Prince Harry’s legal battle against a powerful British tabloid publisher is heating up -- with the Duke of Sussex returning to court to take them on over allegations of unlawful information-gathering ... along with a host of A-listers.

Harry arrived at London’s High Court on Monday looking confident in a black suit … acknowledging a few spectators as he headed inside.

Elton John and actors Elizabeth Hurley and Sadie Frost join Harry as part of the group, claiming Associated Newspapers Limited -- the publisher of the Daily Mail -- hired private investigators to place listening devices in homes and cars and record private calls. There are also claims of ANL engaging in impersonation and deception to access personal info.

Remember ... Chapman's employment was terminated last year after his involvement in a fatal high-speed car chase. He was later reinstated, but he says he should've never been fired in the first place.

In court documents, obtained by TMZ, Chapman alleges the police department, along with Priceville, Alabama, Mayor Sam Heflin, used the tragic incident as an opportunity to smear his name and get rid of him -- something Chapman alleges they were working on for some time.

Lamar Odom has been arrested in Las Vegas ... TMZ has learned.

The former NBA star was arrested and booked for driving under the influence after he was pulled over early Saturday morning. The incident is still under investigation.

He was also slapped with two traffic violations -- driving more than 41+ miles per hour over the limit and improper lane change/failure to maintain lane.

A California man has been arrested after he wrote on social media that explosives had been placed in Disneyland ahead of Vice President J.D. Vance's visit last year.

Here's the deal ... federal authorities announced Friday they've arrested 22-year-old Marco Antonio Aguayo after he allegedly threatened Vance's life on July 12, 2025.

While the VP visited and stayed at the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, feds claim Aguayo wrote three messages online ... one of which read, "Pipe bombs have been placed in preparation for J.D. Vance’s arrival."

"90 Day Fiancé" star Leida Margaretha is in some serious trouble with the state of Wisconsin ... which has filed 24 felony charges against her.

Leida -- who was arrested for bail jumping in 2025 -- has been hit with charges including 7 counts of bail jumping, 6 counts of wire fraud, 10 counts of forgery and 1 count of stealing between $10,000 and $100,000 from a business, according to online records. Prosecutors say she committed the crimes between November 2023 and March 2024.

She has a court hearing scheduled for February 18, but has not been arrested as of this reporting. TMZ has reached out to Leida and the prosecuting attorney for comment ... so far, no word back.

Timothy Busfield is firing back in his child sex abuse case, slamming prosecution witnesses for being unreliable with documented histories of fraud and financial exploitation, according to new court documents obtained by TMZ.

Busfield filed his opposition to the prosecution's motion to keep him behind bars during the pretrial stages of his New Mexico criminal case on Friday night. As you know, prosecutors have charged him with child abuse and criminal sexual contact of a minor.

In his filing, Busfield blasted prosecutors for asking the judge to imprison him "based on a story that has already collapsed under independent scrutiny."

Dermot Mulroney and Prima Apollinaare have settled their divorce.

The actor filed a declaration in L.A. Superior Court on Friday, telling the judge he's banged out an agreement with Prima to end their 14 year marriage.

Although details of their agreement were not disclosed, Dermot says they've come to terms on all sticking points -- namely shared property, child custody and support for their two minor kids, as well as visitation.

Devin Haney is firing back after his ex-fiancée, Leena Sayed, filed legal papers in hopes of posting their kid on social media without his approval -- claiming her OnlyFans career is a good reason to keep their one-year-old off her pages.

As we previously reported, Sayed wants to modify the couple's custody order on their kid ... so she can share pics of Khrome without Haney being involved. As it stands, both sides have to sign off on any kid pics on the internet.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ Sports, Haney's legal team said the stipulation "does not unduly restrict Leena's self-expression," after she claimed "social media is an important part of how I share my life with friends, family, and my social media followers."

Former Disney actor Matt Prokop got pissed at police when officers showed up on his doorstep to arrest him recently ... but he changed his tune quickly, begging the cops to take care of his pooch while he was being led away in cuffs.

Check it out -- TMZ obtained exclusive Ring camera video of police officers walking up to the front door of Matt's Texas home this past Christmas Eve. He answers the door and immediately starts mouthing off to the officers, asking "what the f***" they want." When the cops say they want to speak with him, Matt snarkily fires back, "Start talking."

Officers ask Matt about a woman named Lucy, but Matt claims Lucy is his dog, who's heard barking up a storm in the video. FYI -- a woman named Lucy called cops, telling them Matt was being violent toward her.

Former U.S. Senator for Arizona Kyrsten Sinema is being sued by a woman who claims the ex-lawmaker had a relationship with her husband while in office ... and the woman claims Sinema used campaign funds to fund the affair.

A civil lawsuit filed in North Carolina by a woman named Heather Ammel claims Sinema destroyed Ammel's marriage with her estranged husband, Matthew, by carrying on an affair with him while he was part of Sinema's security detail.

Ammel claims Matthew began working for Sinema in 2022 ... who allegedly sent him "romantic and lascivious" messages in frequent communications on the Signal encryption app. Heather and Matthew were married for 14 years and share three children.
