5:52 PM PT -- Sonja Morgan is explaining why she left a restaurant in Florida in an ambulance.

The 'RHONY' star tells PEOPLE in a statement ... "An elderly patron at the restaurant I was dining at appeared to be in distress, and I called for medical assistance. While assisting during the commotion, I sustained some minor injuries and, out of an abundance of caution, accompanied the EMTs to be checked out."

Sonja's statement continued ... "I'm incredibly grateful to the first responders for their swift care and professionalism."

She is also responding to our report that she was given a trespass warning from police ... telling the outlet, "I didn't want to leave. I insisted on making sure she was cared for."

1:10 PM PT -- Sonja Morgan was given a trespass warning last night, according to documents TMZ obtained from the Palm Beach Police Dept. She refused to sign the warning, the doc shows.

Sonja Morgan took an unexpected ride to the hospital last night ... and we have footage of her about to be whisked away.

Check it out ... our video shows "The Real Housewives of New York City" alum seemingly upset while loudly speaking to responding officers at Echo in Palm Beach, Florida, Thursday evening.

Sources tell us she chatted with Palm Beach police officers and restaurant staff for about 15 minutes before she hopped on the stretcher and was loaded into the back of an ambulance.

Tory Lanez is on the mend and feeling much better after getting stabbed 14 times in a California state prison, TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... the rapper was transferred back to the prison hospital within the last few days after getting treatment at a medical facility in the Bakersfield, CA area.

We're told Tory's condition has "stabilized," and he's now breathing on his own and able to talk. Prison officials say Tory is currently in fair condition.

The tough-to-watch scene unfolded in the ninth inning of the Pinstripes' 11-5 victory over the Mariners in Seattle ... when Cabrera was racing to score on an Aaron Judge sacrifice fly.

In an effort to avoid the tag at home, Cabrera moved suddenly, but his left ankle didn't quite catch up with the rest of his body ... and it appeared to snap right on the field.

It all went down on "Fox News @ Night" Thursday when guest Camryn Kinsey was mid-rant about Trump vs. Biden and Harris -- she started stuttering, her eyes rolled back, and then she literally toppled off her chair sideways, with an audible slap as she hit the floor.

It all happened in a flash, and Hunt sat there stunned ... and then, outrageously, just tried to carry on like nothing happened.

A janitor in Russia was swept off his feet by a speeding car ... 'cause he got flipped while jaywalking across a wide avenue -- smashing in the windshield in a dramatic video.

The clip comes from Sayansk -- a small town in the Irkutsk Oblast region of Russia -- Tuesday, when a man briskly walked across the busy road, right in front of oncoming traffic.

3:21 PM PT -- A spokesperson for Rondell Sheridan tells TMZ ... "Thanks to all of the friends and fans who have responded so generously to Rodnell’s situation. He is extremely humbled by the love an support everyone has shown him during this difficult time. Diagnosed in early April with severe pancreatitis, Rondell is resting comfortably and is under the care of a fantastic team of doctors who have said that with time, he should make a full recovery.

In response to some online fans who have remarked that they worried this might be drug or alcohol related, this could not be farther from the truth as Rondell shies away from drugs and alcohol."

Rondell Sheridan has been in the hospital for multiple weeks ... ending up in a bed because of pancreatitis -- and, now he's asking his fans for help.

The former Disney Channel star -- best known for his work on the show "That's So Raven" -- shared an update on his health on social media Tuesday ... explaining he was out on the road in April and needed to go to the hospital.

Sheridan says doctors initially thought it was gastric ... so, they let him go -- but, he was back in the hospital days later, and this time docs diagnosed him with pancreatitis.

The 20-year-old former college athlete told TribLive he has not watched the footage of his 21-foot plummet from the Clemente Wall after celebrating an Andrew McCutchen hit on April 30 ... but all things considered, he's doing "all right."
