"Love on the Spectrum" star James Jones is fired up over Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s autism comments -- and he's using his own story to shut down the BS and set the record straight.

In an IG clip, James said he was disheartened to hear the U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary's comments -- making it clear that autism is not a disease, it's simply a neurologically different way of thinking, and it doesn't affect a person's ability to be independent.

James shut down the narrative RFK Jr. seems to be pushing -- saying while he may have struggled with social skills growing up, he's now thriving. James has held a steady job for years, drives just fine, and even navigates romantic relationships like anyone else.

The home of a former "Below Deck" charter guest has been raided by federal agents ... TMZ has learned.

Anthony Drewitt-Barlow -- AKA Tony -- who appeared on one episode of the show four years ago -- had his home in the Tampa, Florida, area raided by Homeland Security agents earlier this week.

A spokesperson for Homeland Security Investigations Tampa tells TMZ … "Homeland Security Investigations Tampa did execute a federal search warrant at that location, as it is part of an ongoing investigation, we don’t have any additional information to release at this time."

According to the City and County of Denver Medical Examiner's report obtained by TMZ, Doug died from the combined toxic effects of fentanyl, methadone, and amphetamines, with recent cocaine use -- and his death has been ruled an accident.

The reality television star opened up about the ex-NBA player's unfaithfulness in an interview on "Call Her Daddy" released Wednesday ... specifically detailing when she tracked Lamar and some woman he was with to a motel in Downtown Los Angeles.

Kardashian -- who was married to Odom from 2009 to 2016 -- says she looked through the window when she got there and "saw in the window that him and this girl were ... they were either naked or she was in lingerie, something like that."

Mickey Rourke may have gotten booted off "Celebrity Big Brother" ...  but he's not going down without a fight, as he's exploring legal action against the show for allegedly withholding money he feels entitled to, TMZ has learned.

Kimberly Hines, Rourke's rep, tells TMZ ... Mickey's team is currently speaking with lawyers in the UK and are weighing a lawsuit against ITV, the company that produces the show.

Despite the price cut, KC is still walking away with a really nice profit ... as she first picked up the 28-acre property, with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, for just over $3 million following her 2020 split from her ex-husband, Jay Cutler.
