Before cops slapped Drake Von in handcuffs following his DUI crash, the adult film star insisted he hadn't been drinking or using any substances behind the wheel ... and the exchange was all captured on police body camera footage obtained by TMZ.

The video shows Las Vegas Metro officers questioning Drake in an emergency room waiting area after Saturday's crash.

During the conversation, Drake tells officers he had not consumed alcohol or any substances before driving. He says he recently purchased the Tesla and explains the last time he drank was about a week earlier at a party, where he had wine.

Big Tigger landed in legal trouble after authorities arrested him on battery and cruelty to children charges ... and now we're learning it's all stemming from an alleged altercation with his wife.

According to documents, the incident traces back to a dispute in May between Tigger and his wife, Alicia Brown, at their Sandy Springs home.

Brown told investigators the argument erupted over text messages Tigger allegedly exchanged with a female co-worker over several weeks ... according to local outlet WSB-TV.

We broke the story ... the radio host was taken into custody Saturday and later released after posting a $10,000 bond.

Big Tigger was arrested for battery and 3rd degree cruelty to children on Saturday ... TMZ has learned.

According to police records, the longtime radio personality and former host of BET's iconic "Rap City" was booked into the Fulton County Jail Saturday morning, but bonded out later in the day.

Officials with the jail tell us Big Tigger -- legal name Darian Morgan -- was released after posting surety bonds totaling $10,000 ... including a $9,000 bond tied to the aggravated battery charge and a $1,000 bond related to the cruelty-to-children charge.

Geno Smith is surrounded by loose lips ... a woman claiming to be romantically involved with the NFL quarterback is sharing alleged screenshots of private text exchanges she says involve one of his baby mamas.

The purported messages began making the rounds online Monday, with a woman named Kristen insisting she wasn't "some random" person in Geno's life and suggesting their relationship was more serious than critics believed.

Among the screenshots ... alleged communications between Kristen and Geno's baby mama, Kennedy. Kristen is the name of the woman who got cops called on Geno over the weekend in Florida.

In a series of posts, the woman appeared to defend herself against online backlash while sharing what she claimed were conversations connected to Geno's personal life. The screenshots quickly sparked debate across social media, with fans attempting to piece together the timeline and authenticity of the messages.

Drake Von's DUI case is getting a lot more gas behind it ... 'cause police say they found multiple nitrous oxide tanks inside his car after a scary crash in Las Vegas.

According to a police report, obtained by TMZ, officers found nitrous oxide tanks -- 13 in total -- as well as balloons and rubber bands inside the porn star's Tesla after a crash over the weekend.

The report says the wreck sent everyone involved to the hospital before police arrived. A witness told officers the Tesla pulled out from a Sonic parking lot and collided with a red Kia Soul ... and cops say a Sonic employee added that Drake appeared to be slumped over the wheel and looked intoxicated.

The family of the doodle Jameson, who was shot to death by an LAPD officer last Saturday, has torn the "reckless" officer apart after bodycam footage showed them shooting the pup multiple times ... even after he was down.

Jameson's owners, Marie Marseille and Jeremiah Garcia, called the incident "unnecessary and profoundly dangerous" via their attorney, Brett Greenfield ... and questioned the judgement of the officer in a statement to TMZ.

They slammed ... "Throughout the encounter, the officer repeatedly used profanity, focused on the dog’s size, and displayed an aggressive attitude during what was supposed to be a welfare check."

Karmelo Anthony can be heard wailing to police as he's detained for stabbing Austin Metcalf at their 2025 high school track meet in Frisco, Texas ... and it's all on video in newly released bodycam footage.

Check out the emotional clip -- Karmelo is crying out to police that Austin touched him after he warned him not to ... seemingly trying to justify the stabbing. As you know, Karmelo used a self-defense claim during his murder trial, alleging that he had to protect himself because Austin made physical contact with him first.

The bodycam video goes on to show that Karmelo calmed down and was being compliant with Frisco police officers as they searched his person during his initial detainment. He also confirmed he's not an "alleged suspect" ... straight out admitting, "I did it."

7:11 PM PT -- Mayor Karen Bass released the following statement after the footage dropped ... “What I saw on the bodycam footage is disturbing and tragic. The Chief and I agreed that it was important to release the bodycam footage swiftly. While the investigation is ongoing, I am very concerned about why shots were fired and Jameson was killed. This shooting makes clear that while LAPD provides officers with written guidance on the use of force and pets, this is not enough."

She added ... “I have directed the Police Commission President and the Chief to examine the Department's Use of Force policy on Dog Encounters to determine best practices from around the country, and use this opportunity to update the LAPD's overall tactics, policies, and training related to the use of lethal force to increase safety for everyone – officers, Angelenos and their pets.”

An officer fired not once, but four times, in the controversial fatal shooting of the Canoga Park dog, Jameson, on Saturday.

The LAPD just released the bodycam footage from the officer who killed Marie Marseille's golden retriever, Saint Bernard, and poodle mix ... and it's difficult to watch.

When officers first approach Marie's apartment, she cracks the door ... and Jameson pokes his head out and barks.

The family of the doodle shot and killed by the Los Angeles Police Department during a New York Knicks celebration says they will sue if the LAPD doesn't admit to their wrongdoing ... TMZ has learned.

The dog's family tells TMZ his owner, Marie Marseille, has hired an attorney as an investigation is underway over the shocking shooting of the beloved 2-year-old poodle mix named Jameson on Saturday ... and she's ready to put up a fight against the LAPD so Jameson gets justice.

The attorney, Brett Greenfield, tells TMZ ... "If the LAPD does not address this appropriately relating to the officer and my client, I will be filing a lawsuit. We play to win, it's just that simple. We are not happy about this."

Elena Katherine Moore -- a personal trainer in South Carolina who had been missing since last Thursday -- is confirmed to be dead, authorities announced Friday.

According to Lexington officials ... the body found on Wednesday had been officially identified as Moore. An autopsy is scheduled for Saturday ... and authorities anticipate a cause and manner of death to be released on Monday.

Police said Wednesday ... the clothing on the body matched what Moore was wearing when she went missing ... but the coroner would need to identify if it was her.

The Mississippi man who got into it with a dad over bringing his two girls into a women's bathroom may have lost his job ... but he's not going to be arrested or cited by the police, TMZ has learned.

In fact, everyone involved in the heated incident this week at a QuikTrip in Alabama is NOT in trouble with the law, according to police in Pell City.

They say they were outside the condo building, shouting up and trying to get the family's attention ... fearing the worst might be happening -- especially since they say they are a domestic violence survivor.

Los Angeles' top cop is speaking out after outrage erupted over the fatal police shooting of a dog in Canoga Park ... with Chief Jim McDonnell promising a "full and comprehensive review."

In a newly released statement, McDonnell stressed there's "no incident more serious" than when an officer fires a service weapon ... adding, "The loss of a pet is deeply personal."

The chief said the probe will take time to ensure fairness, transparency and accountability, while adding that officers face unknown dangers daily but are still expected to exercise sound judgment, restraint and respect for life whenever possible.

Karen Bass isn't letting the LAPD off the hook for killing a cute, fluffy dog last during a Knicks NBA Finals celebration.

The Los Angeles mayor has ordered a probe into the LAPD officers who shot to death Jameson -- a mixed golden retriever, Saint Bernard and poodle -- after police responded to Saturday's distress call of a woman screaming at an apartment complex, the California Post reports. 

In a statement to the outlet, Bass said ... "Every life lost to violence is a tragedy, and we know that the devastating loss of Jameson will be felt by his family forever."

Ms. Juicy was frightened after police told her she was going to be arrested and taken to jail ... and her emotional reaction is all on video.

In the police bodycam footage from the "Little Woman: Atlanta" star's April 18 arrest in Winder, Georgia, she chats with the cops who pulled her over ... and when they tell her she's being placed under arrest, she replies ... "I'm going to jail? Woo."

Ms. Juicy -- whose real name is Shirlene King-Pearson -- was booked on charges of driving on a suspended license and no proof of insurance. 

During her chat with cops, Ms. Juicy told officers she was upset because she believed the issues with her license had been previously resolved in court. 

"90 Day Fiancé" star Thais Ramone's domestic battery arrest is now coming into sharper focus ... because TMZ has obtained police body cam footage from the incident involving her estranged husband, Patrick Mendes.

The police video, obtained by TMZ, captures officers responding to Patrick's Nevada home on May 22 after he reported an alleged domestic violence incident involving Thais.

According to the police report, which TMZ previously obtained, Patrick told officers Thais slapped him in the face during a heated argument just days after he served her with divorce papers. In the footage, Patrick claims he went to Thais' home so their child could say goodbye before Thais departed for Brazil.
