New video from the shooting of Alex Pretti by Department of Homeland Security in Minneapolis Saturday morning shows officers pile onto the late ICU nurse before the fatal shots ring out.

Check out the shocking clip -- the video is filmed from across the street and shows a person, seemingly 37-year-old Pretti, being pushed by an officer as a woman clings onto him. They get in a shoving match with another individual ... and about 6 agents join in the chaos.

Pretti is wrestled to the ground ... and several shots are eventually fired mid-altercation. It also appears one officer walks away with a gun in his hand -- unclear if it's the gun Pretti had on his body or one belonging to an officer.

The U.S. citizen shot to death by federal agents in Minneapolis has been identified.

Alex Jeffrey Pretti -- a 37-year-old man -- was the individual killed by feds, according to the Associated Press, which cites Pretti's parents. AP says Pretti is an ICU nurse.

President Donald Trump says Minnesota Governor Tim Walz and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey are to blame for the Saturday morning shooting ... claiming they don't protect ICE agents and cause situations like this to arise.

POTUS shared his thoughts about the shooting on Truth Social shortly after the incident ... posting a picture of the gun the victim allegedly had when federal agents shot him to death.

The president asked where local police were at the time of the shooting ... and why they aren't "allowed to protect ICE Officers."

Federal agents shot and killed a man in Minnesota Saturday -- and the terrifying incident was captured on video.

Check it out ... several agents are standing over the man lying on a Minneapolis street, and they’re all engaged in a violent struggle.

Eyewitnesses are watching the confrontation from inside a building nearby with one using a camera phone to film it. Suddenly, you hear the "pop pop pop" of gunfire and everyone reacts with horror.

CNN correspondent Sara Sidner can be heard violently coughing from tear gas inhalation while covering the DHS protests roaring through Minneapolis after another person was shot and killed by federal officers Saturday morning.

It's all in the clip -- she's choking as she reports on federal agents throwing tear gas canisters to disperse crowds of angry protestors, who can also be seen fleeing the scene. Sidner describes the military-grade gas as "extreme" as she informs her colleagues they must get inside.

The camera can barely cut through the gas as the smoky cloud thickens in the street.

Minnesota Timberwolves Game Postponed ... Amid Unrest After Fatal Shooting

The Minnesota Timberwolves won't be tipping off this afternoon against Steph Curry's Warriors -- the NBA has postponed the matchup -- after a fatal shooting involving federal law enforcement spurred on civil unrest Saturday morning in Minneapolis.

"The National Basketball Association game scheduled for today between the Golden State Warriors and Minnesota Timberwolves at Target Center has been postponed," the NBA announced a short time ago.

"The decision was made to prioritize the safety and security of the Minneapolis community."

The shooting occurred shortly after 9 AM local time, when 37-year-old Alex Jeffrey Pretti was involved in a confrontation with a group of feds ... which turned deadly.

An adult male was reportedly shot and killed by a federal law enforcement agent in Minneapolis Saturday morning.

Governor Tim Walz confirmed the shooting and said he spoke to White House this morning, who has yet to publicly address the shooting. Walz added ... "Minnesota has had it. This is sickening."

DHS says officers attempted to disarm" an individual who "approached US Border Patrol officers with a 9 mm semi-automatic handgun" -- sharing a photo of the alleged weapon.

Renee Good Shot 4 Times By ICE Agent

Renee Good -- the woman shot to death by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent  in her SUV on Jan. 7 -- was pumped full of bullets in various parts of her body, according to a new report.

Good was struck 4 times in the chest, arm and head when ICE agent Jonathan Ross pulled out his gun and fired into the SUV as Good was trying to drive away on a residential street in Minneapolis, the Minnesota Star Tribune said, citing a fire department incident report.

Earlier media accounts stated Good was hit 3 times during her tense encounter with ICE agents, who were conducting an enforcement operation in the neighborhood.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents got a heated reception upon entering a restaurant in Minnesota ... with customers screaming profanities at them and demanding they get out.

Video of the wild interaction this week has surfaced online ... beginning when agents storm into Cancun Mexican Grill & Cantina in St. Paul, MN and head for the bathroom.

It doesn't look like they need to use the little federal agents' room either ... it seems they're searching for someone -- because they walk right back out into the restaurant after a quick look around.

Renee Good Killing DHS Says ICE Agent Suffered Internal Bleeding

Jonathan Ross -- the ICE agent who shot and killed Renee Good while she was behind the wheel of her car in Minneapolis last week -- reportedly suffered internal bleeding from their confrontation ... according to Trump administration officials.

Two unnamed U.S. officials told CBS News Ross sustained an injury to his torso, but did not divulge how extensive the bleeding was. The Department of Homeland Security confirmed the report of the injury, CBS News reports.

As you know ... Ross shot Good in traffic on a residential street in Minneapolis on January 7. Good appeared to try to drive away from the scene as ICE officers ordered her out of her Honda Pilot. Ross, standing at the front of her vehicle, fired shots at Good, fatally striking her in the head. Video appears to show physical contact between Ross and the vehicle.

Tuesday night, Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche told Fox News Digital ... "There is currently no basis for a criminal civil rights investigation." The incident was being investigated by the FBI ... the bureau excluded Minnesota state investigators from the case last week.

Andre Bell Bulldogs Postpone Game After Player Shot & Killed

The Fisk University Bulldogs will not be playing this Thursday ... after sophomore forward, Andre Bell, was shot and killed on a highway in Nashville, Tennessee, on Sunday.

The HBCU's Assistant Athletic Director, Scott Wallace, confirmed the decision to TMZ Sports on Tuesday ... just two days after the Metro Nashville Police Department said Bell was tragically shot in the head on 1-65 North at the I-40 Interchange.

The Bulldogs' game against Voorhees University has been postponed ... but they will play Saturday against Talladega College.

The Fisk University basketball team is grieving the loss of player Andre Bell ... who tragically died after being shot on the highway in Nashville on Sunday.

He was only 20.

The Bulldogs released a statement on Monday ... with head coach Jeremiah Crutcher describing Bell as a leader on and off the court.

"He was a dominant force on the Fisk University Men’s Basketball team, but he was most remembered for his infectious smile, loving personality, and unique ability to always bring warmth to a room," Crutcher said.

Mississippi 6 Murdered By Gunman in Shooting Spree ... Suspect in Custody

11:52 AM PT -- Officials in Mississippi have named 24-year-old Daricka Moore as the shooting suspect. Online records show he was taken into custody early Saturday morning for first-degree murder.

At least 6 have been declared dead following a shooting spree in West Point, Mississippi Friday night.

Clay County Sheriff Eddie Scott announced “multiple innocent lives” were lost “due to violence” in the town, which is near the Alabama border, in a Facebook post. He told WTVA that 6 people were killed across 3 separate locations.

The individual was apprehended by authorities, but his identity has not yet been revealed.

A new angle of the shooting that killed Renee Nicole Good in Minneapolis earlier this week has been released ... and it appears the driver was maneuvering to pull away from the agents, not trying to run them over.

CNN released the new angle taken from a security camera across the street ... and it shows the moments leading up to Good's death -- including her apparent indecision as she slowly pulls her Honda Pilot forward and puts it in reverse while federal agents walk around it.

Eventually, the agents walk up to her window, and Good puts the SUV in reverse before moving forward ... which is when an ICE agent fires at least 2 shots at point-blank range.

The Minnesota Timberwolves' pregame moment of silence honoring Renee Nicole Good on Thursday was disrupted when a fan shouted "F*** ICE" -- a remark that drew loud cheers from many in the packed arena.

It happened before the T'Wolves tipped off against the Cavaliers at the Target Center in Minneapolis, the city where Good was shot and killed by an ICE agent after a clash with the feds just two days earlier.
