Kim Kardashian is refusing to let her recent foot injury keep her from rocking stylish footwear ... even if she only gets to wear one shoe.

Check it out ... the SKIMS founder gave fans a small update on her recovery journey, posting to her Instagram Stories a photo of her foot still encased in an orthopedic boot.

However, you'll notice Kim didn't ditch the heels amid her recovery ... as she rocked a single suede-heeled boot that matched her all-black ensemble.

Kelsey Grammer wasn’t letting a foot injury slow him down -- he was cruising around London on a scooter like it was no big deal!

The "Frasier" star was all smiles despite rocking a cast on his leg, showing no signs of slowing down as he made his way through the crowds with the help of his trusty transportation Saturday.

Kelsey had one knee on the scooter for balance, and it looks like he probably knew he'd warm up after picking up some speed ... 'cause apart from a sweater and some jeans, the guy wasn't doing a whole lot to bundle up in the chilly British city.

Harvey Weinstein is back at Bellevue Hospital in New York City after getting some alarming results from a recent blood test ... TMZ has learned.

Weinstein's attorney, Imran H. Ansari, tells TMZ ... the blood test, taken at Rikers Island, was related to Weinstein's leukemia diagnosis, and while the results are concerning, his condition is treatable.

It's the latest health issue for Weinstein -- his attorney says he's "been suffering from a lack of adequate medical care and enduring deplorable and inhumane conditions on Rikers Island."
