The man who claims Stefon Diggs sexually assaulted him reached a settlement with the NFL star's brother in a separate lawsuit over an alleged beatdown ... TMZ has learned.
According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Christopher Griffith hashed out a deal to drop his $10 million suit against Darez Diggs and an L.A. apartment complex. No details of the settlement were disclosed in the document.
Christopher claimed he was attacked by Darez and others on May 29, 2023, and had over $100K in property stolen.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Emily says she worked out a divorce settlement with David in December 2024, and she was awarded an L.A. mansion.
Per the docs, David was supposed to sign all the deed paperwork within 30 days of the deal ... but the famed director died on January 16, 2025, at the age of 78, before he could sign over the deed.

Marcellus Wiley denies poking his estranged wife's cheek during their alleged altercation ... and now he's claiming he has a witness who will back him up.
The former NFL star filed a motion to modify his bond conditions earlier this week ... in which he says, "The only other witness to the alleged 'cheek poke' did not in fact witness any physical altercation nor touch."
He also mentions in the documents that the current bond conditions prohibiting contact with his minor children will prevent him from providing adequate childcare. He says his estranged wife, Annemarie Wiley, works outside the home four or five days a week and obviously cannot look after the kids during those times.

A rep for the Orange County Fire Authority tells TMZ ... "Three minors were interviewed as part of the investigation."
We're told the cause of the fire remains under investigation.
As TMZ first reported, Jennifer admitted on Thursday that one of her sons had a role in a fire that broke out in Ladera Ranch.

According to newly filed legal docs, obtained by TMZ, N3on -- AKA Mikyle Rafiq -- is going after Goli Nutrition for misappropriation of his likeness and false endorsement ... alleging Goli published a promotional video on its verified Instagram account which displayed his mug overlaid with captions including "WHY everybody meets SAME PROBLEM," "testosterone," and "ashwagandha."
The promotional video was for a bottle of Goli Ashwagandha Gummies -- which apparently function to lower cortisol, ease anxiety, and improve sleep.

Barrie Drewitt-Barlow -- a former guest on the hit reality show "Below Deck Sailing Yacht" -- is being sued by a man who alleges he was sex trafficked by Barrie when he was just 16 years old.
In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the man claims he's a distant relative of Barrie's. He says Barrie offered him a job and a place to live back in 2014 when he was 16, but after he accepted, Barrie soon began sexually abusing him.
The man claims the alleged abuse happened in the United Kingdom, several other countries, and multiple states in the USA ... including New Jersey, where he says he lived with Barrie for a period of time.

The viral video that allegedly captured a tense confrontation between Nolan Wells and another person on Horn Island just hours before his disappearance is not what it seems ... because the owner of the video says it captures no altercation at all.
The original owner of the video tells TMZ ... they were on Horn Island -- the last place Nolan was seen alive -- on July 4th, and they took a video to send to their spouse. After hearing about Nolan's disappearance, they put the video online to see if someone might I.D. Nolan ... and then folks started falsely claiming Nolan was in the video, fighting with others.
The owner of the video also tells us ... they heard of a verbal altercation that occurred on the island ... but their video doesn't show that fight.

Tyler Perry and Colin Kaepernick are stepping up to cover two huge expenses for Nolan Wells' family ... the funeral and an independent autopsy.
Attorney Ben Crump, who is representing Nolan's family, says Tyler is paying for the funeral and Colin is paying for the autopsy ... and at a Friday press conference, he thanked the celebs for their contributions.
Crump says the family requested an independent autopsy because they lack confidence in the ongoing investigation in Mississippi.

Shirilla, who shot to infamy with her Netflix documentary "The Crash," apparently sent the dolled-up photo of herself from Ohio Reformatory for Women to a family member through a tablet called ViaPeth, which is used by inmates to stay connected to loved ones, according to JoEllen Smith, chief spokesperson for the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction.
Smith said the Office of Victim Services and the Office of the Chief Inspector reviewed the matter and determined that Shirilla did not post the pic herself because "Incarcerated individuals do not have access to social media platforms on the ViaPath tablets."
