Nicole Young has officially closed the door on Los Angeles ... cause TMZ has learned she's sold her Southern California home following her recent move to Nashville.

Real estate sources tell us the "Selling Sunset" star's 2,682-square-foot home -- featuring 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and loaded with high-end upgrades -- closed last Wednesday for $2.1 million, marking a major milestone in Nicole and her husband's much-talked-about relocation.

Fans will remember Nicole's move to Tennessee was a key storyline during the most recent season of "Selling Sunset," and unloading her L.A. home appears to be the first major step in fully planting roots in Music City.

Kendra Wilkinson is a long way from her days at the Playboy Mansion ... because now she's a realtor.

We got the former "Girls Next Door" star at the Supermodels Unlimited Magazine Cover Party and our photog asked her about her transition from Playboy and reality TV to real estate.

Kendra says she's still got a lot of baggage from her days in Hollywood and that is playing a role in her new life as a celeb realtor ... but she's got no other choice than to make deals to feed her family as a single mother.

Zerboni points out she was pregnant on the show and going through a lot already ... and, she didn't get any grace from her costars like she might've hoped. Plus, she adds, reality television twists and distorts everything -- in this case, making her seem like the bad guy.

Chrishell Stause is closing the door on "Selling Sunset" after 9 seasons on the hit Netflix show.

The realtor and reality star broke the news during a new interview with Bustle, explaining the show has taken a toll on her mental health ... plus she doesn't need it financially at this point in her career.

She said she has "no ill will toward" the series, though also admitted she's not sure if she'll tune in for any future seasons.

Mary Bonnet's had lots of success over the course of her career as a real estate agent ... and one of her proudest achievements is being able to give up drinking.

The "Selling Sunset" star spoke to Gurus Magazine and said her decision to lay off the sauce was part of a spiritual overhaul on an apparent healing journey.

Mary said while she didn't really have a "problem" with alcohol, she started seeing it as an impediment to her health and as a source of anxiety, even though it used to help her relax.

Nicole tells us she's never had a problem with substances and says Chrishell and Amanza know that full well ... which she says makes their public claims all the more "heinous."

TMI, girl! "Selling Sunset" star Amanza Smith may have opened up a little too much on Harry Jowsey's 'Boyfriend Material' podcast ... she admitted to having sex with her kids' "uncles."

The revelation came when the topic turned to dating horror stories. She couldn't come up with any ... but what she did come up with was definitely horrifying.

She said, "There's so many uncles I've probably banged," completely freaking out Harry ... before she clarified, "Not a real uncle."

Mexican-American actress Vanessa Villela was 43 years old when she sold her luxurious Los Angeles homes and played mediator on Netflix's popular reality real-estate show, "Selling Sunset" back in 2021.

Vanessa joined the dramatic cast that also featured Chrishell Stause ... who was going through her divorce from Justin Hartley ... and Mary Bonet, who was in the midst of a friend break-up with fellow real estate agent Christine Quinn.

Vanessa -- who's also an actress -- (attempted) to mend the fence between Christine and the other women but was unsuccessful. However, she DID sell her Malibu property 😉!
