Check out the pics from her Wednesday Instagram Story post -- the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue cover girl showed off her toned derrière as she balanced on a floating obstacle course off the coast of Sardinia ... wearing brown bottoms with nothing to cover her top half.

Brooks looks like she's having one wet 'n wild time on the European getaway ... which includes her sisters Mary Holland Nader, Grace Ann Nader and Sarah Jane Nader, plus some friends.

We caught up with Amaya and Bryan separately in NYC -- just a day after filming the 12-hour Love Island reunion -- and while they kept it cute on spoilers, they did tease what fans can expect when the post-villa drama hits screens regarding their own relationship.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, a judge just threw out the claims Sara made against Diddy and the other defendants in her lawsuit. They were dismissed with prejudice, meaning they cannot be filed again, although one is still up in the air.

Among the claims dismissed ... racketeering, assault and battery, forced labor, sexual harassment and false imprisonment.

As for the one outstanding claim, the judge wrote the "determination of whether to dismiss, with or without prejudice, Count 15 (the Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act claim) ... is hereby stayed pending" a ruling from an appellate court.

Huge update in the T-Hood murder case down in Georgia -- cops have identified their top suspect ... and he is the son of "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" stars Kirk and Rasheeda Frost.

TMZ obtained the incident report from the rapper's slaying ... and the Gwinnett County Police Department says their primary murder suspect is Ky Lasheed Frost. T-Hood's mom also told TMZ ... the alleged killer is the son of Kirk and Rasheeda.
