Scottish star Billy Connolly was in his mid 50s when he played Il Duce -- the legendary Irish hitman -- in the 1999 action/thriller film "The Boondock Saints."

Connolly shared the big screen with Norman Reedus, Willem Dafoe and Sean Patrick Flanery.

Veteran political strategist James Carville stopped by "TMZ Live" Monday after his controversial 12-minute takedown of Donald Trump over the weekend ... and he told us, he doesn't regret a thing.

ICYMI ... in a video for Politicon posted Saturday, Carville went on a rant, calling Trump a "fat f***," and he proudly proclaimed he's afflicted with "Trump Derangement Syndrome" -- an illness he said doesn't need a cure.

"I don't want to get better. I want to get worse," Carville said in the tirade. "I want to hate him more."

It’s a short clip, so the full context isn’t crystal clear ... but it looks like TC was reflecting on his career path when he casually slipped in the comment -- and seven years later, he’s basically doubled down, sparking fresh backlash.

Jennifer Runyon Corman -- an actress known for her roles in "Ghostbusters" and "Charles in Charge" -- had been battling cancer for months prior to her passing on March 6.

A representative told Us Weekly, the 65-year-old actress "passed away after a 6-month battle with cancer."

They added, "She felt loved and blessed by her family and friends. She was beloved by countless people and will be missed."

Now, this is heavy! Michael J. Fox posted a pic with his beloved "Back to the Future" costar, Christopher Lloyd, sharing a reunion more than 40 years in the making.

That's right ... it's been more than 40 years since Doc Brown sent Marty McFly back in time at 88 mph, and the two are still great friends.

Fox wrote, "Dining with my bestie at the beach. Next year BTTF is 41. Great Scott. Chris will be 8️⃣8️⃣. That’s some serious s**t."

Jennifer Runyon -- the actress known for her roles in "Ghostbusters and "Charles in Charge" -- has died.

Her family shared the news in a Facebook post, writing, "This past Friday night our beloved Jennifer passed away. It was a long and arduous journey that ended with her surrounded by her family."

They added she will "always be remembered for her love of life and her devotion to her family and friends," ending the tribute with, "Rest in peace our Jenn."

Ben Stiller is ripping the White House for using a clip from "Tropic Thunder" in a social media post promoting America's war capabilities.

The "Tropic Thunder" director and star quote-tweeted a video mashup from the White House's official X account and told them to remove a brief clip from his satirical comedy.

The brief "Tropic Thunder" reference is a clip of Tom Cruise's character dancing. A bunch of other blockbusters and video games are featured in the mashup.

Britney Spears has some hurdles in front of her after her recent DUI arrest ... but at least her biopic won't be impacted.

A source with direct knowledge tells TMZ ... the biopic based on her best-selling memoir "The Woman In Me" is still in development ... so the arrest won't affect the project.

Michael Bay is suing two women who he claims caused a bunch of damage to his Bel Air estate in a hit-and-run.

According to new legal docs obtained by TMZ, the famous director is suing Angelica Silver and Shayra LaFuente, who he claims were responsible for the 2016 Cadillac ATS crashing through his Bel Air property. We’re told Michael wasn’t home or even in the state at the time of the crash.

Bay says he thinks Shayra was driving under the influence at an excess and unsafe speed when the car drove over the curb in front of his property and caused a bunch of damage. Angelica is responsible for permitting Shayra to drive in her condition.

Hindsight is 20/20 for Terrence Howard -- 'cause he's looking back at the time he lost out on a massive Marvel payday ... because he threatened to knock the teeth out of a big-time producer.

Howard dished all on the “PBD Podcast," saying the drama started during the promo run for the film "The Brave One," when he confronted producer Joel Silver over why his name wasn’t billed above the title alongside Jodie Foster. Joel told him it was because TH had a supporting role ... an explanation Terrence says he understood, but he still reacted aggressively.

According to Howard, his temper flared, and he warned Silver that if he ever spoke to him like that again, he’d knock his teeth out. Yikes.

Zendaya is seemingly having the time of her life amid a claim by her stylist she and Tom Holland secretly got hitched.

Check out this photo of the actress with a huge smile on her face as she poses for a pic with a fan. The image surfaced on Reddit hours ago, but it was supposedly snapped a few days earlier in the California's San Francisco Bay Area. 

There's no other information given ... but if the timing is correct, the pic was shot around Sunday when Zendaya's longtime stylist, Law Roach, spilled to "Access Hollywood" at the Actors Awards that we all missed the wedding. Roach was referring to Zendaya tying the knot with fiancé Holland.
