Cardi B Battling Tasha K in Court Again For Talking Offset’s Alleged Gambling

Cardi B says she's had it with Tasha K running her mouth about her ex-husband, Offset, despite an order prohibiting the blogger from doing so ... TMZ has learned.

In new court docs, obtained by TMZ, Cardi points out Tasha agreed to honor a non-disparagement clause as part of her bankruptcy plan, which bars her from talking publicly about the "Bodak Yellow" rapper or her associates, including Offset and Stefon Diggs.

As we previously reported, Cardi, who is represented by attorney Lisa Moore, was awarded $4 million from Tasha in a defamation battle, and Tasha filed for bankruptcy months later. The two worked out a deal where the debt was reduced to $1.2 million, as long as Tasha made monthly payments. The deal included the non-disparagement clause which prohibits Tasha from talking about Cardi. Cardi's lawyer Lisa tells TMZ she is going after the full $3.9 million owed from Tasha.

Jamila Adams took the stand minutes ago in a Massachusetts courtroom ... where she detailed her timeline with the NFL superstar.

Blake Lively said under oath she never asked anyone to destroy raw footage from "It Ends with Us" ... but an email from an executive at Sony indicates that might not be true.

Here's the deal ... during Lively's deposition in the case on July 31, 2025 last year, she was questioned about whether she had asked "anyone from Sony to destroy the dailies."

For those who don't know ... a daily is a clip of short raw, unedited footage shot during a single day of film production. The footage is quickly processed and reviewed by directors to make sure the shots look correct and that there aren't any glaring issues.

Britney Spears had her DUI charge dropped Monday morning after reaching a plea deal with prosecutors, where the charge was reduced to a "Wet Reckless."

There are conditions to the plea ... notably, she'll be placed on 12 months' probation, which could be a problem if she violates the law in the next year.

She also cannot possess drugs without a valid prescription. Again, this could be a problem. As we reported, Britney has gone to Mexico more than once to get Adderall.

She's also ordered to continue with mental health and substance abuse treatment, meeting with a psychologist once a week and a psychiatrist twice a month.

If Britney violates any conditions of during her probation, she could be sentenced to jail.

Her lawyer Michael Goldstein tells TMZ ... “Through her plea today, Britney has accepted responsibility for her conduct.  She has taken significant steps to implement positive change which is clearly reflected in the Ventura County District Attorney’s decision to reduce the charge in this case and dismiss the DUI.  Britney appreciates this discretion and is also grateful for the outpouring of support she has received.”

Prosecutors offered Britney a sweet plea deal, though she did not attend the hearing. The pop star's lawyer appeared on Britney's behalf at about 9 AM in a Ventura County courtroom.

Chris Brown was hauled into court for a paternity suit just days before he welcomed a new baby with his current girlfriend, Jada Wallace ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Diamond Brown filed suit on April 3 over her 4-year-old daughter, Lovely Symphani Brown.  She says Brown acknowledged paternity in a voluntary declaration, which she attached as an exhibit.

Lovely was born on January 7, 2022. She asked the court to award her legal and physical custody, but did propose that Chris have visitation.

The paperwork noted that Lovely has lived with Diamond from birth to present at her L.A. home.

Joseph Duggar is looking to grill the investigators who spoke to the alleged victim in his Florida criminal case ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Joseph and his legal team are seeking permission from the judge to question individuals from the Department of Children & Families, Child Protection Team, and any other law enforcement agency involved in the investigation.

Joseph said that reps from the agencies spoke to the alleged minor victim in the case, and he insists has the right to view the evidence against him.

Allen's lawyers say that while he was being booked into the D.C. Jail on Monday, members of the Department of Correction intake team didn't note any suicide risk factors.

Shots were fired outside Chris Brown's L.A. home Friday afternoon, TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... police were called to Chris' house in Tarzana around 4 PM yesterday after a report of a possible shooting outside the property.

According to our sources, a female caller reported that a shooting had just occurred and described the suspect as a Black male, approximately 35 years old, who allegedly fired at her vehicle during the incident.
