Brandi Glanville says she finally has a diagnosis for why her face was suddenly disfigured ... and it sounds like a huge relief.

We got the former 'RHOBH' star in Sherman Oaks on Friday at the grand opening for goGLOW DJ'd by Klypso and our photog asked her about the face parasite that's been bothering her for a couple years.

Brandi says she finally got a medical diagnosis just yesterday, and when she called her mom to tell her the news, her mother started bawling.

"Below Deck" star Fraser Olender says he was rushed to a hospital after suffering a heart attack ... and he's blaming it on his vape.

The reality TV personality says there was something in his vape that gave him vape poisoning ... he says it caused the arteries supplying blood to his heart to suddenly clamp down. He says he suffered spasms, which reduced blood flow to his heart, and he suffered a heart attack.

Fraser says medical specialists in London told him his vape was the culprit after spending a week in a hospital for severe chest pains and difficulty breathing.

Chad Spodick -- a contestant on "Finding Prince Charming" who progressed pretty far during the show's one and only season -- has died.

A close friend to Chad tells TMZ ... the reality star died Wednesday. The cause of death was not shared.

Chad's family friend Kate Werbowski set up a GoFundMe to help out Chad's mother with funeral expenses and expenses related to his five pets ... and, on the page, she calls his death "sudden and heartbreaking" in the post.

Ray J says he was afraid when Princess Love's cousin and her husband pulled up to his house demanding to take his kids ... but, even though he held a gun, he says he never pointed it at anyone.

The singer tells TMZ ... he went to his private bedroom to tell the live stream he was on that nobody would take his kids while they were intoxicated -- as he's alleging Princess Love and co. were at the time.

He says he didn't like having two people -- not including Princess Love, who lives in her own house down the street -- being in his private space near his child ... calling them aggressive and belligerent. Ray J says the three were invited guests to prep Thanksgiving dinner, but he didn't love that the extended family were up in the bedroom area.

2:55 PM PT -- According to divorce papers, obtained by TMZ, Brennon is the one who filed, citing "discord or conflict of personalities" that "destroys the legitimate ends of the marriage relationship and prevents any reasonable expectation of reconciliation."

The papers were filed on November 5 and make no mention of a prenup and instead state Brennon believes they will enter into an agreement to divvy up the estate. This is notable because Alexa apparently comes from money. Fans will remember Alexa's dad, Adam, set high expectations for Brennon to uphold a commitment to his daughter's affluent lifestyle.

Kathy Hilton is breaking her silence about the terrifying moment her husband Rick Hilton grabbed a shotgun to confront three burglars who smashed their way into the couple's swanky Los Angeles home while she was away at BravoCon.

Speaking to "Extra," Kathy revealed the thieves broke a window while the family's security guard was down at the guest house. She says Rick heard the noise and didn't hesitate ... "He got a shotgun out" ... moments before the intruders broke down the master bedroom door.

Kathy says Rick confronted them head-on, yelling, "Get the f*** out of here. The police are on their way," before the security guard arrived and the burglars took off. KH added, Rick then fired the shotgun into the air from his office to scare off any potential return.

Professional dancer and reality television star Criscilla Anderson died following a seven-year battle with colon cancer.

Her death was announced on her Instagram account Tuesday, with a message Criscilla wrote before she died, letting her fans know she'd "slipped into the arms of Jesus."

She wrote she'd fought hard throughout her treatment for colon cancer and thanked her friends and family for their support.
