Emilie Kiser shared a heartbreaking post about the death of her toddler, Trigg -- revealing she finds it difficult to allow herself to feel happiness.

The influencer shared her thoughts in a vulnerable post on her Instagram Story Friday, telling her 2 million followers she worked through a 2-hour counseling session, which was "heavy but also so helpful" and focused on "overall emotions and the guilt of sometimes having them."

She went on to explain ... "One of the hardest parts of loss, other than the loss itself, is allowing yourself to feel happy again. Allowing yourself to not have an emotion about every emotion."

Rob Rausch and Andrea Carmona left each other on bad terms -- to say the least -- on "Love Island USA" ... and all eyes were on them when they were seen together for the first time since the Season 6 reunion.

A source familiar with the situation tells TMZ ... Andrea and Rob unwittingly both showed up to a Celsius event in Miami not knowing the other would be there. While this meeting could've gone either way ... we're told the two got along just fine.

His wife, Chelsey Bridges, announced the shocking news on his social media pages ... tearfully revealing he passed away in his sleep on their couch on Wednesday. The Peoria Police Department in Illinois tells TMZ ... they responded to a natural cause of death call at a private residence that day.

Chelsey tells TMZ his death was "totally out of the blue," even adding he had been feeling great recently as he worked on his diet and fitness.
