Slutty Vegan owner Pinky Cole can't condone Wallo's divisive comments about supporting Black-owned businesses -- even if they're lacking, she says there's still a duty to uphold!!!

TMZ caught up with Pinky at LAX on Thursday where she told us she has no malice in her disagreement with the Million Dollarz Worth of Game co-host ... but she does indeed disagree.

Wallo called patronizing Black businesses off their race relations alone a "hustle" -- but Pinky says spenders gotta "lift as you climb" ... without her support, other operations won't have the chance to blow up like the successful restaurant chain Slutty Vegan did!!!

Pinky also dished on the DEI ... as a successful -- and Black -- business owner, her personal experiences often leave her as the only minority in the room, and she feels programs to allot diversity are still needed.

She's overcome recent obstacles ... nearly losing her Slutty Vegan brand to the clutches of corporate overspending to the tune of $10 million, but she has a new refocus that has her back in the driver's seat.

Cops say a prankster tried to throw Gordon Ramsay into the frying pan ... calling in a bogus 911 report of a shooting at the famous chef's Los Angeles home.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... LAPD officers responded to the call at 8:40 PM Tuesday after an unknown person called in a report of a gunman opening fire at Gordon's mansion in Bel Air.

But, we're told when the cops arrived, they didn't find so much as a dish out of place ... police say they even spoke with neighbors who confirmed nothing had happened. Our sources say Ramsay was not home at the time.

David Dobrik's expanding his food empire, because he's coming out with a new line of flavored chips ... and it sounds like this is one of his cheat foods.

We got the YouTube star Monday at his pizza shop on the Sunset Strip, Doughbrik’s Pizza, and he told us he was doing a photo shoot for his new food brand, Doughbrik's Snacks, and one of their first offerings ... bags of chips.

Jeff Ross landed in the hospital ... after a sudden and apparently severe allergic reaction to something he ate.

Jeff took to Instagram revealing he was in Mill Valley, CA for a comedy show on Saturday night and after the show him and the band celebrated at a restaurant. He says they ate burrata ice cream and shortly after his lips started puffing up.

He writes ... "It was delicious. Seriously yummy. But my lips blew up and I spent the entire night in the ER. It was my first allergic reaction ever. I guess that’s pretty remarkable considering I’m constantly shoving whatever food is in front of me into my face."

The Connecticut donut shop under fire -- mostly by trolls -- after Blake Lively worked a shift without wearing a hairnet is cleared of any health code violations, TMZ has learned.

According to a Wilton Health Department document, which TMZ has seen, Rise Doughnut -- a small mom-and-pop biz -- was investigated after an "anonymous" complaint, and officials found zero violations. No fine was issued and the case is officially closed.

The department visit was trigged after people online were pissed Blake didn't put on a hair net, hat or tie back her hair while working and serving up the treats -- and as a result, they trolled the shop's Yelp page. And, at least one person filed an official complaint.

Blake Lively might want to look over the food handler's license test ... 'cause her free-flowing locks have put a Connecticut donut shop she helped out under a microscope.
