10:01 AM PT -- The medical examiner tells TMZ ... "As you all know an autopsy was conducted this morning on Mr. Urker. At this time, there is no definitive cause of death. The case remains pending completion of toxicology testing, and no further information regarding the cause of death will be available until those results are received and the investigation is complete."

Gypsy Rose Blanchard's ex-fiancé Ken Urker is now in the hands of a Louisiana coroner -- and TMZ has learned his autopsy is scheduled for today.

In fact, Urker's autopsy is slated for this morning at the Jefferson Parish Forensic Center in Harvey, Louisiana, according to Kayla Breaux, the Lafourche Parish Coroner.

Breaux tells us Urker died in Lafourche Parish ... but since her office doesn't have a pathologist, Ken's body will be examined by a forensic doctor in Jefferson Parish. Breaux also said standard toxicology tests will be performed on Urker.

Chris Harrison's new dating show is sparking a nasty back-and-forth between Fox Nation and Warner Bros. TV ... with Fox firing back after 'Bachelor' producers took issue with "The Vow."

Here's the deal ... Warner Bros. lawyers sent Fox Nation a cease-and-desist, claiming Chris' new show is trying to ride on the coattails of "The Bachelor" ... taking issue with some visuals in a new promo for "The Vow."

In their response, obtained by TMZ, Fox Nation says ... "While FOX Nation respects the intellectual property rights of others, you wrongly assume that Warner Bros. holds any rights whatsoever in a falling roses motif or in the words 'The Bachelor' when used colloquially to describe a single man.”

Trina Braxton announced that her husband, Von Scales, is dead.

A rep for the Braxton family tells TMZ, “It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Von Scales, beloved husband of Trina Braxton.”

They added, “The family appreciates your thoughts and prayers but is asking for privacy at this time as they navigate this unfortunate event.”

Sam Logan is being sued by a private chef for allegedly stiffing him after he prepared a bunch of meals ... but sources close to the "Siesta Key" alum tell TMZ the chef was never Sam's employee and was actually a friend Sam helped by letting him use his kitchen to cook for other clients.

We're told James Chang initially cooked two meals for Sam in early 2023 and was paid approximately $6K. Our sources say Chang later approached Sam because he needed a place to cook for his own clients and was struggling financially.

Our sources say Sam agreed to let Chang use his kitchen even when Sam wasn't home, and the arrangement continued for roughly eight months. We're told Chang occasionally offered to cook for Sam and his roommates in exchange for using the space.

Mary Cosby went back to work pretty soon after her son, Robert Cosby Jr., passed away ... and she's now revealing she had to compartmentalize her life to get through it.

"Wife Swap" star James Cuda passed away from "sudden cardiac death" inside a Pennsylvania sober house in August, according to a coroner. 

Luzerne County Coroner Dion Fernandes tells TMZ ... Cuda -- best known as Princess on "Wife Swap" -- also tested negative for drugs and alcohol, and he died of natural causes. 

As we first reported ... Cuda's body was found inside a sober home in Wilkes-Barre, PA, on August 30. 

Courtney Stodden is celebrating after Governor Gavin Newsom signed a bill banning child marriage in California ... and she's giving him a very personal nickname.

Newsom signed AB 1267 in his office Wednesday. The law bans child marriage in California by setting the minimum age for marriage and domestic partnerships at 18.

The governor called the legislation "a long overdue measure to protect young Californians and minors," adding ... "Today, California kids are safer than ever before."

'DWTS' pro Gleb Savchenko's ex-wife, Elena Samodanova, claims she only earned $3,846 last month before taxes ... and she says it's way less than she needs for her monthly expenses ... TMZ has learned.

According to new legal docs obtained by TMZ, Elena says that in the last 12 months, she's averaged $4,380 monthly income as an assistant studio manager at Phoenix Connect.

On top of her salary, Elena -- who is based in Hong Kong -- also reported an average monthly income of $1,873 from a rental property.

Meanwhile ... Elena lists her fiancé Vlad Kvartin's income as $3,500 a month ... and says that Gleb pays $2,273 in child support for their two children.

"Alaskan Bush People" star Gabriel Brown's wife, Raquell Brown, has filed for divorce after seven years of marriage.

Raquell filed the paperwork September 22, claiming their marriage is "irretrievably broken," according to court docs obtained by Us Weekly.

TMZ broke the story in July the couple had separated after seven years of marriage.

Farrah Abraham won't be chatting with fans online for at least a little while ... because she's undergone major jaw surgery -- and her mouth is wired shut.

In new court docs obtained by TMZ, Kyle calls out his estranged wife, Jillian Green, for her romance with Kroy. He claims she has been dishonest about her relationship for months.

Kyle claims that Jillian filed court docs in their divorce that are full of "untruths." He says he doesn't care that Jillian is dating Kroy ... but points out he has been accused of having unpredictable behavior ... which makes him want Kroy to stay away from their children. 

"90 Day Fiancé" star Shekinah Garner is calling it quits on her marriage to Sarper Güven ... filing for divorce just days after unloading on their relationship in a scathing social media rant.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Shekinah filed for divorce on Monday and cited the usual irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split.

She says they tied the knot Nov. 11, 2024, and separated Sept. 22, 2026 -- the very same day she publicly announced their split. She notes they share no minor children.

Shekinah is asking for spousal support, but says the estranged couple's property and debts still need to be sorted out.
