An armed man posing as a law enforcement officer at Charlie Kirk's memorial service site was taken into federal custody Friday and charged by the state of Arizona.

The Arizona Department of Public Safety tells TMZ ... 42-year-old Joshua Runkles was taken into custody and booked into the Maricopa County Jail after "exhibiting suspicious behavior" Friday afternoon at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona ... the location of Sunday's memorial service for Kirk.

The Arizona DPS and Secret Service tell TMZ the man informed Secret Service agents he was armed when they approached him, and he falsely claimed to be a member of law enforcement. Officials say he is not affiliated with law enforcement.

D4vd's European and UK tour dates have been axed amid the riveting death investigation connected to the butchered teenage corpse found in a Tesla registered to his name earlier this month.

While the tour dates on his official website are still posted, the pages linked to purchase tickets reveal the events have been canceled.

The event page for his Amsterdam show also includes a statement from the venue's management, reading ... "The d4vd concert at Paradiso is canceled due to unknown circumstances. Refunds will be issued at point of purchase."

Colin Kaepernick is stepping in to cover the costs of a second, independent autopsy for De'Martravion "Trey" Reed -- the black student found hanging from a tree on a college campus ... this after officials announced this week his death was ruled a suicide.

Civil rights attorney Ben Crump, who is representing the Reed family, released a statement on Friday ... revealing Kap's Know Your Rights Camp Autopsy Initiative will fund a separate autopsy as the family challenges the Mississippi State Medical Examiner's Office's initial ruling.

Reed's body was found hanging from a tree on the Delta State University campus on Monday ... and his loved ones have raised questions surrounding the details being provided.

The autopsy for De'Martravion "Trey" Reed -- a black student found hanging from a tree this week at Delta State University -- has been completed ... and officials have determined his manner of death was suicide.

The Cleveland Police Department announced an autopsy performed by the Mississippi State Medical Examiner's Office was "consistent with the initial investigation, determining the cause of death to be hanging and the manner of death as suicide."

Final toxicology results are still pending, and can take between 2 and 4 weeks, police noted. They also said "all files and investigative material" have been sent to the FBI and the U.S. Attorney's Office for further review.

Brett James -- a Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter who worked with the likes of Taylor Swift -- has reportedly died in a plane crash.

James -- best known for his collaborative hit with Carrie Underwood, “Jesus, Take the Wheel” -- was reportedly flying aboard a small plane when it went down in a field near a school in Franklin, North Carolina about 3 PM Thursday. Police said none of the students or school staff were injured.

WLOS-TV reports the aircraft took off from John C. Tune Airport in Nashville, Tennessee, with three people on board, and all of them died.

The manhunt for Travis Decker may have finally come to an end ... police believe they've found his remains.

Decker's corpse was discovered Thursday by a police dragnet in the woods south of Leavenworth, Washington. Decker is accused of killing his 3 daughters and leading police on a 3 1/2-month pursuit.

The Chelan County Sheriff’s Office says it hasn’t positively identified the remains, but they appear to belong to Decker. Sheriff deputies are now conducting DNA tests to confirm it, while processing the scene in Leavenworth.

A new video has surfaced showing singer D4vd and Celeste Rivas ... where you see D4vd and Celeste together on a live stream, answering questions from fans.

You hear Celeste telling D4vd to respond to a comment. The video was shot in January, 2024.

As we reported, LAPD's Robbery and Homicide Division confirmed Celeste's body was found last week in the trunk of D4vd's Tesla.

TPUSA announced Thursday their board unanimously elected Erika as the new CEO and Chair of the Board.

An attorney for the family of De'Martravion "Trey" Reed says cops initially told Trey's relatives he was found dead in his dorm ... even though police told the media he was found hanging from a tree on his college's campus ... but law enforcement says the family is mistaken.

Here's the deal ... cops in Mississippi announced Monday they had found Trey's body hanging from a tree on campus at Delta State University and said foul play was not suspected.

Attorney Vanessa Jones is representing the Reed family and on Tuesday she told the Mississippi Free Press, the university and Bolivar County officials were leaving Trey's family in the dark.

Charlie Sheen doesn't believe Matthew Perry was sober the year before his death ... which he finds ironic given the "Friends" star was promoting a book about his sobriety at the time.

The actor made the bold claim on "Piers Morgan Uncensored" Tuesday, where he said he "could tell" Perry wasn't sober on the press tour for his memoir, “Friends, Lovers, and the Big Terrible Thing,” which dropped a year before his fatal overdose in October 2023.

Remember, Perry claimed to be 19 months sober when his book dropped in November 2022.

The New York Mets broadcast paid tribute to Robert Redford just hours after the legendary Oscar-winning actor and director died on Tuesday, recreating his iconic home run from "The Natural!"

It all went down in Queens, NY, during the top of the first inning during the Mets' tilt against the San Diego Padres, which saw The Amazins' third baseman Brett Baty uncork a 416-foot bomb to right field to cap off a five-run inning.

As he rounded the bases, the cameras panned up to the Citi Field lights, which gave off a fireworks/explosion-like effect.

Robert Redford -- the legendary Oscar-winning actor and director -- has died.

Redford's rep, Cindi Berger, tells us ... Robert passed away Tuesday morning at his home in Sundance, Utah. Berger says Robert was surrounded by the people he loved in the place he loved. His cause of death has not been revealed.

The iconic filmmaker spent decades as a leading actor in Hollywood, with some of his most notable projects being 1969's "Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid," 1973's "The Sting," 1975's "Three Days of the Condor," 1976's "All the President’s Men," and 1984's "The Natural."
