The man who allegedly shot New York Jets cornerback Kris Boyd outside of a restaurant in November 2025 was indicted on several charges -- including attempted murder -- on Wednesday ... as the NFL player continues to deal with complications from the injuries he sustained.

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin L. Bragg, Jr., announced on Wednesday that 20-year-old Frederick Green was charged in the New York State Supreme Court on one count of attempted murder in the second degree, one count of assault in the first degree, and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree.

"As alleged, Frederick Green fired two shots outside of a restaurant in Midtown Manhattan, nearly turning a physical altercation into a fatal one," Bragg said.

Lakers boss Jeanie Buss has reportedly been quietly losing patience with LeBron James … and the spark? Gratitude -- or, the lack of it.

Buss was privately fuming behind the scenes after the team drafted Bronny James with the 55th pick in 2024 ... because King James didn’t exactly show his appreciation, according to an ESPN report on how family infighting drove the $10 billion sale of the iconic franchise.

A pedestrian was critically injured when he was absolutely plowed by a police cruiser while walking in a crosswalk in the Los Angeles area this weekend ... and the moment was all caught on video.

Check out the footage -- the man is in the crosswalk as the traffic light appears to have changed ... with other cars already rolling by ... he's nearly to the sidewalk when he looks up and starts to trot -- and then he's blasted by a fast-moving Montebello Police Department patrol SUV.

The impact sends the victim flying through the air as he lands yards away ... while the patrol car veers and smashes into the traffic light pole. The dazed officer inside takes a few moments to collect himself before jumping out and running over to the injured man ... other cars stop and one driver gets out to render aid.

Jimmy "Whyte Folkz" McMahan was committed to turning over a new leaf ... before his sudden death in a motorcycle accident at the age of 50 Monday.

McMahan's manager Kentucky Boy tells TMZ ... the late influencer had just gotten out of jail and was excited about working on sobriety in the weeks prior to the fatal crash.

Kentucky Boy said he'd spoken to McMahan not long before the accident ... and the social media star was apparently in good spirits, despite having gone through a recent hospital stay.

Concerns for the safety of public officials are at an all-time high following an attack in Indiana ... a judge and his wife were both shot at their home Sunday, and the shooter remains at large.

According to the Lafayette Police Dept., Judge Steven Meyer and his wife, Kimberly, were shot by an unknown assailant Sunday at about 2:15 PM in their Lafayette, Indiana home. The details are chilling ... WBBM-TV reports someone knocked on the door of the couple's house and claimed to have found their dog. Before the couple even opened the door, bullets blasted through.

The judge reportedly was shot in his arm, while Kimberly had sustained an injury to her hip. Police said shell casings were found at the scene.

Don Lemon is apparently in the DOJ's crosshairs after he was covering a group of ICE protesters who interrupted a church service in Minnesota's Twin Cities ... and at least one parishioner wants them all charged.

Here's the deal ... The former CNN host -- now an independent journalist -- live-streamed from Cities Church in St. Paul, MN, where a bunch of demonstrators interrupted the Sunday service to protest the presence of Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents in the state. One of the pastors is allegedly an ICE official.

Cities Church parishioner Caleb Phillips tells TMZ … the protesters rocked the church and scared the hell out of a lot of good people … but ultimately, they accomplished nothing.

The St. Paul Police Dept. has opened an investigation after anti-ICE protesters crashed a church service ... and Don Lemon may be ensnared.

St. Paul police tell TMZ … the department is actively working the Sunday incident as a disorderly conduct investigation.

Due to the open case, police declined all other questions ... including whether Lemon was exempt from the investigation.

Chaos in small town India ... a killer elephant is still on the loose following a terrifying rampage, leaving 22 people dead in just 10 days -- including an expert who was called in to stop it.

The elephant went rogue in Chaibasa, a district in India’s Jharkhand state ... began attacking villages on New Year’s Day. A couple and their two children were trampled to death as they slept in Babaria village in the following days, and the number of victims has steadily risen. Check out the video above ... the animal is terrifying as it overtakes people trying to flee on foot.

Donald Trump is blaming the country of Norway for not awarding him a Nobel Peace Prize ... and he's using that as a reason to escalate his threats to take over Greenland -- from Denmark -- all displayed in a letter from Trump to Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre.

Støre sent a text message Sunday to Trump on behalf of both himself and Finnish Prime Minister Alexander Stubb, asking if they could set up a meeting to discuss several hot-topic issues -- particularly Trump's ongoing threats to invade Greenland, The Independent reports.

Trump responded and accused Norway of snubbing him for last year's Nobel Peace Prize, which went to Maria Corina Machado. But the government of Norway is not involved with the Norwegian Nobel Committee's decisions about awarding the prizes, as Støre pointed out.

Trump said in his reply he no longer has an "obligation to think purely of Peace" -- an ironic statement coming from someone obsessed with getting the Peace Prize. Trump frequently claims he's stopped 8 wars.

Trump said in his message Denmark can't protect Greenland from Russia and China -- though there's no indication either country has designs on the world's largest island. Trump says the United States has done more for NATO than any other country -- so therefore the alliance should force Denmark to surrender Greenland to the U.S.

Trump has said the U.S. needs Greenland for national security purposes.

At least 39 people were killed and around 150 were injured when two high-speed trains collided in southern Spain on Sunday.

A train traveling from Málaga to Madrid derailed near Adamuz, located about 227 miles south of Madrid, and crossed over to another track, crashing into a train en route from Madrid to Huelva, ABC News reports.

The exact cause of the derailment was not immediately released to the public.

Three shark attacks have rocked Sydney, Australia, in a 24-hour period ... leaving one boy fighting for his life after losing both his legs to the jaws of one of the ocean predators, and a man in critical condition after his leg was bitten in the water.

The boy was attacked after jumping off a rock ledge into the ocean near Sydney Sunday ... after the 12-year-old boy was bitten, some of his friends jumped in after him and swam him back to shore.

Then on Monday, an 11-year-old surfer narrowly missed serious injury when a shark took a giant bite out of his surfboard.

But later Monday, a surfer in his 20s was critically injured when a shark bit one of his legs, News Corp Australia reports. Rescuers performed first-aid on the beach before he was hospitalized.

Filmmaker Roger Allers -- perhaps best known for co-directing Walt Disney Feature Animation's "The Lion King" -- has died.

Film producer Dave Bossert confirmed the death on Facebook, writing, "I am deeply saddened by the news that our friend Roger Allers has passed on to his next journey. We were just trading emails this past week while he was traveling in Egypt, which makes this loss feel all the more unreal."

Bossert worked with Allers on many films through the '80s and '90s and described Allers as "one of the kindest people you could hope to know and work alongside."
