Perez Hilton is still in the hospital nearly two weeks after his frightening live stream ... his family announced -- and his site is set to return to regularly scheduled programming.

In an update on Perez's celebrity gossip website, his family tells fans that he is still in the hospital after the August 4 TikTok Live -- but they specify that he is in an inpatient setting getting the care he needs from both physicians and mental health professionals.

Inpatient mental health care can sometimes indicate a longer stay where patients remain hospitalized for extended periods of time while they recuperate -- while we don't know if this is the case for Perez, we do know his team will resume uploading celeb stories to his site.

Bryan Kohberger revealed he was diagnosed with several mental health disorders in 2025 ... and now, the neuropsychological evaluation has been unsealed, giving folks a closer look at his unusual characteristics -- plus four more potential diagnoses.

TMZ previously reported Kohberger's legal team submitted court docs revealing he had been diagnosed with level 1 autism, OCD, ADHD, and ARFID, an eating disorder in February 2025. The diagnosis came after he met with Rachel Lawson Orr, PsyD, ABPP-CN, who was hired by Kohberger’s defense team to evaluate him.

In Orr's evaluation, which was obtained by PEOPLE, she left notes about his socialization skills and tendencies as she observed him ... reportedly saying "almost immediately" he had "restricted range of facial expression, with stoic effect at baseline" and had "inconsistent" or "absent" smiles in social situations.

Perez Hilton's sister says she didn't recognize her own brother when she found him covered in blood in his bathroom ... and she sprinted out of the house with his kids after seeing a frightful look in his eyes.

Barbara Lavandeira spoke to Page Six about the harrowing aftermath of Perez's shocking live stream ... telling the outlet the incident will always be one of the darkest days in her family's history.

Barbara says Perez was in his bedroom that day ... with the door closed and locked -- which was abnormal for the gossip mogul. She says he wouldn't open the door, so she grabbed a key, walked in and realized he was in his private bathroom.

After once again knocking and trying to get Perez to open the door, Barbara says she opened the door to the bathroom ... where she found her brother in bad shape.

Travis Barker felt like he was trapped in his own personal horror film after he survived a plane crash ... and he believed death would catch up to him like in "Final Destination."

Here's the deal ... back in 2008, Travis and his friend Adam "DJ AM" Goldstein survived a plane crash which killed 4 other people. The following year, Goldstein died from a drug overdose -- which is when Travis began to really struggle with his trauma.

Travis tells People he felt like -- given what had happened -- he was living in "Final Destination" ... and he feared going out because he worried he'd end up dead.

Perez Hilton's kids were already aware of his mental health struggles before his disturbing live stream meltdown ... TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Perez's three kids are old enough to understand his mental health challenges, which had been explained to them before last week's crisis.

We're told the children have been in the house during previous emotional moments when Perez went live on social media and opened up to his followers about his struggles.

So, while last week's incident was far more serious, seeing their father become emotional online was not entirely new to them.

Ariana Grande was spotted for the first time since she announced she plans to break free from the public eye.

The pop star was seen on her way to an airport in New York on Monday night, where she was all smiles while sporting her album merch.

Ariana announced earlier this month that she plans to "take a step back from visibility" after her "Eternal Sunshine" tour wraps on September 1.

Perez Hilton's mom has filed for temporary custody of his three minor kids, TMZ can confirm.

Teresita Lavandeira is asking to seal the records. In her filing, she says ... "The children in this case should not be subjected to any further trauma related to the incidents that are the basis of the petition."

And, Perez is on board with it -- TMZ has obtained the consent form he signed to hand over Teresita temporary custodial rights over his kiddos. This includes consent to allow her to make all necessary and reasonable medical and dental care decisions for the children, obtain copies of their records such as birth certificates, enroll them in school, and more.

This comes 1 week after the celebrity blogger was hospitalized after he harmed himself physically on a live stream during a mental health crisis at his home in Florida.

The doctor who treated Lindsay Clancy as a psychiatric patient is firing back at allegations of medical malpractice, denying she did anything wrong while caring for Clancy.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Dr. Jennifer Tufts -- the psychiatrist who treated Clancy, the mother who is charged in the 2023 deaths of her three children -- denies she engaged in "any wrongdoing whatsoever" while having Clancy as a patient.

In January of this year, Clancy sued Tufts for negligence/medical malpractice, loss of parental companionship, loss of spousal companionship and vicarious liability.

In the lawsuit, Clancy claims she "suffered severe personal injuries," including the loss of her three children, severe postpartum psychosis, hallucinations and other trauma.

OpenAI CEO Sam Altman’s sister is asking a judge to toss the lawsuit he filed against her ... insisting her claims that he sexually abused her during their childhood are true ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Ann Altman denies Sam’s claim she defamed him by accusing him of abuse.

In the docs, Ann also takes issue with Sam labeling her “mentally ill” in their court battle, saying her brother “slanderously characterized her” in his counterclaim and on social media in an effort to “silence her.”

Perez Hilton's family is sharing a major update on his well-being after his dangerous acts on a live stream earlier this week.

His family told fans via his website that he's still in a Florida hospital under the Baker Act, which allows for the temporary and involuntary detention of someone who is experiencing a severe mental health crisis.

They added, "His communication has been extremely limited and confined to immediate family, medical providers, and others directly involved in his care." His family shared on Thursday they were able to make contact with him, which gave them "hope."

Ariana Grande's family continues to rally around her as she prepares to step away from the spotlight ... and now her brother Frankie is promising he'll have her back "until the end of time."

Frankie Grande shared a heartfelt tribute Friday after seeing Ariana's "Eternal Sunshine" tour ... calling the show a "beautiful celebration" of her artistry and saying he's incredibly proud of his little sis.

He added, "Family forever. I will have your back until the end of time" ... and said he was grateful he got to see Ariana "shine on this tour one last time."

Sophia Laforteza of KATSEYE is taking a break from the group to focus on her mental health ... making her the second member to step away this year.

Sophia and the band posted messages about the break Friday, with SL saying ... "Making this decision wasn't easy -- but I am learning health comes first. I'm realizing that if I don't take care of my mind and body now ... I won't be able to keep doing what I loved the most for so long."

The global girl group echoed her sentiment, saying ... “We will continue to closely monitor her progress and support her journey … We sincerely appreciate your understanding and continued support for Sophia, and we look forward to her being back with KATSEYE.”

Michael Jackson's nephew says he isn't holding a grudge against Perez Hilton ... he's praying for the gossip mogul who self-harmed on a live stream ... despite Perez spending years targeting his famous family.

TJ Jackson -- son of the late Tito Jackson -- took to social media to react to Perez's alarming TikTok Live ... saying he couldn't bring himself to watch, but knows it's "horrible."

Michael's nephew says of Perez ... "He hasn't been nice to many celebs including my family. Nevertheless I never want to see anyone broken and in such a dark place. I am praying for his healing and his health."

Perez Hilton's kids were inside his Miami-area home just minutes before his disturbing live stream ... and his family says they were rushed out when it became clear he was suffering a severe mental health crisis and harming himself.

Perez's family revealed the frightening new detail Thursday, saying ... "Just minutes before the public livestream incident, Perez's children, niece, and sister were inside the home."

They continue ... "When it became clear that Perez was experiencing a severe mental health crisis and harming himself, they immediately fled to protect the children from witnessing any further trauma."

Perez Hilton feared he was going to die just months before his latest health crisis ... he says a bout with sepsis left his body breaking down, to the point where he thought he might not survive.

Perez opened up about his health struggles during a July 14 taping of "Hang Out With Sean Hannity" ... recounting the terrifying 21-day hospital stay he endured earlier this year.

Perez says doctors initially couldn't find a perforation ... and then everything started going haywire ... he had fluid in his lungs, atrial fibrillation and heart issues.
