Dr. Laura Berman, best known for her show on the Oprah Winfrey Network, tells TMZ ... lots of folks are struggling in their sex lives, either from a lack of sex or boring sex, and that's why the freak-off element of the case -- for all its appalling elements -- is also titillating to some.

The sex doc says there are lots of ways for couples to spice up their sex life without putting their relationship at risk ... like sex toys and baby oil, which Diddy allegedly stockpiled.

Diddy's federal criminal trial is winding down with more testimony about what jurors have been beaten over the head with for nearly 2 months ... Diddy had sex parties with male escorts and his girlfriends.

The prosecution is expected to rest their case Tuesday after their 34th and final witness, Homeland Security Investigations special agent Joseph Cerciello, is done on the stand ... and Diddy defense attorney Teny Geragos is doing cross-examination.

Geragos is having Cerciello read texts between Diddy, his ex 'Jane' and various male escorts they hired for freak offs ... and there's really nothing groundbreaking here.

The stunt performer suing Kevin Costner over an alleged unscripted rape scene on a movie set is adding some new evidence to her lawsuit ... namely, text messages she claims she sent to the 'Horizon 2' intimacy coordinator after the alleged incident.

Devyn LaBella is suing Kevin for sexual harassment, discrimination and retaliation and she recently amended her lawsuit to include some alleged text messages she sent regarding the scene.

In the amended complaint, obtained by TMZ, and first reported by Us Weekly, LaBella includes text messages she says she sent to the movie’s intimacy coordinator after the incident saying ... "I wanted to discuss yesterday's abomination when we both have a chance ... I was put in a really wrong position and it's really affected me."

Diddy's defense says he's a victim of Uncle Sam's bedroom policing ... and prosecutors released a bunch of new exhibits showing what the feds say Diddy stockpiled ... sexy lingerie, stripper heels and whips.

Check out this trove of photos federal prosecutors have submitted as evidence in Diddy's criminal trial ... it's basically a sex shop, with fishnet panties, stockings and a bunch of other things folks use to have kinky sex.

One of the photos shows the lingerie laid out on a big cushion ... next to five pairs of high heels ... with some red-lighting for extra dramatic effect.

Prosecutors just released text messages they say show a Diddy escort getting detailed instructions for a paid trip to participate in a marathon freak-off.

Federal prosecutors did another document dump of exhibits in Diddy's racketeering and sex trafficking case Friday, with reams of texts between the male escort known as Jules and an unidentified "Device owner."

The August 2009 messages kick off with the "Device owner" making a spur-of-the-moment pitch to Jules to fly from Los Angeles to NYC for the freak-off -- and being promised a nice "tip" if he can make it work.

Federal prosecutors in Diddy's criminal case in New York are introducing some old texts between Cassie and Diddy as new exhibits in his sex trafficking trial.

Prosecutors first read this text between Cassie and Diddy -- "You treat me like a hooker to be honest. You always want to call one and you have one. This hooker has been here for 10 years." They said Diddy responded, "wow."

Terrance "T.A." Dixon filed a lawsuit Thursday claiming there were at least two minor females Fat Joe had sexual relations with, and another he allegedly fell in love with.

DeLeassa Penland, a special agent with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York -- the agency prosecuting the case against Diddy -- testified Diddy's American Express account was charged nearly $47,000 for damages at a single hotel in New York in one instance.

Penland told the jury Diddy, Cassie Ventura and Jules Theodore -- an alleged male escort -- stayed at the London Hotel on a particular date, which was paid for on Diddy's AmEx, as well as Virgin America plane tickets for Jules.

The jury in Diddy's trial got a spicy break from the usual testimony Monday with prosecutors playing portions of some alleged "freak-off" videos -- but for the jurors' eyes only.

The viewing went down during the afternoon session of day 24 in the trial ... as a federal prosecutor was questioning a Department of Justice special agent on the witness stand.

Diddy's ex-girlfriend says the music mogul was so addicted to having sex with her he called her "crackpipe" ... and the jury heard it straight from Diddy's mouth in a voicemail.

During cross-examination, jurors in Diddy's federal criminal trial on Tuesday heard a voice message Diddy sent to "Jane" in March 2023 ... where he told her, "You are the crackpipe. That's my new nickname for you: crackpipe."

Diddy's defense attorney Teny Geragos asked Jane -- who's testifying under a pseudonym to protect her identity -- what Diddy meant by "crackpipe" ... and Jane said he was addicted to having sex with her.

It's been more than a year since Vince McMahon stepped down from his roles in WWE and TKO over allegations of sexual assault ... and while he's a rare sight out in public these days -- his son, Shane, tells TMZ Sports he's doing "really well."
