Diddy says NBC's crossed a very expensive line by putting out a documentary accusing him of murdering Kim Porter and having sex with 2 underaged women ... and now he wants at least $100 million from the network.

Diddy filed the lawsuit Wednesday morning in New York State, ripping NBCUniversal for "Diddy: The Making of a Bad Boy" ... a documentary streaming on Peacock. While the federally indicted mogul has seen and heard endless allegations against him -- from the feds and in a slew of lawsuits -- he says NBC "maliciously accuses" him of murdering "the love of his life and mother to his children."

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Diddy blasts NBC for that particular claim because the L.A. County Coroner confirmed Kim's death was from natural causes and there's no evidence of foul play. He's also pissed the documentary amplifies YouTube conspiracy theories claiming it can't be a "coincidence" Kim and others in Diddy's world have died.

Bailey Hutchins, a popular TikTok star, has tragically died after a courageous two-year battle with Stage 4 colorectal cancer.

Her husband, Caden Hutchins, shared the heartbreaking news on IG and TikTok, praising her for the strength she showed throughout her tough fight, and expressing relief she was no longer suffering from the torturous pain she had endured.

Caden continued sharing his denial over the loss of his "best friend:" ... wrapping up with, "Your faith could move mountains Baby, unfortunately God had bigger plans for you Up Above. Until we meet again🕊️💕."

Al Roker is facing some serious tragedy -- his ex-wife, Alice Bell, has sadly died.

The devastating news was announced by Al and Alice's daughter Courtney Roker Laga on IG Monday ... writing, "I was with her for her last breath, and I will carry her love with me always."

Tuiasosopo's son, Manoah tells TMZ ... the actor died Monday morning in Phoenix, Arizona from heart complications. He notes Peter was "a trailblazer for Polynesian actors in Hollywood."

Tuiasosopo's son posted on Facebook ... "My dad lived an amazing life and in no way does his impact stop here ... His strength, love, compassion, and kindness will forever be felt."

We've learned David Lynch's cause of death ... his death certificate was released Friday.

In the L.A. County Dept. of Public Health document, David's immediate cause of death is listed as cardiac arrest ... with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease as the underlying condition. The document also lists dehydration as a significant contributor.

Lynch himself revealed last year he was diagnosed with emphysema after years of smoking cigarettes, and likely wouldn't be able to direct anymore, or even leave his house. In November, the director responsible for "Blue Velvet," "Mulholland Drive" and "Twin Peaks" admitted he couldn't even walk without oxygen ... saying smoking had been an integral part of his life since he started at just 8 years old.

Louisiana authorities have made an arrest in connection with the death of Telemundo reporter Adan Manzano ... whose body was found in his hotel room after he went to New Orleans to cover Super Bowl LIX.

Danette Colbert was arrested Friday after allegedly using Manzano's credit cards at several stores in the area following his death ... according to the Kenner Police Department. Colbert has reportedly been charged with fraud and theft-related offenses, as the investigation continues.

Police say security video from the hotel where Manzano was staying shows Colbert with the journalist Wednesday morning ... and later leaving his hotel room solo. He was later found dead in the room.

Virginia Halas McCaskey -- the principal owner of the Chicago Bears -- has died at the age of 102.

The team announced her passing Thursday morning ... saying, "While we are sad, we are comforted knowing Virginia Halas McCaskey lived a long, full, faith-filled life and is now with the love of her life on earth."

"She guided the Bears for four decades and based every business decision on what was best for Bears players, coaches, staff and fans."
