Kash Patel is reportedly pulling out all the stops to find out who spilled the beans about his alleged drinking habits.
Two people familiar with the matter tell MS NOW the FBI has launched a criminal leak investigation over the unflattering article in The Atlantic about Kash's alleged drinking.
MS NOW's sources say the Bureau is reportedly trying to find out who leaked info to the reporter by calling in an insider-threats unit based in Huntsville, Alabama. The sources explain this is unusual ... because insider=threat investigations are typically about classified info that's been leaked
It's usually government officials -- not reporters -- who are the ones being investigated, often for disclosing state secrets or classified documents ... and any journalists who publish sensitive info are often only considered witnesses.
'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star NeNe Leakes was hesitant to talk about her experience with President Trump on "The Celebrity Apprentice" in a recent interview -- but she did reveal she did not vote for him.
NeNe sat down for an interview with Vulture and spilled about Trump, where she stands with Bravo and Andy Cohen, and her thoughts on the current state of 'RHOA.'
When asked about Trump -- with whom she worked on the NBC reality show in 2011 -- NeNe said, "Girl, I don't need to be talking about Trump."
Donald Trump is using Ted Turner's death to bash CNN ... saying the late media mogul lost the network in his company's merger with Time Warner, and the new owners ruined it.
POTUS took to Truth Social shortly after Turner's death to highlight the businessman -- calling him one of the greatest to ever do it.
However, Trump laments what he thinks CNN has become in recent years ... claiming Time Warner's ownership of the network "destroyed it" by turning it totally "woke."
Barack Obama's insisting the USA doesn't have little green men or alien spaceships locked up in an underground bunker somewhere ... but, if they ever visit Earth, he's volunteering to lead the welcoming committee.
The former POTUS once again addressed his recent comments about aliens -- when he said "They’re real, but I haven't seen them" on a podcast in February ... doubling down by telling Stephen Colbert he thought it was clear he just meant the universe is infinite, and it's likely we're not the only life in it.
Colbert cracks jokes about the former Prez knowing more than he's letting on -- comparing the Obama Presidential Center in Chicago to an alien craft -- before Obama says he needs to plug a potential future collaboration.
Seven candidates for California governor duked it out onstage during Tuesday night's debate -- and two of them got into a heated argument over immigration, with one admitting he was an Oath Keeper!
Former Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa got into a fiery back-and-forth with Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco while discussing undocumented immigrants committing crimes in California.
Villaraigosa, a Democrat, said if an undocumented immigrant killed someone, they should be incarcerated. But Bianco, a Republican, said it's already too late at that point, meaning the crime has already been committed.
As they talked over each other, Villaraigosa called Bianco a "bully" and an "Oath Keeper." Bianco responded that he's "very proud" of his affiliation with the group, but later claimed he's no longer a part of it. Check out the clip. It gets pretty ugly.
The local sheriff's office tasked with investigating theNancy Guthrie abduction is firing back at Kash Patel after the FBI director ripped them for their handling of the case.
Patel went on the "Hang Out with Sean Hannity" podcast and claimed Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos benched the FBI for the first four days of the investigation. Patel also took issue with Nanos sending critical evidence to a lab in Florida instead of the FBI lab in Quantico.
In response, the Pima County Sheriff’s Office tells TMZ … "Sheriff Nanos responded to the scene the night of the incident, providing immediate local leadership and oversight. A member of the FBI Task Force was also notified and present at that scene, working alongside our personnel. The FBI was promptly notified by both our department and the Guthrie family. While the FBI Director was not on scene, coordination with the Bureau began without delay."
The House of Representatives has used $300K of taxpayer dollars as hush money in sexual harassment allegations against former members ... newly released documents show.
Representative Nancy Mace subpoenaed the Office of Congressional Workplace Rights to hand over settlement documents ... which she says show six former members of the House of Representatives had their cases settled on taxpayers' dimes.
The Republican Congresswoman from South Carolina name-dropped them on X Monday -- along with how much their settlements allegedly cost -- writing ... "You, the American people, paid for this. Taxpayer dollars were used to silence victims of sexual harassment by Members of Congress. We said we would get you names."
This comes as part of Mace's push for more accountability of sexual misconduct cases in Congress.
According to settlement contracts reviewedby CNN ... the offices of the accused congressmen -- yes, all men -- don't actually cop to any of the allegations.
Instead, they say they're settling "to avoid the inconvenience of protracted litigation and the expense to the parties and the taxpayers of such litigation" ... at least according to one settlement CNN reviewed.
Thanks to policy changes, members haven't been able to use taxpayer dollars for settlements since 2018 ... and the House Oversight Committee said in a recent statement that they haven't "been notified of any awards or settlements relating to allegations of sexual harassment by a member" after that.
Three of the reps Mace name-dropped -- John Conyers, Blake Farenthold and Carolyn McCarthy -- are dead.
Kash Patelis putting a local sheriff's office on blast -- and he's not sugarcoating it.
During a fiery sit-down on "Hang Out with Sean Hannity" released today, the FBI director went off over how the Nancy Guthriecase has been handled ... zeroing-in on the Pima County Sheriff's Department for keeping the FBI on the sidelines when it mattered most.
Check it out ... Patel says the FBI was locked out for four full days -- a delay he made clear is a huge deal in a missing-persons investigation.
David Letterman is unloading in a new print interview -- torching his former CBS bosses as "lying weasels" for their ongoing claim "The Late Show With Stephen Colbert" is ending over financial reasons.
The OG late-night TV king says this was never about money ... it was a bigger play tied to the network's parent company deal with Skydance Media -- alleging execs basically treated Stephen and his show like an add-on perk to sweeten the sale.
As he puts it, their thinking sounded like: "There's not going to be any trouble with that guy, we're going to take care of the show. We're just going to throw that into the deal. When will the ink on the check dry..."
So much for aiming high -- President Donald Trump just sent a little kid’s volleyball hopes straight into the net ... and it all played out inside the Oval Office!
Take a look ... the girl tells him she plays volleyball and might try soccer this summer -- but Trump doesn't miss a beat ... immediately sizing up her height, and basically wondering how she's clearing anything.
Trump's known for some seriously sharp jabs at grown women, but he dialed it down just enough to be kid-friendly ... but still hitting her with, "Can you get up high? Can you jump high?"
Cinco de Mayo got spicy between Republicans and Democrats ... and not in a margarita-on-the-rocks kinda way.
The official White House account on X fired the first shot Tuesday morning ... and it wasn't a tequila shot.
They came right out of the gates with a celebratory Cinco de Mayo message accompanied by an A.I.-generated image of two of the Democratic Party’s top dogs: Hakeem Jeffries, the highest-ranking Democrat in the House, and Chuck Schumer, who leads Democrats in the Senate.
Rick Harrison is schooling TMZ DC on how much items in the People's House is worth. We threw out some White House memorabilia, and got his take on how much it would fetch.
Rick was in town for a big meeting with Donald Trump and small business owners. He even spoke at Trump's news conference, and it's safe to say Mr. Harrison think Mr. Trump is gold.
Rick says a single dinner plate from the White House is worth between $5,000 and $6,000 ... while a pen Trump used to sign a bill this year would fetch a couple grand.
Barack Obamais making it clear he's not losing sleep over that racist A.I. video President Donald Trumpposted... but he is drawing a line when it comes to his family.
In a new interview with The New Yorker, Obama addressed the controversy sparked back in February when Trump shared an A.I.-generated clip on social media depicting the former prez and wife Michelle Obamaas apes -- imagery that ignited immediate backlash.
Jimmy Kimmel just can't bite his tongue when it comes to Donald Trump ... calling the world's most powerful man "Jabba The President" amid the 50th anniversary of "Star Wars."
The comedian once again came out swinging at Trump in his opening monologue on Monday's "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" ... and this time he zeroed-in on The Donald's figure.
Jimmy kicked things off by talking about the recent "Star Wars" celebration in Hollywood, with the film turning 50 next May. Kimmel then quickly pivoted to Trump, comparing him to the film's famous blob character, Jabba the Hutt.
Some good news for Rudy Giuliani ... he's back to breathing on his own after being on a ventilator.
Rudy's doctor hopped on Fox News and provided a positive health update for the former New York City mayor ... saying he's doing much better Monday after having a priest come to the hospital and anoint him.
As we reported on Sunday ... 81-year-old Rudy was rushed to a Florida hospital in critical condition ... suffering from a bout with pneumonia.

Alyssa says she and her husband, Justin Griffin, were by their son's side as he went under the knife ... and it sounds like the recovery is going well.
