The guys behind the product launched a website to sell the "Dreads"-- which featured Chris' name and image.

But CJ tells TMZ ... he NEVER approved the product and doesn't want his fans to be duped into thinking he had anything to do with it ... so he's unleashed his lawyers to make things right.

Johnson tells us, "My lawyers on are on it ... the site has already been shut down ... and I'm investigating to see if these guys made any money off of this deceptive scheme."

TMZ spoke to one of the guys behind "Dreads," who tell us, "This is bulls**t ... we're going to put this site back up and still promote dreads on a stick."

With her hair and makeup looking on point, Lindsay Lohan didn't let the fact that she has to turn herself into jail by November 9th to serve her 30 day minute sentence stop her from hitting the "J.Edgar" after party at the Roosevelt in Hollywood last night.

Kim Kardashian's wedding guests ain't gonna get their expensive wedding gifts back ... but KK wants to make it up to everyone ... with one BIG ASS charity donation.

Kim just blogged about her decision to divorce Kris Humphries ... insisting she "married for love" ... but says, "I got caught up with the hoopla and the filming of the TV show that when I probably should have ended my relationship, I didn’t know how to and didn’t want to disappoint a lot of people."

She also wrote, "There are also reports that I made millions of dollars off of the wedding. These reports are simply not true and it makes me so sad to have to even clarify this."

"I’m so grateful to everyone who took the time to come to my wedding and I’ll be donating the money for all the gifts to the Dream Foundation."

Sources close to Kim tell TMZ ... KK plans to give the organization a $200k check.

Sources close to the rapper tell TMZ ... the costume was his wife's idea, but T.I. agreed because he's been an MV fan since the Atlanta Falcons days ... and has a ton of respect for the guy.

Lindsay Lohan has become so comfortable around dead bodies ... that she partied at a Hollywood cemetery last night.

Lohan threw on her finest "slutty nurse" costume and hit the Hollywood Forever Cemetery ... where she attended a HUGE Halloween party with the likes of Paris Hilton and Christina Aguilera.

Whenever she wakes up this morning, Lohan is expected to return to the L.A. County Coroner's Office ... to continue cleaning up after some fresh corpses.

Charlie Sheen's Halloween costume is WAYYYY more expensive than yours ... and the crazy part is, he's going as himself.

Sheen was in L.A. earlier today working on a new Roman Coppola project ... when he bragged about an unbelievably lifelike Charlie Sheen mask he got from an artist in Colorado.

We're told Charlie heard about the mask a few months ago, and told the artist, Landon Meier, that he would give his stamp of approval ... if Landon gave him one for free.
