Diddy plans to fight a lawsuit claiming he had sex with minors ... and he's pursuing all avenues the legal system has to offer.

Diddy's spokesperson, Juda Engelmayer, responded to a recent lawsuit from a John Doe who claims he was a child actor when Diddy allegedly assaulted him, telling TMZ … "This is a lie and completely made up. Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone."

Engelmayer added ... "These allegations will be disproven like all of the rest. He is going to pursue all avenues he can to defend himself and make sure those who start and spread lies are held responsible."

A source close to Diddy clarifies Engelmayer is talking about pursuing legal avenues against Diddy's accusers.

Drew then responded to the accusation with her own, claiming Ralph had violated the gag order by leaking the info to TMZ.

Looks like the latest Giudice family drama is playing out in court instead of on Bravo ... because Teresa Giudice's daughter got busted for an alleged assault.

TMZ has obtained court records showing the 'Real Housewives of New Jersey' star's daughter, Milania, was arrested in New Jersey last month and charged with simple assault.

According to the docs, Milania was arrested May 14 and charged with purposely or knowingly causing bodily injury ... a disorderly conduct offense under New Jersey law.

The case remains active in Montville Township Municipal Court, which tells TMZ the matter is marked as "domestic violence/confidential."

Henry Ruggs Denied Parole

Henry Ruggs isn't getting out of prison anytime in the near future -- the former Las Vegas Raiders star receiver was denied parole at a ruling on Thursday.

Ruggs is serving up to 10 years behind bars as a result of his November 2, 2021 accident ... when he sped at 156 MPH and crashed into 23-year-old Tina Tintor, killing the woman and her dog. Officials said his blood-alcohol concentration read at .16 within two hours after the tragedy.

Ruggs ultimately pleaded guilty to felony DUI causing death and misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter and was handed the lengthy sentence in 2023.

Ruggs went before a parole board himself back in May ... and his attorney, David Chesnoff, praised how he had been using his time in prison by leading his fellow inmates in cardio classes and sharing his story.

Rapper Blueface's music royalties are now going to Soulja Boy's baby mama, Jackilyn Martinez, to pay off a massive debt he owes her ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge granted Jackilyn's request to redirect all of Blueface's royalties from ASCAP and BMI -- for sales of his music -- to her in order to pay off a $123K judgment.

Jackilyn got a default judgment for that amount back in April 2025 after Blueface apparently blew off a lawsuit she filed against him. In her original suit, she sought $10 million ... claiming Blueface defamed her.

Rumer Willis was awarded primary custody of her kid with ex Derek Richard Thomas in their bitter custody war ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, the parties agreed to undergo a custody evaluation and share joint legal custody, but the judge gave Rumer primary physical custody of the couple's daughter, Louetta.

The ruling also establishes a visitation schedule for Thomas. Beginning June 20, he'll have parenting time every other weekend, with visits initially monitored by one of Rumer's nannies. The order states the visits will later transition to overnight visitation with no monitor.
