We caught the fitness instructor back in 2012, when he decided to recruit a few travelers to put on a quick show ... and his performance sure beats in-flight entertainment!

Maxwell was accused of soliciting and grooming minors for abuse and sex crimes from 1994 to 2004 ... and was convicted on 5 counts, including sex trafficking of a minor in December 2021. She was sentenced to 20 years in federal prison about 6 months later.

Ronnie Coleman believes he probably would have died if it wasn't for his 13-year-old daughter ... opening up on his near-death sepsis battle in a positive update for his fans.

The legendary bodybuilder posted the clip on Tuesday ... weeks after he was hospitalized with the serious medical condition that required emergency surgery and treatment.

"Man, let me tell you, these past few weeks have been some of the toughest of my life," Coleman said. "Ya boy was hit with sepsis, and it nearly killed me."

Famous runner Fauja Singh -- believed to have been the oldest marathon finisher in history -- was tragically killed in a hit-and-run accident. He was 114 years old.

The fatal incident happened on Monday in Singh's home village of Beas Pind in India ... when he was struck by a vehicle while trying to cross a road. He succumbed to his injuries at a hospital.

His son, Harvinder Singh, told Asia News International the driver of the vehicle that struck his father drove off ... and law enforcement is now gathering details.

Richard Simmons' longtime housekeeper -- who's rarely been seen and never spoken publicly -- is addressing rumors about her kidnapping him, and also reveals ... they were kind of a couple.

Teresa Reveles just did her first-ever TV interview, telling TODAY she never held Richard against his will, as had been alleged when he vanished from public life. She laughed off that theory, and instead joke, "No, I think he kidnapped me."

Among the star items hitting the block are his signature "Sweatin' to the Oldies" ensemble, worn during a 2012 Slimmons class, a bedazzled "Hummingbird" tank top worn at the 2013 MTV VMAs, a custom "Pom Pom Ball" tank from a 2011 appearance and over 100 glittering tank tops and shorts, each estimated between $200-300.
