TMZ broke the story he and Rob got into a heated argument at Conan's party ... but it’s unclear if the exchange continued back at the Reiner residence.

Our sources confirm … Nick was not mentally sound in the period of time leading up to the murders. A source with direct knowledge tells TMZ … Nick's mental instability went beyond consuming illegal substances. We're told prescription drugs "messed with his head."

During his national televised address Wednesday evening, President Donald Trump announced 1,450,000 military service members will receive a one-time payment of $1,776 -- which he described as a "warrior dividend" -- before Christmas.

The President said checks were being sent out in recognition of the United States' founding in 1776.

He said the checks were already on their way to service members. Trump said the "warrior dividends" were being funded by his controversial tariffs.

Joran van der Sloot -- the man who confessed to killing Natalee Holloway after her 2005 disappearance -- reportedly tried to commit suicide in prison Saturday.

According to Peruvian news outlet La Republica ... Joran -- who is incarcerated at the maximum security Challapalca Prison -- was found hanging from a strip of blanket in his cell while guards were distributing breakfast.

The 38-year-old Dutch national was reportedly taken to the infirmary, where he was nursed back to stable condition.

According to the outlet, officials said the manner in which guards found Joran "suggested a possible suicide attempt."

Sherrone Moore's actual mugshot, a week after a fake photo circulated around social media, has finally been released by authorities ... showing the former head coach at Michigan in a seemingly emotionless state.

The photo, snapped by the Washtenaw County Sheriff's Office after he was arrested on home invasion, stalking, and breaking and entering charges, shows Moore, rockin' a black shirt, looking tired and detached.

The 39-year-old coach was taken into custody last Wednesday.

He went before a judge for the first time on Friday, where officials claimed he was involved in a relationship with a UM staffer for years, which turned ugly when the woman ended things, and Moore lost his job.

6:55 AM PT -- Bailey's attorney, Michelle Suskauer, tells TMZ … "We are currently gathering information about this accident as it involved someone operating a scooter entering an intersection."

"2 Fast 2 Furious" star Devon Aoki is dealing with a major car issue ... but it has nothing directly to do with her or her famous movie.

Here's the deal ... Aoki's husband, James Bailey, was reportedly driving an Audi SQ7 SUV in Coral Gables, Florida Monday around 5:15 PM when he allegedly plowed into a man riding a stand-up scooter, according to an arrest report obtained by TMZ.

The report says the scooter rider was in a crosswalk when he was struck, and Bailey drove away, heading back to his home. WPLG Local 10 obtained video showing the aftermath of the hit-and-run, with the victim pleading with the driver to move the Audi off his foot before falling to the ground in pain.

Who knew studying was a full-contact sport? Kim Kardashian hurt more than her pride on her journey to failing the bar exam ... according to a clip from her reality show.

On the latest episode of "The Kardashians," Kim revealed she suffered a back injury while preparing for the California Bar legal exam.

She complained, "I threw my back out, and it’s like, every time I think I get to another step, something pulls me back."

She tearfully continued ... "There’s all these f***ing roadblocks, and I’m not a pity-party kind of girl, but last night, I was like, 'Why the f*** is this happening? I can hardly walk.'"

Natalia Bryant -- Kobe and Vanessa's daughter -- got a five-year extension on her restraining order against an alleged stalker ... and now, her mom and siblings are included.

According to court documents, obtained by TMZ Sports, a judge ruled on Monday that the order would be extended for the foreseeable future ... and agreed to modify it to include Vanessa, Bianka, and Capri as protected people.

She initially filed to extend the order back in November ... claiming additional instances where Dwayne Kemp, who she says harbors a delusion they're in a romantic relationship, violated the order in August of this year.

"The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City" star Britani Bateman's ex-husband, John Underwood, was arrested last week after authorities say he violated a protective order she has in place against him ... TMZ has learned.

According to court documents, obtained by TMZ, John had his first felony appearance before the judge in Utah on Wednesday after he allegedly harassed Britani.

Prosecutors say he's been harassing his ex ever since the protective order was put in place in 2023 -- staring at her from the distance allowed under the order, re-routing her mail, and even going as far as tampering with her electrical box at her home to interrupt her power.

An LAPD Robbery-Homicide detective showed up at the hotel where Nick Reiner was staying … looking for a weapon, blood, and other evidence connected to the murders of Rob and Michele Reiner … TMZ has learned.

A law enforcement source, along with two other people with direct knowledge, tell TMZ ... a Robbery-Homicide detective showed up at The Pierside Santa Monica hotel Monday around 1 AM, telling the front desk clerk he was there to do a welfare check on Nick Reiner, who was staying in room 207.

We’re told the detective said he was concerned Nick may have disposed of a weapon connected to a violent crime. The detective also said he believed Nick may have "cleaned up" and "disposed of evidence." We’re told hotel staff took the detective up to room 207, where he searched the room.

Rob and Michele Reiner's son Nick has officially been charged with their murders ... and now there's new video showing what may be Nick's last actions as a free man.

Moments before his arrest, Nick was at a gas station buying a drink, video obtained by ABC7 Los Angeles shows.

Watch the video ... the 32-year-old murder suspect wears a baseball cap and a jacket with a red backpack slung over his left shoulder as he shifts his weight from side to side. He surveys the area before making his beverage selection and heading out to the street, where he was immediately apprehended at about 9:15 PM Sunday.
