Chicago Cubs superfan Jim Belushi says he was crying and puking at the same time while watching his squad win the World Series ... saying he still can't really believe it happened.

"I'm in post stress ... traumatic stress right now," Belushi said.

"When that ball hit Ross on that wild pitch, I though the goat came out into the stadium ... and then someone went out and slit the goat's throat!"

Chicago Cubs Fan KNOCKED THE HELL OUT in W.S. Street Fight (UPDATE)

8:55 AM PT -- TMZ Sports has learned the victim was 36-year-old Alan Anderson, and he was transported to a hospital in stable condition. He suffered a cut to his mouth and a head injury.

Anderson regained consciousness and told police and paramedics he'd been in an argument that got physical. He told police he did not want to file a report and even refused medical treatment, initially.

Here's the best part -- we asked Alan how he's doing this morning. His response -- "My head hurts." But he says he's gonna be fine ... "I survived an assault just like my Cubs survived being down 3-1."

Of course he added, "Go Cubs go!"

The biggest hit at the World Series came AFTER the game -- when an Indians fan KO'd a Cubs fan right outside the stadium ... and the whole thing was caught on video.

The two men had been arguing in the street outside Progressive Field in Cleveland when the Indians fan -- in a "Cleveland Against the World" shirt -- threw a haymaker right hook ... knocking the Cubs guy out cold.

The man who shot the video told us cops and paramedics responded, and he also told us exactly what started the fight.

The Chicago Cubs fan who was knocked out cold after the World Series was running his mouth to an Indians fan -- and even DARED the Cleveland guy to punch him ... so says the man who shot the video.

We spoke with Chris Vallimont ... who says he pulled out his phone and started to record after he saw the two men cussing at each other right outside Progressive Field.

"The Cubs fan said, 'You guys just blew a 3-1 lead, f**k you.'"

The Indians fan shot back, "Fight me, p****."

The Cubs fan replied, "Hit me now, I dare you."

The Indians fan accepted the challenge and blasted the Cubs fan in the face -- and then immediately fled from the scene while the Cubs fan laid on the ground unconscious ... so says Vallimont.

"He probably didn't move for about 12 minutes."

Cops and emergency personnel rushed to the scene and the Cubs fan was hospitalized.

The Indians fan has still not been identified -- but cops are investigating.

Charlie Sheen had a golden ticket -- an invitation to get on the mound for Game 7 of the World Series -- but a fan says MLB rejected his request to bring the actor on the field..

The fan, Daniel Eleff, tells TMZ ... he won a Starwood Hotels contest and got 2 tickets to Wednesday's Cubs-Indians showdown. He'll also be throwing a ceremonial pitch. Daniel says he wanted to use the ol' "Get me Vaughn" from "Major League" ... and have Charlie run out on the field.

But watch what happened when MLB honchos got wind of that -- Daniel told us how quickly his plans changed. We reached out to MLB, but so far no word back.

If nothing else, Indians fans can rest assured ... Ricky will be in the stadium.

Andre Dawson Cubs Were Built To Win Game 7 ... 'I'm All In On Chicago'

The Chicago Cubs are hours away from Game 7 of the World Series ... and Hall of Famer Andre Dawson is confident the Cubs will come away with the win ... despite facing Indians star Corey Kluber.

TMZ Sports spoke with the Hawk about the big game in Cleveland ... and he says the Cubs can take advantage of seeing the ace pitcher for a third time.

"They've seen Kluber twice now, so they'll have an idea of what adjustments they'll need to make." Dawson says. "He's a great pitcher and he's gonna be on top of his game."

"This team was built to win games like this and they've had a tremendous year. This would be a great way to cap off the season."

As for what a championship would mean to Cubs fans, Dawson says it's "indescribable."

"It would be a celebration of epic proportions. These are the greatest fans I've ever come in contact with. There's no words to begin to describe the feeling."

Charlie Sheen, the most famous Cleveland Indian in moviedom, is about to be wheels-up for Game 7 of the World Series.

A source close to Sheen tells local business owners Tony Madalone of Fresh Brewed Tees and Bobby George of Corporate Management Group are doing what neither the team nor the league could ... get the 'Wild Thing' to the game. We're told Sheen's taking his private jet to Cleveland this afternoon, and he's got a full day of activities in the CLE ahead of him.

Our source tells us Sheen's been given tickets to the game, and his benefactors are hoping to get him a prime seat, just a few rows behind the Indians dugout. Translation: TV face time.

Madalone, a die hard Cleveland fan says, "There's no better way to rally everyone than to bring Wild Thing to Cleveland." George says the movie scene with Vaughn gives him chills. The two were connected to Sheen through music producer GT.

We're also told there are plans to have Charlie meet with some of the Cleveland Cavaliers -- since they've actually won a championship already.

Charlie's all set ... and by the looks of it, he's got the perfect bag packed for his trip to Believeland!

NY Mets Star Jeurys Familia Arrested For Domestic Violence

N.Y. Mets star pitcher Jeurys Familia was arrested for domestic violence early Monday morning in New Jersey ... TMZ Sports has confirmed.

Familia -- an All-Star pitcher -- was arrested by the Fort Lee police department ... after they responded Monday morning at 2:22 AM to a call for "a dispute."

According to the complaint ... cops observed visible injuries to the alleged victim, including "a scratch to the chest and bruise to the right cheek."

Familia was arrested and charged with simple assault. His bail was set at $1,500.

The Mets released the following statement, saying, "The matter was brought to our attention and we are monitoring the situation."

We reached out to Familia's rep ... but so far, no word back.

FYI -- Familia appeared in an anti-domestic violence PSA earlier this month.

Ex-Indians Star Nick Swisher 'Good for Baseball If Cubbies Win'

He won't say he's "rooting" for the Cubs -- but ex-Cleveland Indians player Nick Swisher is clearly pulling for Chicago to win Tuesday night ... claiming it's simply better for baseball if the Cubbies win.

Swisher is from Ohio, played for the Indians from 2013 to 2015 and says he still has a bunch of close friends on the team ... but when we saw Nick at LAX Tuesday morning, he explained why he's not Team Cleveland.

The bad news for Chicago -- Nick says he's been talking to some of the Cleveland players and they're feeling pretty great.

Game 6 is tonight at 5 PM PT.

There's at least one Cubs fan who is still holding out hope the team isn't cursed forever ... Bob Odenkirk ... who says the mystical "Billy Goat Curse" that hung over the franchise is long dead.
